Abstract

The invention relates to the field of veterinary drugs, in particular to a preparation method and a use method of a compound origanum oral liquid for treating piglet diarrhea.

Description

Preparation and use method of compound origanum oral liquid for treating piglet diarrhea
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of veterinary drugs, and in particular relates to a preparation method and a use method of compound oregano oral liquid for treating piglet diarrhea.
Background
Origanum is commonly known as dysentery stopping grass, marjoram, hyssop, elsholtzia and the like, is a perennial herb of origanum in the family of labiatae, and mainly grows in europe, northern africa, asia and other areas. In China, oregano is mainly distributed in places such as Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Guizhou and the like, and originates from hillside, roadside, shrubs, grasslands and forests with the altitude of 500-3600 m.
The father of Western medicine, Hibocela, found that oregano has the effects of sterilization, antibiosis, relieving gastrointestinal discomfort and respiratory problems, and the like. In the middle ages oregano has been used as an antimicrobial and food preservative. The oregano oil of the 17 th century is used for treating cold. In recent times, oregano is widely used for cooking gourmet food.
The origanum vulgare is pungent in taste, cool in nature and nontoxic, aromatic oil can be extracted from the whole herb, and the origanum vulgare can also be used as an aromatic oil, can also be used as a honey source plant, and has the effects of clearing heat, relieving exterior syndrome, regulating qi, eliminating dampness, inducing diuresis and relieving swelling.
The oregano oil is volatile oil with special aromatic odor extracted from oregano grass, is transparent, has light yellow color, and is a mixture. Modern pharmacological studies show that the oregano oil has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, resisting viruses, resisting oxidation, enhancing the immunity of the organism, aiding digestion and the like. The origanum oil as a novel natural plant antibiotic has the characteristics of wide source, obvious effect, difficult generation of drug resistance, no residue and the like compared with the traditional antibiotic. Oregano oil is a pharmaceutical additive approved by the Ministry of agriculture (Nongsufa No. 200l 20) for use in a few cases that do not require withdrawal periods. The high-quality natural oregano essential oil has wide market prospect both at home and abroad.
But at present, no standard for the oregano oil product exists in China. The foreign oregano oil products are mostly extracted from pure nature, have various active ingredients, high content and reliable product quality, and can be used for prevention and treatment. Most of domestic oregano essential oil products are synthesized by chemical engineering, the active ingredients are single, and the actual application effect is unclear.
Piglet diarrhea is a typical multifactorial disease. The types of pathogens causing piglet diarrhea are various and the disease property is complex. Piglet diarrhea has long been a significant cause of impaired piglet growth and high piglet mortality. Diarrhea in piglets can lead to low feed conversion rates, slow or arrested growth (runt pigs), decreased survival rate of piglets, and even death. The diarrhea of the piglets brings billions of yuan of direct economic loss to the pig industry every year.

The treatment principle of the compound oregano oral liquid for treating piglet diarrhea obtained by the application comprises the following two points: the natural origanum essential oil has antibacterial ability and is not easy to generate drug resistance. Considering that plant essential oils contain a large number of chemical components of different structures, their antibacterial properties cannot be attributed to one mechanism, but rather have several different target sites for cells. (1) An important mechanism for inhibiting bacteria of plant essential oil is to utilize the hydrophobicity of the plant essential oil to separate lipid on the bacterial cell wall and mitochondria, interfere the structure of the plant essential oil and increase the permeability of the plant essential oil. (2) The main component of phenolic substances in oregano oil can change the permeability of cell membrane by denaturing protein in cell membrane, or react with phospholipid in cell membrane, to destroy protein synthesis, so that the growth of microbial cell is inhibited. (3) Terpenoids, the main component of oregano oil, can also affect the self-replication process of DNA in bacteria, thereby inhibiting the propagation and growth process of bacteria and further inhibiting the growth of bacteria.
Since oregano essential oil is a volatile oil, in the second step of actual production, distillation is performed twice to extract distillate, which is actually an extraction process of oregano essential oil from oregano. The process can effectively improve the oil yield of the oregano oil.
Secondly, the method comprises the following steps: according to the pathogenesis characteristics of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency and excessive dampness and spleen failure in transportation, the treatment should be based on the principle of transporting spleen and clearing dampness. For exterior pathogen, summer-heat pathogen and food stagnation, they are combined with exterior-dispersing, summer-heat-clearing and food-stagnation-relieving herbs respectively. In the prescription, the three medicinal materials of the coptis chinensis, the folium artemisiae argyi and the radix sophorae flavescentis all have the effect of drying dampness, and the difference is that the coptis chinensis and the radix sophorae flavescentis can purge fire and remove toxin while drying dampness, and have the effects of treating damp-heat and summer-heat evil; the folium artemisiae argyi can warm the channel and stop bleeding while drying dampness, has obvious effect on treating downward flow of cold-dampness, and can also eliminate diarrhea and food stagnation; herba Moslae can resolve dampness and regulate the middle warmer, and its sweating and exterior-releasing functions can be well used for treating diarrhea and exterior syndrome. Herba Moslae and radix Sophorae Flavescentis also have diuretic effect, and can promote the discharge of dampness from waterway. The medicines are cooperated to effectively treat diarrhea.
In the medical process, the volatile oil of the folium artemisiae argyi and the effective components of the elsholtzia are taken, and the distillate can be obtained by distillation in the second step. The active ingredients of the coptis and the sophora are mostly in the decoction, and impurities can be removed through the extraction in the second step and the extraction in the third step. The yield can be improved by respectively extracting the volatile oil and the decoction, and the active ingredients of each medicinal material can be furthest reserved according to different properties of the active ingredients.
Meanwhile, the compatibility of the medicines can also improve the drug effect.
If the piglets and the sows have diarrhea at the same time, the administration can be carried out at the same time.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments or portions thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
