现代人生活水平越来越高,住房条件日益改善,而卫生间淋浴房为装修的必备设施。然而,人们在洗澡的时候由于背部看不见,手也够不到,导致背部难以擦拭到位,影响洗浴效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,旨在解决现有技术存在的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种浴室用环保擦背垫,由以下重量份的材料制成,包括:PVC树脂45~55份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2~3份、环保增塑剂30~35份、硅橡胶4~7份、玻璃纤维4~7份、填充剂3~7份、润滑剂0.5~1.2份以及颜料0.2~0.4份,包括支撑层、按摩层和吸附层。
优选的,一种浴室用环保擦背垫由以下重量份的材料制成,包括:PVC树脂50份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2.5份、环保增塑剂31.5份、硅橡胶5份、玻璃纤维5份、填充剂5份、润滑剂0.8份、颜料0.2份。

本发明还提供了一种浴室用环保擦背垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份配比取各组分原料,通过反应釜进行搅拌混合,首先加入PVC树脂和环保增塑剂进行混合,搅拌4~6分钟后,依次加入纳米钙锌稳定剂、硅橡胶、玻璃纤维、填充剂、润滑剂和颜料进行混合,所有原料加入后,调节反应釜的温度为100~110℃,调节釜内转速为1350~1460r/min,搅拌6~8分钟后,获得混合料;
S2、将混合料加入造粒机进行造粒,获得挤塑料,造粒机造粒温度为110~115℃;
S3、通过双螺杆挤出机将挤塑料注入模具内,双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为105~115℃,冷却成型后获得环保擦背垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的一种浴室用环保擦背垫由于擦背垫的底面密布若干个吸附盘,吸力大,吸附非常牢固稳定。
2、擦背垫的表面密布的按摩颗粒,使得洗浴时可以站立对背部进行按摩擦拭,解决了人手难以擦拭到位的问题,提高了洗浴效果。
3、采用纳米钙锌稳定剂、环保增塑剂,无毒无害,对人体健康没有影响;采用引入了苯基、三氟丙基及氰基的硅橡胶,提高了擦背垫的耐磨和耐高温、耐低温性能;采用无碱玻璃纤维,提高了擦背垫的抗拉强度以及韧性,延长了使用寿命,使得本发明的擦背垫使用更安全、环保、耐用。
4、采用模具一体注塑成型,牢固耐用,工艺简单,生产成本低。

实施例一
请参阅图1~3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,环保擦背垫包括按摩层1、支撑层2和吸附层3,按摩层1由均匀密布在支撑层前表面的耐磨PVC颗粒组成,耐磨PVC颗粒长度5-7mm,圆径3-4mm按摩层1上的耐磨PVC颗粒在支撑层2上形成回字形图案。支撑层2位于按摩层1和吸附层3之间,支撑层2为矩形结构,并且四角采用圆弧形过度,支撑层2的厚度为3~4mm,长度为400~600mm,宽度为350~450mm。吸附层3由在支撑层的后表面均匀分布的若干个喇叭状吸附盘组成,吸附盘直径为30~40mm。为了能够将本发明的环保擦背垫挂在墙上,在支撑层2上开设有一个固定孔。
优选的,本发明的环保擦背垫由以下重量份数配比的材料成:PVC树脂50份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2.5份、环保增塑剂31.5份、硅橡胶5份、玻璃纤维5份、填充剂5份、润滑剂0.8份、颜料0.2份。颜料的颜色可以为一种或多种,使用者可以根据需要进行选择。
PVC树脂的透明度胜于聚乙烯、聚丙烯,差于聚苯乙烯,随助剂用量不同,分为软、硬聚氯乙烯,软制品柔而韧,手感粘,具有稳定、不易被酸碱腐蚀、和对热比较耐受的特点。
