Abstract
The invention discloses an improved ketogenic diet and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the technical problem of improving the color, the fragrance and the taste of the ketogenic diet. The invention adopts the following technical scheme: a modified ketogenic diet, fat: the mass ratio of the sum of the protein and the carbohydrate is 0.5-4.0: 1. the preparation method of the invention comprises premixing vitamins and minerals, stirring and mixing to obtain the improved ketogenic diet. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of reduced fat content, improved carbohydrate content, better taste, reasonable proportion of medium-chain and long-chain fatty acids as fat sources, good ketone production effect, high and stable ketosis, good treatment effect, rich water-soluble dietary fiber, capability of enhancing satiety and improving compliance of patients.

Background

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of reduced fat content, increased carbohydrate content, better taste, reasonable proportion of medium-chain and long-chain fatty acids as fat sources, good ketone production effect, high and stable ketosis, good treatment effect, rich water-soluble dietary fiber, capability of enhancing satiety, improving patient compliance and relieving constipation, is suitable for infants, children and teenagers as well as adults due to high carbohydrate content, is added with taurine for promoting brain tissue and intelligence development, added with L-carnitine for promoting fat metabolism, added with DHA for promoting brain tissue and intelligence development, inhibiting inflammation and improving dementia.

The medium-chain fatty acid consists of 8-12 carbon atoms, and the long-chain fatty acid consists of 14-26 carbon atoms, compared with the long-chain fatty acid, the medium-chain fatty acid is shorter in carbon chain, fast in metabolism in vivo, high in ketone production speed, and high in ketone production rate in unit time.
