技术领域
本公开涉及手术装置。更具体地,本公开涉及与手术缝合器装置一起使用的适配器组合件,其具有夹在柔性电缆的柔性指状件上的电接触件。
背景技术

发明内容

本公开提供了一种适配器组合件,其包括在适配器组合件内纵向延伸的柔性电缆。适配器组合件将手柄组合件和加载单元互连。电缆将电信号从与加载单元接合的旋转环传输到手柄组合件。通过使用直接将指状件结合到柔性电缆的远端中的线,柔性电缆避免了使用绞合线来将信号从旋转环传递到柔性电缆。柔性指状件被焊接到附接到旋转环上的电接触件组合件的接触夹。接触夹传导来自加载单元的信号。接触夹具有可夹在柔性指状件上的特征件,以从焊接头自身释放应力。特别地,将柔性电缆的柔性指状件联接至电接触件组合件,电接触件组合件又联接至可旋转的锁定构件,从而将物理应变施加到柔性指状件与电接触件组合件之间的电连接上。本公开依赖于将柔性指状件直接焊接和固定到相应的电接触夹,这减轻了由于可旋转的锁定构件的旋转而施加在柔性指状件和电接触夹上的机械应力,其防止了柔性指状件从电接触件组合件上脱离。
使用单根柔性电缆还通过消除额外电线的需要减少了适配器组合件中使用的零件数量。使用电线连接器还需要将电线切割成一定长度并剥皮至预定长度。焊接电线并形成使用环路以从焊接头释放应力也是一项劳动密集型过程。柔性指状件消除了切割/剥皮过程的需要,并提供了松弛的环路。与将电线切割和剥皮相比,将柔性指状件制造为适当的长度更具重复性,并且更易于控制。远侧电子系统的组装也通过柔性指状件更具重复性。柔性电缆可以以扁平状态被印刷并且在组装过程中形成为期望的构造。柔性电缆的尺寸也可以容易调整和重新印刷以进行优化。
参看图1,供电式手术装置10包含手柄组合件20,其被配置成与适配器组合件30选择性地连接,所述适配器组合件继而被配置成与具有端部执行器44的加载单元40选择性地连接。尽管通常被称为供电式手术装置,但预期,手术装置10可以是手动致动的且可包含各种配置。

驱动组合件50包含具有远端部分54a和近侧接合区段54b的柔性驱动梁54。远端部分54a包含具有刀55a的I形梁55。I形梁55配置成行进通过砧座组合件46仓组合件48,借此朝向仓组合件48推动砧座组合件46以夹持组织。近侧接合区段54b包含直径相对的向内延伸的指状件54c,其接合驱动部件56(图5)以将驱动部件56固定地紧固到柔性驱动梁54的近端。驱动部件56由适配器组合件30的致动组合件35之一致动。
端部执行器44的仓组合件48包含可移除地支撑在载体60中的钉仓58。钉仓58限定中心纵向狭槽58a,并且呈直线的多排钉保持狭槽58b定位在中心纵向狭槽58a的每一侧上。钉保持狭槽58b中的每一个接收单个钉62和钉推动器64的一部分。在手术装置10的操作期间,驱动组合件50对接致动滑块66并且推动致动滑块66通过钉仓58。随着致动滑块66移动通过钉仓58,致动滑块66的凸轮楔循序接合钉推动器64以在钉保持狭槽58b内垂直移动钉推动器64,并且循序地从其弹射单个钉62,用于抵靠砧座组合件46的砧板46a形成。
手术加载单元40的近侧主体部分42包含具有从手术加载单元40的近端延伸的钩状近端部分52a的铰接连杆52,其接合联接到适配器组合件30的致动组合件35中的另一个的相对铰接连杆(未图示)。铰接连杆52具有可枢转地紧固到端部执行器44的远端部分52b。
参考图7,适配器组合件30包括激活机构70,该激活机构70向手柄组合件20提供加载单元40已经适当地安装到适配器组合件30的正反馈,并且与设置在加载单元40内的存储器或电路组件结合,提供关于加载单元40的各种参数(例如,钉尺寸)的信息给临床医生。激活机构70还允许重复地安装多个加载单元40,而不会在适配器组合件30内经历其机械和/或电组件的任何退化,从而增强可用性并确保适配器组合件30在扩大数量的用途中正常工作。