所述硅橡胶为聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷,硅橡胶是指主链由硅和氧原子交替构成,硅原子上通常连有两个有机基团的橡胶。普通的硅橡胶主要由含甲基和少量乙烯基的硅氧链节组成。本发明采用的硅橡胶,引入了苯基,可提高硅橡胶的耐高、低温性能,引入了三氟丙基及氰基,则可提高硅橡胶的耐温及耐油性能。硅橡胶耐低温性能良好,一般在~55℃下仍能工作。引入苯基后,可达~73℃。硅橡胶的耐热性能也很突出,在180℃下可长期工作,稍高于200℃也能承受数周或更长时间仍有弹性,瞬时可耐300℃以上的高温,硅橡胶显著的特征是高温稳定性,硅橡胶无毒,无味,无嗅,与人体组织不粘连,具有抗凝血作用,对肌体组织的反应性非常少。
玻璃纤维的主要成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁、氧化钠等,根据玻璃中碱含量的多少,可分为无碱玻璃纤维、中碱玻璃纤维和高碱玻璃纤维。玻璃纤维作为强化塑料的补强材料应用时,最大的特征是抗拉强度大。抗拉强度在标准状态下是6.3~6.9g/d,湿润状态5.4~5.8g/d。密度2.54g/cm3。耐热性好,温度达300℃时对强度没影响。本发明采用玻璃纤维为氧化钠含量为0.5%~2%的无碱玻璃纤维。
本发明的环保增塑剂优选采用合成植物脂,合成植物脂是一种新型环保增塑剂,具有增塑剂效率高,环保无毒,热稳定时间长,与聚合物相溶性好,挥发性低,能抑制渗出,增充剂容量大,制品光亮度高等优点。
本发明优选碳纤维作为填充剂,具有耐高温、抗摩擦、导电、导热及耐腐蚀等特性。
本发明的润滑剂优选采用聚乙烯蜡,其具有分子量分布窄、耐热性优良、较低的融体粘度的特点和优良的分散性和相容性,并且环保无毒。
然后按照如下步骤制备本实施例的环保擦背垫:
S1、按重量份配比取各组分原料,通过反应釜进行搅拌混合,首先加入PVC树脂和环保增塑剂进行混合,搅拌4~6分钟后,依次加入纳米钙锌稳定剂、硅橡胶、玻璃纤维、填充剂、润滑剂和颜料进行混合,所有原料加入后,调节反应釜的温度为100~110℃,调节釜内转速为1350~1460r/min,搅拌6~8分钟后,获得混合料。
S2、将混合料加入造粒机进行造粒,获得挤塑料,造粒机在进行造粒时,温度为110~115℃。
S3、通过双螺杆挤出机将挤塑料注入模具内,双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为105~115℃。冷却成型后获得环保擦背垫。冷却方式为自然冷却,并且在冷却后进行包装。
本发明的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,由于擦背垫的底面密布若干个吸附盘,吸力大,吸附非常牢固稳定;擦背垫的表面密布的按摩颗粒,使得洗澡时可以对背部进行按摩、擦拭,解决了人手难以擦拭到位的问题,提高了洗浴效果;采用纳米钙锌稳定剂、环保增塑剂,无毒无害,对人体健康没有影响;采用引入了苯基、三氟丙基及氰基的硅橡胶,提高了擦背垫的耐磨和耐高温、耐低温性能;采用无碱玻璃纤维,提高了擦背垫的抗拉强度以及韧性,延长了使用寿命,使得本发明的擦背垫使用更安全、环保、耐用;采用模具一体注塑成型,牢固耐用,工艺简单,生产成本低。
实施例二
本实施例提供的环保擦背垫由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:PVC树脂45份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2.5份、环保增塑剂30份、硅橡胶11.5份、玻璃纤维5份、填充剂5份、润滑剂0.8份、颜料0.2份。颜料的颜色可以为一种或多种,使用者可以根据需要进行选择。
然后按照如下步骤制备本实施例的环保擦背垫:
S1、按重量份配比取各组分原料,通过反应釜进行搅拌混合,首先加入PVC树脂和环保增塑剂进行混合,搅拌4~6分钟后,依次加入纳米钙锌稳定剂、硅橡胶、玻璃纤维、填充剂、润滑剂和颜料进行混合,所有原料加入后,调节反应釜的温度为100~110℃,调节釜内转速为1350~1460r/min,搅拌6~8分钟后,获得混合料。
S2、将混合料加入造粒机进行造粒,获得挤塑料,造粒机在进行造粒时,温度为110~115℃。
S3、通过双螺杆挤出机将挤塑料注入模具内,挤出机的工作温度为105~115℃。冷却成型后获得环保擦背垫。冷却方式为自然冷却,并且在冷却后进行包装。
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于减少了PVC树脂的含量,增加了硅橡胶的含量,从而进一步提升擦背垫的耐磨、耐高温和耐低温的性能。
