Background
Bacterial Vaginitis (BV) is a syndrome of vaginal secretion increase, fishy smell and vulvar pruritus burning caused by vaginal microecological balance disorder due to mixed infection of gardnerella vaginalis and some anaerobic bacteria. Can be classified into Haemophilus vaginitis, Corynebacterium vaginitis, anaerobic vaginitis, and Gardnerella vaginitis.
At present, the treatment of gynecological vaginitis in China can be divided into western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and the treatment process is combined with oral administration and external washing. Most western medicines adopt estrogen and antibacterial drugs for combined treatment, all the antibacterial drugs have good killing effect on bacteria, but the drugs can generate toxic and side effects and drug resistance in different degrees after long-term use; the traditional Chinese medicine for treating vulvitis, and other gynecological vaginitis is beneficial to symptomatic treatment, can well relieve symptoms, has a remarkable effect of killing insect pests, and does not have a pure traditional Chinese medicine washing liquid which has the same formula or equivalent effect with the medicinal material of the invention and is used for treating the vulvitis and the vaginitis in the market at present.

Comparative example 5
The composition for treating gynecological inflammation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of extract of the component A, 100 parts of lanolin, 30 parts of glycerol, 100 parts of vaseline, 100 parts of beeswax and 8 parts of borneol; the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of birch and 70 parts of oak; component B is absent. The specific procedure was carried out except that the procedure for the preparation of component B was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 6
The comparative example provides a composition for the treatment of gynecological inflammation with the same raw materials and component contents as example 1. In the specific operation steps, the steps S1 and S2 are used for processing birch and oak by using the method of the step S3 to obtain a first filtrate and a second filtrate, and the rest steps are the same as the step 1.
Case selection: the patients with chronic vaginitis with the disease course of 1-4 years respectively comprise 60 cases of the test group (the composition for treating gynecological inflammation in any of the examples 1-3 is prepared into suppository) and the control group. The age is 55 years maximum and 20 years minimum. The comparison of general data such as age, disease course, complications, and basic body state of two groups of patients has no statistical significance (P >0.05), and is comparable.
Clinical symptoms: fever, chills and tremor, dull pain in the lower abdomen, soreness and pain in the lumbosacral region and profuse leucorrhea.
The medication method comprises the following steps: (1) control group: the suppository is commercially available in the form of suppository, and is administered by placing into vagina 1 granule each time, 1 time daily, and 7 days as one treatment course. (2) The medicine is put into vagina, 1 dose is taken every time, 1 time is taken every day, 7 days is a treatment course, and the administration period can be determined according to the condition of a patient.
The therapeutic effect judgment standard is as follows: (1) and (3) curing: patient positive symptoms and signs all disappeared; (2) the effect is shown: most symptoms and signs of the patient disappear, the gynecological examination result shows that the improvement is obvious, and B ultrasonic indicates that the inflammatory mass is obviously reduced; (3) the method has the following advantages: the symptoms and physical signs of the patient can be improved, the B ultrasonic wave prompts that the inflammatory mass is reduced, and the reduction range of the volume of the inflammatory mass is less than two thirds according to the time; (4) and (4) invalidation: the symptoms of the patients are not improved, and the examination results show that the disease condition is not changed or progressed.
Treatment record: the onset time, the medication time, the average treatment cost, the treatment effective rate, the occurrence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate within 6 months of the two groups of patients are observed and recorded.
The therapeutic effects of the drugs of the invention and the drugs of the control group against chronic vaginitis are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Group of Total number of people The number of people cured Number of effective people Number of effective persons Number of invalid persons
Test group 60 51 8 1 0
Control group 60 32 12 10 6
As can be seen from the results in table 1, the effect of the composition for treating gynecological inflammation of the present embodiment is significantly higher than that of the comparative example group, and the effective rate is 100%.
While the invention has been described in terms of specific process equipment and process steps, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are included to illustrate the principles of the invention, and that various changes and modifications, which will be apparent to those skilled in the art, may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention and, therefore, the invention is to be limited only by the appended claims.
