Abstract

本发明公开了一种花卉专用膜,由以下成分组成:进口聚乙烯、色素、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、低温增塑剂、吸附剂、耐老化剂、稀土,色素采用植物色素。该花卉专用膜植物色素的添加使得膜具有淡蓝色,高透光但不会灼伤花卉,添加稀土,通过稀土制成的调光膜,能对光线进行选择性透过,能充分利用太阳光,将花卉的生长环境调整至最佳。

本发明涉及花卉专用膜技术领域,具体为一种花卉专用膜。
背景技术
花卉是一种用来欣赏的植物,具有繁殖功能的变态短枝,有许多种类,在花卉培育经常采用大棚培育,因此就需要使用到大棚薄膜。
现有的花卉专用膜透光性较差,而且无法调节光照,为此,我们提出一种花卉专用膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种花卉专用膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种花卉专用膜,由以下成分组成:进口聚乙烯、色素、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、低温增塑剂、吸附剂、耐老化剂、稀土。
优选的,所述色素采用植物色素。
优选的,所述花卉专用膜的生产步骤如下:步骤1、混合;步骤2、挤塑;步骤3、冷却;步骤4、干燥;步骤5、吹膜成型。
优选的,所述步骤1、混合是将进口聚乙烯、色素、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、低温增塑剂、吸附剂、耐老化剂、稀土按照配比60:5:5:5:5:5:5:10加入混合设备进行混合均匀。
优选的,所述步骤2、挤塑将混合均匀的物料经过挤塑机进行三层共挤,经过挤塑成型。
优选的,所述步骤3、冷却是对挤塑成型的物料通过冷却水槽进行冷却,完成冷却成型。
优选的,所述步骤4、干燥是对冷却后的物料通过吹风机进行吹风干燥,直至物料表面无明显水渍。
优选的,所述步骤5、吹膜成型是通过吹膜机进行吹膜成型,形成薄膜。
优选的,所述稀土是镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕其中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该花卉专用膜添加稀土,通过稀土制成的调光膜,能对光线进行选择性透过,能充分利用太阳光,将花卉的生长环境调整至最佳,从而增加产量,采用三层共挤工艺,具有高透光高保温性能,而且植物色素的添加使得膜具有淡蓝色,高透光但不会灼伤花卉。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种花卉专用膜,由以下成分组成:进口聚乙烯、色素、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、低温增塑剂、吸附剂、耐老化剂、稀土,色素采用植物色素,植物色素的添加使得膜具有淡蓝色,高透光但不会灼伤花卉。
花卉专用膜的生产步骤如下:步骤1、混合;步骤2、挤塑;步骤3、冷却;步骤4、干燥;步骤5、吹膜成型。
步骤1、混合是将进口聚乙烯、色素、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、低温增塑剂、吸附剂、耐老化剂、稀土按照配比60:5:5:5:5:5:5:10加入混合设备进行混合均匀。
步骤2、挤塑将混合均匀的物料经过挤塑机进行三层共挤,经过挤塑成型,采用三层共挤工艺,具有高透光高保温性能。
步骤3、冷却是对挤塑成型的物料通过冷却水槽进行冷却,完成冷却成型。
步骤4、干燥是对冷却后的物料通过吹风机进行吹风干燥,直至物料表面无明显水渍。
步骤5、吹膜成型是通过吹膜机进行吹膜成型,形成薄膜。
稀土是镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕其中的一种,添加稀土,通过稀土制成的调光膜,能对光线进行选择性透过,能充分利用太阳光,将花卉的生长环境调整至最佳。
综上,花卉专用膜采用进口原料,进口助剂,三层共挤工艺,具有高透光高保温性能,同时稀土的添加使得膜可以调节光照,使得光质均匀,根据花卉的生长特性,调整光补偿量,将花卉的生长环境调节至最佳,从而达到增长产量,提高花卉质量的目的。

1.一种花卉专用膜,其特征在于,由以下成分组成:进口聚乙烯、色素、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、低温增塑剂、吸附剂、耐老化剂、稀土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种花卉专用膜,其特征在于:所述色素采用植物色素。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种花卉专用膜,其特征在于:所述花卉专用膜的生产步骤如下:步骤1、混合;步骤2、挤塑;步骤3、冷却;步骤4、干燥;步骤5、吹膜成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种花卉专用膜,其特征在于:所述步骤1、混合是将进口聚乙烯、色素、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、低温增塑剂、吸附剂、耐老化剂、稀土按照配比60:5:5:5:5:5:5:10加入混合设备进行混合均匀。