参考图8和9,线束74将开关72和电接触件组合件80和81与电连接器32连接。线束74可以是柔性电缆,其具有设置在第一柔性电介质衬底77和第二柔性电介质衬底79上的一个或多个导电层75,所述柔性电介质衬底包围导电层75。电介质衬底77和79可由任何合适的柔性电介质材料形成,包含(但不限于)聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚萘二甲酸伸乙酯、聚醚酰亚胺、氟聚合物、聚醚醚酮及其组合。导电层75可以包括多条迹线,并且可以由诸如铜或各种合金的任何导电材料形成,并且可以使用任何消减(例如,蚀刻)或加成(例如,丝网印刷)技术施加到电介质衬底,用于在柔性电介质衬底上形成导电层。
线束74可以包括任何数量的分段74a、74b、74c,以允许通过适配器组合件30进行布线。如图10和11所示,分段74b相对于分段74b和74c大致垂直,从而允许线束74被缠绕在适配器组合件30的远端部分30c的各个组件周围和内部。
参考图8,线束74包括近侧连接器部分76,其连接至电连接器32。线束74还包括远侧连接器部分78,其连接到开关72以及一对电接触件组合件80和81(图12-14)。
参考图7,加载单元40包括一对电接触件41,其配置为在将加载单元40插入适配器组合件30中时与布置在适配器组合件30的远端部分30c内的一对电接触件组合件80和81接合。一对电接触件41联接至布置在加载单元40内的存储装置43。存储装置43可以被加密并且可以存储与加载单元40有关的信息,例如使用次数、灭菌周期、钉尺寸、钳口尺寸等。存储装置43可以是任何合适的非易失性存储器,例如闪存。
参考图10-13,电接触件组合件80和81设置在可旋转锁定构件90的远端部分88处,该可旋转锁定构件90配置成响应于加载单元40的旋转而围绕限定为“X-X”的纵向轴线在锁定位置和解锁位置之间旋转。更具体地,在将加载单元40插入适配器组合件30中之后,在其中旋转加载单元40以固定加载单元40。因此,可旋转锁定构件90与加载单元40一起旋转,同时可旋转锁定构件90的电接触件组合件80和81保持与加载单元40的一对电接触件41电连通。
如图13和图14所示,远侧连接器部分78包括联接到开关72的开关部分82,以及一对指状件84和86(每个指状件分别联接到对应的电接触件组合件80和81)。参考图9,为简洁起见,仅示出了指状件84,尽管每个指状件84和86相同或基本相同。指状件84包括接触部分85,其中第二柔性介电衬底79的远端部分被去除以暴露导电层75。
参考图14,每个电接触件组合件80和81是相同或基本相同的。因此,为了简洁起见,下面仅描述电接触件组合件80的结构和组件。电接触件组合件80包括夹套式外壳92,其构造为夹在或扣在可旋转锁定构件90的环形部分94(图13)上。夹套式外壳92可以由任何合适的高强度拉伸材料形成,例如金属和/或热塑性塑料。夹套式外壳92在其第一表面93上包括悬臂舌片95,并且该悬臂舌片95从夹套式外壳92的近端部分96延伸。夹套式外壳92还包括设置在其远端部分97处的唇缘98,该唇缘98朝着第一表面93延伸。悬臂舌片95与唇缘98分开预定距离“d”,其基本上是环形部分94的宽度(例如大约±2%),使得夹套式外壳92可以摩擦固定在其上。
夹套式外壳92还包括狭缝100,该狭缝过渡到形成在其第二表面104上的凹陷102中。夹套式外壳92容纳接触夹108或110,每个接触夹联接到指状件84和86的接触部分85。凹陷102形成在两个相对的壁105a和105b之间,并且从夹套式外壳92的远端部分97延伸直到到达架子106。凹陷102在其远端处不受阻碍,从而允许电接触件41在其外表面并且特别是在接触夹108或110上滑动。
如图15和图16所示,接触夹108可以由诸如铜的导电材料形成,并且可以具有平面形状。接触夹108包括接触部分112和附接部分114。接触部分112被配置成滑入狭缝100中并在凹陷102上方,从而为电接触件41提供电接触。接触部分112可以包括一个或多个突起102a,其将接触部分112固定在壁105a和105b之间。附接部分114平行于接触部分112,并且通过垂直于接触部分和附接部分114的段113连接到其上。由于接触夹108由金属形成,所以如图16所示,附接部分114可以弯曲以固定指状件84。特别地,指状件84的接触部分85可以通过焊接或任何其他合适的方法电联接到接触夹108的接触部分112。通过围绕指状件84弯曲附接部分114从而将其固定到接触夹108上来固定指状件84。指状件84被放置在段113上,即,平行于所述段并垂直于接触部分112。之后,将附接部分114围绕指状件84缠绕一次或多次,使得指状件84设置在附接部分114的两层之间。附接部分114可以围绕其背面缠绕。
参考图17和18,接触夹110基本上类似于接触夹108,并且下面仅描述它们之间的区别。接触夹110还包括接触部分122,然而,附接部分124直接联接到接触部分112并且垂直于接触部分112。指状件86放置在接触部分122上,即与其平行,并且附接部分124围绕指状件86缠绕一次或多次,使得指状件86设置在附接部分124的两层之间。附接部分124可以缠绕在接触部分122的背面周围。指状件86的接触部分85还通过钎焊或任何其他合适的方法电联接至接触夹110的接触部分122。
参考图19,接触夹130与接触夹108和110基本相似,并且下面仅描述它们之间的区别。接触夹130包括接触部分132和附接部分134,该附接部分134直接从接触部分132延伸并与其平行。附接部分134包括一对相对的指状件135a和135b,其配置为缠绕在接触部132上。指状件84或86跨过接触部分132放置,即垂直于接触部分132放置,并且附接部分134弯曲到接触部分132上。之后,使指状件135a和135b绕接触部分132的背面弯曲。

