Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, relates to an external medicinal liquid for rheumatism, and particularly relates to a herbal wrapped moxibustion medicinal liquid for rheumatic bone pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Rheumatism refers to a disease that mainly invades joints, muscles, bones and soft tissues around the joints, such as tendons, ligaments, bursa, fascia and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the rheumatic bone pain is caused by the mixture of wind, cold and damp, and is a arthralgia syndrome formed by mixing various pathogenic factors. Wind, cold and dampness stagnate in joints to block channels and vessels, and the circulation of qi and blood is not smooth, which can be classified as "wind-damp", "damp arthralgia" and "wind-cold-damp arthralgia" to cause arthralgia, numbness, swelling, stiffness and even paralysis. Especially, neck, shoulder, waist and leg pains are caused by middle-aged and elderly people, and the living health of people is seriously influenced.
At present, the traditional Chinese medicines for treating the rheumatism bone disease comprise oral medicines and external medicines, the oral medicines generally cannot directly reach focus parts, the curative effect of the medicines cannot be efficiently utilized, and the treatment effect is easily influenced. The externally applied medicine belongs to an externally applied medicine, can be directly pasted on a diseased part, but if the efficacy of the medicine cannot reliably permeate into a focus part in a body from the body surface, the ideal curative effect cannot be achieved, the medicine can only be used for alleviating symptoms, the cost is high, the treatment course is long, and the effect is not good especially for people or patients suffering from wind-cold type, wind-damp type and blood stasis type osteodynia.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides herbal wrapped moxibustion liquid for treating rheumatic bone pain and a preparation method thereof; has obvious effects of eliminating dampness and dispelling cold, and has safe and reliable use effect.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions.

Preferably, the power of the microwave treatment is 1200-1500W.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the liquid medicine takes processed radix aconiti, processed radix aconiti kusnezoffii and asarum as monarch drugs, and the three monarch drugs are firstly extracted by alcohol and fermented by lactic acid and acetic acid in a short period; during the fermentation process, acetic acid bacteria convert alcohol into acetic acid to make the whole environment acidic, part of organic components are degraded and fully dissolved out, and then ministerial drugs consisting of ephedra, cinnamon, folium artemisiae argyi, speranskia herb and lycopodium clavatum are added for further fermentation; at the moment, under an acidic condition, lactic acid bacteria are further degraded by using carbohydrates in a newly added medicine to form lactic acid, meanwhile, in the synergistic metabolic process of two microorganisms, various secondary metabolites are generated, various organic matters in the monarch medicine and the ministerial medicine are dissolved out, and aldehydes, esters and acidic components which play a role in the ministerial medicine assist the monarch medicine to improve the effects of stimulating the menstrual flow and dispelling cold. The concentration and the variety of dissolved components in a fermentation system are improved by step-by-step and synergistic fermentation; meanwhile, the effects of expelling wind and removing dampness, warming channels and expelling cold, activating collaterals and relieving pain of monarch drugs and adjuvant drugs are improved.
The clematis root, the tripterygium wilfordii, the peach kernel and the safflower are used as adjuvant drugs in the liquid medicine, are added into the monarch and minister drugs in two steps, are treated by ultrasonic oscillation, and form short-chain state in molecular form of effective components in the adjuvant drugs in the process of oscillating and shearing, so that the effect of assisting and enhancing the monarch and minister drugs is gradually enhanced, and the effect of activating blood and dissolving stasis in the drugs is more prominent.
The ground beetle, the honeycomb, the raw liquorice and the nux vomica are taken as guiding drugs, vinegar is added for modulation, then microwave treatment is carried out, and then the mixture is added into the mixed drug, so that the guiding drugs can play a role in balancing and coordinating themselves and the guiding drugs can be harmonized.
The wrapped moxibustion liquid medicine is suitable for being used in wrapped moxibustion treatment, has improved medicinal components, small molecular weight, short treatment course and good curative effect, and is more beneficial to skin permeation and rapid subcutaneous introduction. The clinical observation of results of 600 patients with rheumatic bone pain shows that the effective rate reaches more than 95 percent.
