本发明涉及一种织染制作工艺,具体涉及一种二醋酸纤维与再生纤维交织物双色效果的制作工艺。
背景技术
二醋酸纤维素是将木浆浆粕中的纤维素进行乙酰化后形成纤维酯化衍生物,经过干法纺丝工艺制成二醋酸纤维素纤维,二醋酸纤维素纤维与棉、粘胶、锦纶、涤纶等纤维相比,具有显著的快干性;二醋酸纤维面料还具有一定的接触凉感,具有类似桑蚕丝的柔和光泽,加上其柔软的手感和亲肤舒适性,在行业内被公认为仿真丝效果最好的纤维之一,且环保,可以与多种纤维进行交织。现有的二醋酸纤维与再生纤维交织物,染色时两种纤维对染料选择上截然不同,二醋酸纤维需要用低温分散染料,而再生纤维则需要活性高碱。因为二醋酸纤维因为在一定的碱性条件和温度的作用下极易皂化为纤维素纤维,所以需要在低碱低温条件下染色,使二醋酸纤维不被破坏。同时也需要对纤维素纤维的活性染料进行筛选,所以二醋酸纤维与再生纤维交织物制作时对温度、碱剂要求极高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种二醋酸纤维与再生纤维交织物双色效果的制作工艺,减少了工艺步骤,做到在染再生纤维时二醋酸纤维不沾色,更环保节能,制作后产品色牢度达到丝织物纺织品行业要求,手感丰满柔软,产品性能优越,质量可靠,深受客户广泛好评。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种二醋酸纤维与再生纤维交织物双色效果的制作工艺,其特征在于:依次包括平缸退浆炼漂、平缸染色、平缸加软、烘干加软、拉幅定型和成品打卷步骤,所述平缸退浆炼漂具体步骤如下:
(1)加入酶和精炼剂,采用2000L酶 8.5g/L ,LUN精炼剂3.5g/L ,OS乳化分散剂3.5g/L,温度70~80℃,走5道,流动出水后排水;
(2)注水升温至95~98℃,走2道进行高温杀酶,冷水1道,出水干净后排水;
(3)注水进入染色工序,所述染色工艺采用低温低碱活性染色工艺,卷染机再生纤维染色,低温活性65~72℃染色,温度40℃时加入助剂搅匀后用过滤网把化好后的活性染料分两次加入卷染机,回2道,升温至50~55℃,加入促染剂,分2道加完,再升温至65~72℃,走4道,剪样对色;然后把1.5g/L纯碱进行温水化开分两道加入,温度65~72℃回5道;再追加0.5g/L纯碱化水分2道加入,回4道取样核样;
(4)核样确认后流动热水2道,后加入冰醋酸0.7g/L,升温至80~85℃,走2道后出水,加入皂洗剂2.5g/L,升温至90~95℃,走2道;出水干净后进入加软工艺,加入486硅油2.5g/L,SG软油30g/L,冰醋1g/L,运行3道出缸上卷;
(5)后整理:爱乐烘干机130℃,车速14m/min,风机30%;烘干后进行110~120℃拉幅定型。
作为一种优选,所述步骤(3)中助剂包括540软水剂1g/L 、JY匀染剂1g/L和纯碱2g/L。

具体实施方式
一种二醋酸纤维与再生纤维交织物双色效果的制作工艺,依次包括平缸退浆炼漂、平缸染色、平缸加软、爱乐烘干加软、拉幅定型和成品打卷步骤,所述前处理工艺平缸退浆炼漂具体步骤如下:
(1)加入酶和精炼剂,采用2000L酶8.5g/L ,LUN精炼剂3.5g/L,OS乳化分散剂3.5g/L,温度70~80℃,走5道,流动出水后排水;
(2)注水升温至95~98℃,走2道进行高温杀酶,冷水1道,出水干净后排水;
(3)注水进入染色工序,所述染色工艺采用低温低碱活性染色工艺,卷染机再生纤维染色,低温活性65-72℃染色,温度40℃时加入助剂搅匀后用过滤网把化好后的活性染料分两次加入卷染机,回2道,升温至50-55℃,加入促染剂元明粉,分2道加完,再升温至65-72℃,走4道,剪样对色;把1.5g/L纯碱进行温水化开分两道加入温度65-72℃回5道;再追加0.5g/L纯碱化水分2道加入回4道取样核样;
(4)核样确认后流动热水2道,后加入冰醋酸0.7g/L,升温至80-85℃,走2道后出水,加入皂洗剂2.5g/L,升温至90-95℃,走2道;出水干净后进入加软工艺,加入486硅油2.5g/L,SG软油30g/L,冰醋1g/L,运行3道出缸上卷;
(5)后整理:爱乐烘干机130℃,车速14m/min,风机30%;烘干后进行110-120℃拉幅定型。
其中,工艺用助剂包括540软水剂1g/L 、JY匀染剂1g/L和纯碱2g/L。
采用上述制作工艺生的产品上技术性能指标和参数如下:
1.色牢度,皂洗干湿摩擦牢度≥3级;
2.缩水率达到3%以下;
3.同色性:色差在4级以下;
4.抗活性:干湿折绉回复角(经+纬)提高20~30%;
5.光泽柔和,手感柔软滑爽,无粗适感;
6.抗静电性良好。
Claims (2)
1.一种二醋酸纤维与再生纤维交织物双色效果的制作工艺,其特征在于:依次包括平缸退浆炼漂、平缸染色、平缸加软、烘干加软、拉幅定型和成品打卷步骤,所述平缸退浆炼漂具体步骤如下:
(1)加入酶和精炼剂,采用2000L酶 8.5g/L ,LUN精炼剂3.5g/L ,OS乳化分散剂3.5g/L,温度70~80℃,走5道,流动出水后排水;
(2)注水升温至95~98℃,走2道进行高温杀酶,冷水1道,出水干净后排水;