Claims (15)

1.一种手术装置,其包括:
手柄组合件,其包含控制器和第一电连接器;
适配器组合件,其包含:
管状壳体,其具有配置成联接到所述手柄组合件的近端部分,和远端部分;
第二电连接器,其设置在所述近端部分,并配置成联接至第一电连接器;
电接触件组合件,其设置在所述远端部分;和
线束,其设置在所述管状壳体内并且将第二电连接器和所述电接触件组合件互连;以及
配置成联接至所述适配器组合件的所述远端部分的手术端部执行器,所述手术端部执行器包括配置成联接至所述电接触件组合件的电接触件,
其中所述线束是柔性电缆,所述柔性电缆具有设置在第一柔性电介质衬底和第二柔性电介质衬底上的一个或多个导电层,所述第一柔性电介质衬底和所述第二柔性电介质衬底包围所述导电层,其中所述适配器组合件还包括响应于所述手术端部执行器联接到所述适配器组合件而被致动的开关,其中所述柔性电缆联接到所述开关并且包括联接到所述电接触件组合件的柔性指状件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术装置,其中所述适配器组合件包括可旋转的锁定构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的手术装置,其中所述电接触件组合件包括具有悬臂舌片的壳体,所述悬臂舌片被配置成将所述电接触件组合件附接到所述可旋转的锁定构件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的手术装置,其中所述电接触件组合件包括固定在形成于所述壳体上的凹陷中的接触夹。
5.根据权利要求4所述的手术装置,其中所述柔性指状件电联接到所述接触夹。
6.根据权利要求5所述的手术装置,其中所述接触夹包括接触部分和附接部分。
7.根据权利要求6所述的手术装置,其中所述接触部分被配置成接合所述电接触件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的手术装置,其中所述附接部分被折叠以将所述柔性指状件固定到所述接触夹。
9.根据权利要求8所述的手术装置,其中所述柔性指状件包括被焊接到所述接触夹的导电层的暴露部分。
10.一种手术装置适配器组合件,包括:
管状壳体,其具有配置成联接到手柄组合件的近端部分和配置成联接到手术端部执行器的远端部分;
电连接器,其设置在所述近端部分;
电接触件组合件,其设置在所述远端部分;和
线束,其设置在所述管状壳体内并且将所述电连接器和所述电接触件组合件互连,
其中所述线束是柔性电缆,所述柔性电缆具有设置在第一柔性电介质衬底和第二柔性电介质衬底上的一个或多个导电层,所述第一柔性电介质衬底和所述第二柔性电介质衬底包围所述导电层,其中所述手术装置适配器组合件还包括响应于所述手术端部执行器联接到所述适配器组合件而被致动的开关,其中所述柔性电缆联接到所述开关并且包括联接到所述电接触件组合件的柔性指状件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的手术装置适配器组合件,还包括配置成接合手术端部执行器的可旋转的锁定构件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的手术装置适配器组合件,其中所述电接触件组合件包括具有悬臂舌片的壳体,所述悬臂舌片被配置成将所述电接触件组合件附接到所述可旋转的锁定构件。
13.根据权利要求12所述的手术装置适配器组合件,其中所述电接触件组合件包括固定在形成于所述壳体上的凹陷中的接触夹并且所述柔性指状件被电联接到所述接触夹。
14.根据权利要求13所述的手术装置适配器组合件,其中所述接触夹包括接触部分和附接部分,所述接触部分被配置成接合手术端部执行器的电接触件,并且所述附接部分被折叠以将所述柔性指状件固定到所述接触夹。
15.根据权利要求14所述的手术装置适配器组合件,其中所述柔性指状件包括被焊接到所述接触夹的导电层的暴露部分。