实施例三
本实施例提供的环保擦背垫由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:PVC树脂45份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2.5份、环保增塑剂36.5份、硅橡胶5份、玻璃纤维5份、填充剂5份、润滑剂0.8份、颜料0.2份。颜料的颜色可以为一种或多种,使用者可以根据需要进行选择。
然后按照如下步骤制备本实施例的环保擦背垫:
S1、按重量份配比取各组分原料,通过反应釜进行搅拌混合,首先加入PVC树脂和环保增塑剂进行混合,搅拌4~6分钟后,依次加入纳米钙锌稳定剂、硅橡胶、玻璃纤维、填充剂、润滑剂和颜料进行混合,所有原料加入后,调节反应釜的温度为100~110℃,调节釜内转速为1350~1460r/min,搅拌6~8分钟后,获得混合料。
S2、将混合料加入造粒机进行造粒,获得挤塑料,造粒机在进行造粒时,温度为110~115℃。
S3、通过双螺杆挤出机将挤塑料注入模具内,挤出机的工作温度为105~115℃。冷却成型后获得环保擦背垫。冷却方式为自然冷却,并且在冷却后进行包装。
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于减少了PVC树脂的含量,增加了增塑剂的含量,从而能够提升PVC树脂的塑化效果,提升了擦背垫的整体结构强度。
比较例一
一种擦背垫,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:PVC树脂45份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2.5份、环保增塑剂30份、填充剂5份、润滑剂0.8份、颜料0.2份。
然后按照如下步骤制备本实施例的环保擦背垫:
S1、按重量份配比取各组分原料,通过反应釜进行搅拌混合,首先加入PVC树脂和环保增塑剂进行混合,搅拌4~6分钟后,依次加入纳米钙锌稳定剂、填充剂、润滑剂和颜料进行混合,所有原料加入后,调节反应釜的温度为100~110℃,调节釜内转速为1350~1460r/min,搅拌6~8分钟后,获得混合料。
S2、将混合料加入造粒机进行造粒,获得挤塑料,造粒机在进行造粒时,温度为110~115℃。
S3、通过双螺杆挤出机将挤塑料注入模具内,挤出机的工作温度为105~115℃。冷却成型后获得环保擦背垫。冷却方式为自然冷却。
比较例二
一种擦背垫,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:PVC树脂45份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2.5份、环保增塑剂30份、玻璃纤维5份、填充剂5份、润滑剂0.8份、颜料0.2份。
然后按照如下步骤制备本实施例的环保擦背垫:
S1、按重量份配比取各组分原料,通过反应釜进行搅拌混合,首先加入PVC树脂和环保增塑剂进行混合,搅拌4~6分钟后,依次加入纳米钙锌稳定剂、填充剂、玻璃纤维、润滑剂和颜料进行混合,所有原料加入后,调节反应釜的温度为100~110℃,调节釜内转速为1350~1460r/min,搅拌6~8分钟后,获得混合料。
S2、将混合料加入造粒机进行造粒,获得挤塑料,造粒机在进行造粒时,温度为110~115℃。

比较例三

然后按照如下步骤制备本实施例的环保擦背垫:
S1、按重量份配比取各组分原料,通过反应釜进行搅拌混合,首先加入PVC树脂和环保增塑剂进行混合,搅拌4~6分钟后,依次加入纳米钙锌稳定剂、硅橡胶、填充剂、润滑剂和颜料进行混合,所有原料加入后,调节反应釜的温度为100~110℃,调节釜内转速为1350~1460r/min,搅拌6~8分钟后,获得混合料。
S2、将混合料加入造粒机进行造粒,获得挤塑料,造粒机在进行造粒时,温度为110~115℃。
S3、通过双螺杆挤出机将挤塑料注入模具内,挤出机的工作温度为105~115℃。冷却成型后获得环保擦背垫。冷却方式为自然冷却。
各实施例的检测数据见表1,各比较例的检测数据见表2。
实验一
根据GB/T1634.1~2004《塑料~负荷变形温度的测定~第1部分:通用试验方法》检测擦背垫的热变形温度(℃)。
实验二
根据GB/T1040.1~2006《塑料~拉伸性能的测定~第1部分:总则》检测擦背垫的拉伸强度(MPa)。

