Abstract

本发明提供了一种水性皮革补伤膏,原料按重量配比为:去离子水20‑50份;润湿分散剂0‑1份;消泡剂0.05‑0.5份;增稠剂0.5‑5份;水性聚氨酯45‑70份;聚合物中空微球0.5‑6份;微粉蜡0.5‑5份;纳米氧化钛0.5‑3。该补伤膏由于使用了耐低高温的水性聚氨酯和无机纳米金属氧化物及微粉蜡、聚合物微球等材料,其对皮革具有较强的粘合强度,修补过的涂层可抛光性能和压花定型性能优异,耐高温熨烫,耐低温曲折,耐磨、耐溶剂、耐黄变、耐变老化,且具有很好的丰满回弹性能和形状保持性能及永久抗菌性能。本发明产品可广泛应用在各种皮革的点补、刮补及大面积刷补或辊补,能显著提高成品革的质量等级。

Description

水性皮革补伤膏
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,涉及皮革表面整饰用补伤膏。
背景技术
以水性聚氨酯作为皮革补伤膏中的成膜剂,由于与皮革的黏着强度高、耐老化、耐溶剂、耐高低温、耐水和耐磨性能优异,广泛用于皮革整饰领域,这是对温度敏感的丙烯酸酯类成膜剂无法比拟的。中国专利20061004公开了一种以丙烯酸酯为成膜剂制备皮革补伤膏的方法,但修补过的革面丰满度很差,耐溶剂性能和补伤效果难以满足用户的要求。中国专利201410753315.3公开了一种以水性聚氨酯为成膜剂的皮革消光补伤膏及其制备方法,虽然改善了补伤膏与皮革表面的粘结牢度和耐低高温性能,但配方中使用较多的有机溶剂和对人体伤害较大的有机锡化合物,环保性能较差,配方中也使用较多的表面活性剂,因而修补层耐水性能较差,修补层的丰满度和弹性也达不到要求。中国专利201210169725.4提供了一种全粒面皮革抛光补伤膏,虽然配方中使用了超支化聚氨酯成膜剂和热膨胀中空微球,大大改善了补伤层的丰满度和可抛光性能,但超支化水性聚氨酯生产成本较高,且产品仅适用于全粒面皮革的轻微补伤或较粗粒面的刷补处理和抛光处理,并不适用伤残较重的皮革补伤,使用范围受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免上述现有技术不足,提供一种性能优异的适用于各种皮革的高效、环保、经济的水性皮革补伤膏。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种水性皮革补伤膏的原料选取方法及配方。
本发明的目的通过以下技术实现:
去离子水20-50份;
润湿分散剂0-1份;
消泡剂0.05-0.5份;
增稠剂0.5-5份;
水性聚氨酯45-70份;
聚合物中空微球0.5-6份;
微粉蜡0.5-5份;
纳米氧化钛0.5-3份。
本发明所述的水性皮革补伤膏使用的水性聚氨酯为本单位自主研发的皮革补伤膏专用的对皮革表面具有超强黏着力的水性聚氨酯,并且具有优异的耐溶剂性能,耐高低温性能和耐水性能,较高的强度和耐磨性;聚合物中空微球提高了补伤膏的抗塌陷性能;微粉蜡改善了修补层的可抛光性能;纳米氧化钛提高了补伤膏的抗菌抑菌性能和抗老化性能及其它机械性能。
本发明所述的水性皮革补伤膏能与所有阴离子或非离子色浆、助剂配伍使用,从而满足用户对各种伤残皮革修补效果的要求。
本发明所述的水性皮革补伤膏适用于对各种伤残皮革进行点补、刮补、刷补和辊补,显著提高伤残皮革加工成品皮革的利用率和等级率及价值率。

实施例1
去离子水21份;非离子润湿分散剂 0.1份;有机硅消泡剂0.2份;聚氨酯增稠剂1.2份;聚酯型脂环族水性聚氨酯70份;聚合物中空微球0.5份;聚酰胺蜡粉微粉蜡4.0份;纳米氧化钛3.0份。
去离子水45份;聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.1份;丙烯酸增稠剂1.0份;纤维素增稠剂1.0份;聚碳酸酯型脂肪(环)族水性聚氨酯45份;聚合物中空微球6.0份;聚丙烯微粉蜡0.5份;纳米氧化钛1.4份。
实施例3
去离子水30份;非离子润湿分散剂0.2份;阴离子润湿分散剂0.2份;有机硅消泡剂0.2份;纤维素增稠剂2.4份;聚醚型脂肪(环)族水性聚氨酯60份;聚合物中空微球3.0份;聚乙烯微粉蜡2.5份;聚酰胺微粉蜡1.0份;纳米氧化钛0.5份。
实施例4
去离子水33份;阴离子润湿分散剂1.0份;聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.5份;聚氨酯增稠剂2.2份;纤维素增稠剂1.0份;聚碳酸酯(聚醚)型脂肪(环)族水性聚氨酯55份;聚合物中空微球1.5份;聚乙烯微粉蜡2.0份;聚丙烯微粉蜡3.0份;纳米氧化钛0.8份。

1.一种水性皮革补伤膏,其特征在于,按原料重量份计配比为:去离子水20-50;润湿分散剂0-1份;消泡剂0.05-0.5份;增稠剂0.5-5份;水性聚氨酯45-70份;聚合物中空微球0.5-6份;微粉蜡0.5-5份;纳米氧化钛0.5-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性皮革补伤膏,其特征在于,所述的润湿分散剂为非离子或阴离子润湿分散剂或两种的复配体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性皮革补伤膏,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为有机硅或其聚醚共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性皮革补伤膏,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为丙烯酸类或聚氨酯类或纤维素类的一种或任意两种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性皮革补伤膏,其特征在于,所述的水性聚氨酯为由聚酯或聚醚型脂肪族或脂环族异氰酸酯制备的水性聚氨酯及他们中的一种或任意两种或三种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性皮革补伤膏,其特征在于,所述的聚合物中空微球为核壳结构的丙烯酸酯类聚合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性皮革补伤膏,其特征在于,所述的微粉蜡为聚乙烯或聚丙烯或聚酰胺类蜡粉的一种或任意两种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性皮革补伤膏,其特征在于,所述的纳米氧化钛粒径小于100纳米。
