The preparation of the granules adopts a purified water decoction method and ethanol treatment, namely the traditional water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. The method is a classical Chinese medicine extraction method, is simple and convenient, has low requirements on experimental instruments and conditions, and can extract most of effective components of Chinese medicines.

Example 6 Effect of Chinese medicinal granule on growth Performance of fattening pig
1. Materials and methods
1.1, experimental design and feed:
a single-factor completely random experimental design is adopted, 216 dux long x big binary hybrid fattening pigs with the average weight of (30.0 +/-2.0) kg are selected and randomly divided into 6 groups, namely I, II, III, IV, V and VI groups. Each group had 6 replicates, each replicate 6 pigs. Group I is control group, fed with basal feed, group II-VI is test group, and 1, 2, 3,4, 5g/kg of Chinese medicinal granule (corresponding to examples 1-5) are added into the basal feed. The corn-soybean meal type basic diet is adopted, the feeding level is prepared by stages according to the feeding standard of pigs (NY/T65-2004) and the feeding standard of NRC (1998) growing-finishing pigs, and the composition and the nutrition level are shown in Table 1.

The Premix is prepared from 8000IU of VA, 2000IU of VD, 30IU of VE, 31.5mg of VK, 11.6 mg of VBE, 61.5 mg of VBE, 1212 ug of VB, 15mg of D-pantothenic acid, 20mg of nicotinic acid, 80mg of Zn, 100mg of Fe, 20mg of Cu, 25mg of Mn, 0.3mg of I and 0.2mg of Se per kilogram of feed.
1.2, feeding management and sample collection:
the feeding test is carried out in a certain pig farm of the city of the various varieties in Sichuan province from 2016 (9 months) to 2016 (12 months), and the feeding period is 60 days. Free intake and drinking water, and conventional management. After the feeding test is finished, 1 test pig is randomly selected for each repetition to be slaughtered. The longissimus dorsi of the left carcass half within 2h after slaughter was taken for meat quality assessment.
1.3 detection index of growth Performance
At the beginning and end of the feeding trial, the test pigs were fasted (free drinking) for 12h and then weighed on an empty stomach in the morning of the day, and the initial and final weights of the test pigs were recorded and the feed consumption was counted in duplicate. The Average Daily Gain (ADG), Average Daily Feed Intake (ADFI) and feed to weight ratio (F/G) were calculated for each group.
1.4 data processing
The experimental data were analyzed for one-way anova using SPSS 18.0 statistical software and multiple comparisons of mean values between groups were made using the Duncan method. The test results are expressed as "mean ± sem", and P <0.05 is used as the criterion for judging the significance of the difference.
2. The influence of Chinese medicinal granule on growth performance of fattening pig
The influence result of the traditional Chinese medicine granules on the growth performance of the fattening pigs is shown in table 2; as can be seen from table 2, the end weight and average daily gain of each experimental group added with the Chinese medicinal granules tend to increase compared with the control group. Wherein the average daily gain of the IV group, the V group and the VI group is obviously higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the average daily gain of the II group and the III group is not significantly different from that of the control group (P > 0.05); the material weight ratio of the groups except the group II and the group III is obviously lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).

Example 7 Effect of Chinese medicinal granule on carcass traits of finishing pigs
1. Detection indexes are as follows:
carcass weight: body weight of the head, hoof, tail and viscera (preserved leaf fat and kidney) after slaughtering and exsanguination and depilation; carcass rate: the percentage of carcass weight to live weight before slaughter; carcass length: length from anterior margin of pubic symphysis to anterior margin of first rib and sternum symphysis when the carcass is hung upside down; backfat thickness: fat thickness of 3 points of the shoulder, waist and hip of the left half carcass; the leaf lard ratio: the percentage of leaf fat weight to carcass weight; eye muscle area: the transverse section area of the longissimus dorsi at the junction of the thoracolumbar vertebrae of the left half carcass is calculated according to the formula:

The rest of the materials and methods were the same as in example 4.
The influence result of the traditional Chinese medicine particles on the carcass traits of the fattening pigs is shown in a table 3; as can be seen from Table 3, compared with the control group, the body weight, the slaughter rate and the body length of each group added with the traditional Chinese medicine granules are increased, but the difference is not significant (P is more than 0.05); the average backfat thickness and the oil fat rate both show descending trends, wherein the differences of the IV group, the V group and the VI group are obvious compared with the control group (P is less than 0.05); the eye muscle area of the group added with traditional Chinese medicine granules is increased, wherein the group IV, the group V and the group VI are remarkably different from the control group (P < 0.05).

Example 8 Effect of Chinese medicinal granule on pork quality
Detection indexes of meat quality:
the longissimus dorsi sample is stored in a refrigeration house at 4 ℃, and the pH, the flesh color, the moisture content, the inosinic acid content, the fat content and the shearing force of the muscle are respectively measured at different time points after the slaughter.
The rest of the materials and methods were the same as in example 4.
The results of the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine granules on the quality of the fattening pork are shown in table 4; as can be seen from Table 4, the pH, flesh color brightness and yellowness values of the groups added with the traditional Chinese medicine granules all have increasing tendency but the difference is not significant (P is more than 0.05) compared with the control group; the increase of flesh color redness values of group III, group IV, group V and group VI is more obvious (P <0.05) compared with the control group; the water content, fat content and shearing force of each group added with the traditional Chinese medicine particles are reduced compared with those of a control group, wherein the fat content is reduced obviously (P is less than 0.05), and the shearing force of IV, V and VI groups is reduced obviously (P is less than 0.05); compared with the control group, the muscle added with the traditional Chinese medicine granules has improved inosinic acid content, wherein the muscle in IV group, V group and VI group are obviously improved (P < 0.05).

The traditional Chinese medicine granules for promoting growth performance of adult and fattening pigs are characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 1 part of Chinese herbal compound extract powder and 1 part to 5 parts of filler; each part of the traditional Chinese medicine compound extract powder is prepared from the following components in parts by mass of 15-25: 15-25: 5-15: 5-15: 5-15: 5-15 of rhizoma polygonati, ginseng leaves, gordon euryale seed, grifola, hawthorn and honey-fried licorice root;
the traditional Chinese medicine compound extract powder is prepared by the following method: according to the mass ratio of 15-25: 15-25: 5-15: 5-15: 5-15: weighing rhizoma Polygonati, folium Ginseng, semen euryales, Polyporus, fructus crataegi, and radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata at a ratio of 5-15, mixing, pulverizing, decocting with 15-25 times of purified water for 1-3 times, each for 0.5-1.5 hr; mixing filtrates, concentrating the extractive solution to 1 g/ml, adding anhydrous ethanol until the alcohol content reaches 60%, standing for 20-28 hr, and filtering; performing rotary evaporation on the filtrate to remove the solvent, wherein the rotary evaporation temperature is 65-75 ℃, the rotation speed is 75-85r/min, and concentrating to obtain an extract to obtain traditional Chinese medicine compound extract powder;