根据表1中实施例二和实施例一的数据对比可得,实施例二由于减少了PVC树脂的含量,增加了硅橡胶的含量,实施例二的热变形温度以及拉伸强度均高于实施例一,说明通过增加硅橡胶有利于提高擦背垫的热变形温度和拉伸强度。
根据表1中的实施例三和实施例一的数据对比可得,实施例三由于减少了PVC树脂的含量,增加了增塑剂的含量,实施例三的热变形温度以及拉伸强度均略高于实施例一,说明通过增加增塑剂,有利于提高擦背垫的热变形温度和拉伸强度。
根据表2的比较例二和比较例一的数据对比可得,比较例二由于增加了玻璃纤维的成分,比较例二的热变形温度以及拉伸强度均高于比较例一,其中拉伸强度的提升明显,说明通过增加玻璃纤维,有利于提升擦背垫的热变形温度和拉伸强度。
根据表2的比较例三和比较例一的数据对比可得,比较例三由于增加了硅橡胶的成分,比较例三的热变形温度以及拉伸强度均高于比较例一,其中热变形温度提升明显,说明通过添加硅橡胶,有利于提升擦背垫的热变形温度和拉伸强度。
根据表1中实施例一至三与比较例一至三的数据对比可得,实施例一至三中既加入了硅橡胶也加入了玻璃纤维,比较例一中既没有加入硅橡胶,也没有加入玻璃纤维,比较例二中单独加入了玻璃纤维,比较例三中单独加入了硅橡胶,实施例一至三的热变形温度以及拉伸强度均高于比较例一至三的。说明单独加入硅橡胶或玻璃纤维,对擦背垫的耐高温性能以及强度性能提升不高,只有当同时加入硅橡胶和玻璃纤维时,才能大大提高擦背垫的耐高温性能以及强度性能,从而有利于提高擦背垫的拉伸强度的同时,提升擦背垫的热变形温度。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成:PVC树脂45~55份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2~3份、环保增塑剂30~35份、硅橡胶4~7份、玻璃纤维4~7份、填充剂3~7份、润滑剂0.5~1.2份以及颜料0.2~0.4份,包括支撑层、按摩层和吸附层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,包括:PVC树脂50份、纳米钙锌稳定剂2.5份、环保增塑剂31.5份、硅橡胶5份、玻璃纤维5份、填充剂5份、润滑剂0.8份、颜料0.2份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述环保增塑剂为合成植物脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述硅橡胶为聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维为氧化钠含量为0.5%~2%的无碱玻璃纤维。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述填充剂为碳纤维。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述支撑层位于所述按摩层和所述吸附层之间,所述按摩层由均匀密布在支撑层前表面的耐磨PVC颗粒组成,所述吸附层由在支撑层的后表面均匀分布的若干个喇叭状吸附盘组成。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述支撑层的厚度为3~4mm,长度为400~600mm,宽度为350~450mm,所述颗粒的长度为5~7mm,直径为3~4mm,所述吸附盘直径为30~40mm。
10.如权利要求1~9所述的一种浴室用环保擦背垫的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份配比取各组分原料,通过反应釜进行搅拌混合,首先加入PVC树脂和环保增塑剂进行混合,搅拌4~6分钟后,依次加入纳米钙锌稳定剂、硅橡胶、玻璃纤维、填充剂、润滑剂和颜料进行混合,所有原料加入后,调节反应釜的温度为100~110℃,调节釜内转速为1350~1460r/min,搅拌6~8分钟后,获得混合料;
S2、将混合料加入造粒机进行造粒,获得挤塑料,造粒机造粒温度为110~115℃;
S3、通过双螺杆挤出机将挤塑料注入模具内,双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为105~115℃,冷却成型后获得环保擦背垫。
