本发明属于鸡尾酒工艺技术领域,尤其是涉及一种果蔬鸡尾酒配方。
背景技术
鸡尾酒是一种混合饮品,是由两种或两种以上的酒或饮料、果汁、汽水混合而成,有一定的营养价值和欣赏价值。鸡尾酒通常以朗姆酒、金酒、龙舌兰、伏特加、威士忌、白兰地等烈酒或葡萄酒作为基酒,再配以果汁、蛋清、苦精、牛奶、咖啡、糖等其他辅助材料,加以搅拌或摇晃丽成的一种混合饮品,最后还可用拧橡片、水果或薄荷叶作为装饰物。然而,现有的鸡尾酒大多是西式的鸡尾酒,而没有中国特色的鸡尾酒,如将水果混合制备的鸡尾酒。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有的技术问题,提供一种果蔬鸡尾酒配方。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种果蔬鸡尾酒配方,配方以重量计量,包括以下组份:谷物40-80g、葡萄8-15g、柳橙汁3-12g、雪梨5-10g、蜂蜜5-8g、苹果8-12g、绿茶15-25g、柠檬汁8-12g、糖浆3-5g、车厘子8-10g、黄瓜汁5-8g、苏打水8-15g。
本发明所述的果蔬鸡尾酒配方,主要成分为谷物、葡萄、西柚、山楂、蜜桃、苹果、红茶、柠檬汁、糖浆、车厘子、黄瓜汁、苏打水,本发明所述的鸡尾酒具有味道独特、醇厚的特点,富含丰富的营养,有助于身体内血液循环。
