2) uniformly mixing various bacteria with gamma-aminobutyric acid, theanine, blueberry powder, mogroside, erythritol, fructo-oligosaccharide, resistant dextrin and lactitol in proportion, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, and packaging the mixed powder;
3) and (5) loading the small packages into a large box according to the specification requirement, inspecting, boxing and warehousing.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the lactobacillus such as bifidobacterium lactis and lactobacillus acidophilus used in the invention is physiological resident bacteria in human intestinal tracts, participates in metabolism of a plurality of organisms such as sugar, fat and the like, generates organic acid, short-chain fatty acid and the like, can regulate the internal environment of the organisms and has the function of benefiting life. The lactobacillus fermentum can promote the decomposition and transformation of cholesterol and effectively reduce blood fat. Fructooligosaccharides are derived from plants and lactitol is stable in the mouth, stomach and small intestine and is not substantially digested and absorbed. When entering the large intestine, it is easily decomposed by microbial fermentation. The resistant dextrin is low molecular dietary fiber processed by using starch as a raw material, has good water absorption, can keep the wetness of excrement and certain osmotic pressure, and can promote the proliferation of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli and the like.

The gamma-aminobutyric acid is produced by taking L-sodium glutamate as a raw material and performing the steps of lactobacillus hilgardii fermentation, heating sterilization, cooling, activated carbon treatment, filtering, adding a blending auxiliary material (starch), spray drying and the like, has the effects of inhibiting nerve excitation conduction, relaxing the body and mind and promoting sleep through nerve regulation, and is safe, mild and free of dependence. 0.5g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.4g of theanine, 0.9g of blueberry powder, 0.05g of mogroside, 0.8g of erythritol, 0.5g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.5g of resistant dextrin, 1g of lactitol, 0.15g of bifidobacterium lactis, 0.1g of lactobacillus acidophilus and 0.1g of lactobacillus fermentum, wherein the total amount of each part is 5 g.
Example 3
0.2g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.15g of theanine, 1.1g of blueberry powder, 0.05g of mogroside, 0.7g of erythritol, 1.5g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.5g of resistant dextrin, 0.4g of lactitol, 0.15g of bifidobacterium lactis, 0.15g of lactobacillus acidophilus and 0.1g of lactobacillus fermentum, wherein the total amount of each part is 5 g.
The sleep-aiding probiotic solid beverage disclosed by the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention is prepared by the following processes:
1) selecting a single strain frozen in a glycerol tube, purifying, performing expansion culture, performing high-density culture in a fermentation tank, centrifuging to obtain thalli, mixing the thalli with a protective agent, and performing vacuum freeze drying to obtain bifidobacterium lactis freeze-dried powder, lactobacillus acidophilus freeze-dried powder and lactobacillus fermentum freeze-dried powder;
2) uniformly mixing various bacteria with gamma-aminobutyric acid, theanine, blueberry powder, mogroside, erythritol, fructo-oligosaccharide, resistant dextrin and lactitol in proportion, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, and packaging the mixed powder;
3) and (5) loading the small packages into a large box according to the specification requirement, inspecting, boxing and warehousing.

A sleep-aiding probiotic solid beverage is characterized in that: the sleep-aiding probiotic solid beverage consists of gamma-aminobutyric acid, theanine, blueberry powder, mogroside, erythritol, probiotics and prebiotics; the probiotics comprise Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus fermentum; prebiotics include fructooligosaccharides, resistant dextrins, and lactitol.

The sleep-aid probiotic solid beverage according to claim 1, characterized in that: the sleep-aiding probiotic solid beverage comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 3-8% of theanine, 10-30% of blueberry powder, 0.1-1% of mogroside, 5-20% of erythritol, 5-20% of fructo-oligosaccharide, 10-30% of resistant dextrin, 5-15% of lactitol, 0.5-3% of bifidobacterium lactis, 0.5-3% of lactobacillus acidophilus and 0.5-3% of lactobacillus fermentum.
