d. shearing: c, adding the raw materials in the step c into the red ginseng leaching liquor and the cubilose enzymatic hydrolysate for shearing;
e. and (3) weight fixing: weighing to the required weight for later use;
f. and (3) sterilization: and e, placing the product prepared in the step e into a sterilization pot for sterilization, and then cooling to normal temperature to obtain the sleep-aiding cubilose beverage.

The excellent results of the preparation method of the sleep-aiding cubilose drink disclosed and protected by the invention are further illustrated by the following specific examples, but the content of the invention is not limited by the following examples.
Example 1
A preparation method of a sleep-aiding cubilose beverage specifically comprises the following steps:
a. enzymolysis of bird's nest: the ratio of material to liquid is 5: 100, enzyme type: flavourzyme, enzymolysis time: 1h, pH 7.0, enzymolysis temperature: 52 ℃;
b. leaching: weighing 150kg of water, adding red ginseng according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:100, and leaching at 95 ℃ for 40 min;
c. weighing: weighing 0.18kg of gellan gum, 20kg of basswood honey, 2.5kg of spina date seed powder, 25kg of rhizoma polygonati powder, 10kg of sour cherry concentrated powder, 20kg of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.035kg of mogroside and 1.0kg of gamma-aminobutyric acid for later use;
d. shearing: c, adding the raw materials in the step c into the red ginseng leaching liquor and the cubilose enzymolysis liquid, and shearing for 20 min;
e. and (3) weight fixing: weighing to 300 kg; f. and (3) sterilization: and e, placing the product obtained in the step e in a sterilization pot at 110 ℃ for sterilization for 20min, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the sleep-aiding cubilose beverage.
Example 2
A preparation method of a sleep-aiding cubilose beverage specifically comprises the following steps:
a. enzymolysis of bird's nest: the ratio of material to liquid is 3: 100, enzyme type: flavourzyme, enzymolysis time: 1.5h, pH 6.8, enzymolysis temperature: 50 ℃;
b. leaching: weighing 150kg of water, adding red ginseng according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:150, and leaching at 90 ℃ for 40 min;
c. weighing: weighing 0.14kg of gellan gum, 17kg of basswood honey, 2.2kg of spina date seed powder, 20kg of rhizoma polygonati powder, 8kg of sour cherry concentrated powder, 18kg of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.040kg of mogroside and 1.5kg of gamma-aminobutyric acid for later use;
d. shearing: c, adding the raw materials in the step c into the red ginseng leaching liquor and the cubilose enzymolysis liquid, and shearing for 15 min;
e. and (3) weight fixing: the weight is fixed to 300 kg. f. And (3) sterilization: and e, placing the product obtained in the step e in a sterilization pot at 105 ℃ for sterilization for 30min, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the sleep-aiding cubilose beverage.
Example 3
A preparation method of a sleep-aiding cubilose beverage specifically comprises the following steps:
a. enzymolysis of bird's nest: the ratio of material to liquid is 3: 100, enzyme type: flavourzyme, enzymolysis time: 2h, pH 6.8, enzymolysis temperature: 50 ℃;
b. leaching: weighing 150kg of water, adding red ginseng according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:200, and leaching at 90 ℃ for 30 min;
c. weighing: weighing 0.10kg of linden honey and 12kg of linden honey, weighing 1.0kg of spina date seed powder, 10kg of rhizoma polygonati powder, 5kg of sour cherry concentrated powder, 15kg of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.050kg of mogroside and 0.5kg of gamma-aminobutyric acid for later use;
d. shearing: c, adding the raw materials in the step c into the red ginseng leaching liquor and the cubilose enzymolysis liquid, and shearing for 30 min; (ii) a

As can be seen from tables 2-4, after the sleep-aiding cubilose drink is used for 30 days, the sleep time of the mouse under the action of the sodium pentobarbital can be prolonged, the sleep rate of the mouse under the action of the subthreshold dose of the sodium pentobarbital is increased, and the sleep latency of the mouse under the action of the sodium barbital hypnosis can be effectively shortened. The experimental result can judge that the sleep-aiding bird's nest beverage has the function of improving the sleep.

c. weighing: weighing gellan gum, linden honey, spina date seed powder, rhizoma polygonati powder, sour cherry concentrated powder, fructo-oligosaccharide, mogroside and gamma-aminobutyric acid for later use;
d. shearing: c, adding the raw materials in the step c into the red ginseng leaching liquor and the cubilose enzymatic hydrolysate for shearing;
e. and (3) weight fixing: weighing to the required weight for later use;
f. and (3) sterilization: and e, placing the product prepared in the step e into a sterilization pot for sterilization, and then cooling to normal temperature to obtain the sleep-aiding cubilose beverage.

3. The preparation method of the sleep-aiding cubilose beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step b, the material-liquid ratio is 1 (50-300), the leaching temperature is 30-100 ℃, and the leaching time is 30-60 min.
4. The method for preparing a sleep-aiding cubilose beverage according to claim 1, wherein in the step d, the shearing time is 10-30 min.
5. The method for preparing a sleep-aiding cubilose beverage according to claim 1, wherein in the step f, the sterilization temperature is 105-120 ℃, and the sterilization time is 10-30 min.
6. The preparation method of the sleep-aiding cubilose beverage as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the sleep-aiding cubilose beverage comprises the following components in parts by weight:
water: 650-850 parts; fine yellow powder: 30-85 parts;
basswood honey: 40-70 parts; fructo-oligosaccharide: 45-75 parts of a solvent;
sour cherry concentrated powder: 10-40 parts; wild jujube kernel powder: 4.0-9.0 parts;
red ginseng: 3-10 parts; bird's nest: 2.0-4.0 parts;
gamma-aminobutyric acid: 0.5-5.0 parts; gellan gum: 0.3-0.6 part;
mogroside: 0.07-0.17 part.
7. A sleep-aiding bird's nest beverage is characterized in that the sleep-aiding bird's nest beverage is prepared by the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
