本发明公开了一种新能源电池箱体总成结构,包括侧面型材、端面型材、水冷型材和堵块,两块侧面型材和两块端面型材相焊接并形成一个矩形状的框体,若干个水冷型材相互焊接并形成底板,所述底板焊接在框体的底面上,在每个水冷型材上设有水冷流道,底板中相邻两水冷型材上的水冷流道相连通,在底板的两端焊接堵块,堵块将水冷型材上水冷流道的端面封闭,在底板上设有进水口和出水口。本发明将传统的水冷分离板与箱体进行集成化,相比市面上常规的结构简单,在每个水冷型材上设有水冷流道,依工况符合电池热管理需求;本发明利用通用型材拼焊工艺,成组效率高,轻量化提升30%,高强度6系铝合金组成,结构强度高,防腐性强;散热与加热效率提升30%。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种新能源电池箱体总成结构。
背景技术:
现有的新能源汽车中的水冷箱体与水冷板分开,占据空间大,装卸麻烦,使用效果不好。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种新能源电池箱体总成结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种新能源电池箱体总成结构,包括侧面型材、端面型材、水冷型材和堵块,两块侧面型材和两块端面型材相焊接并形成一个矩形状的框体,若干个水冷型材相互焊接并形成底板,所述底板焊接在框体的底面上,在每个水冷型材上设有水冷流道,底板中相邻两水冷型材上的水冷流道相连通,在底板的两端焊接堵块,堵块将水冷型材上水冷流道的端面封闭,在底板上设有进水口和出水口;
所述端面型材包括前端型材和后端型材,所述侧面型材、前端型材和后端型材均为具有两个水平边和一个竖直边的Z形结构,
在侧面型材中的底侧水平边上以及后端型材中的底侧水平边上均设有矩形孔;侧面型材、前端型材和后端型材中的顶侧水平面的末端均向下折弯并形成挡边;
所述堵块的截面为T形状结构。
进一步地,所述底板上的进水口和出水口设置在底板的上端面上,在进水口和出水口上对应设有水嘴。
进一步地,所述侧面型材的外壁上设有挂钩。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明将传统的水冷分离板与箱体进行集成化,相比市面上常规的结构简单,在每个水冷型材上设有水冷流道,依工况符合电池热管理需求;本发明利用通用型材拼焊工艺,成组效率高,轻量化提升30%,高强度6系铝合金组成,结构强度高,防腐性强;散热与加热效率提升30%。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图6所示,本发明一种新能源电池箱体总成结构,包括侧面型材11、端面型材12、水冷型材13和堵块14,两块侧面型材11和两块端面型材12相焊接并形成一个矩形状的框体,若干个水冷型材13相互焊接并形成底板,底板焊接在框体的底面上,在每个水冷型材13上设有水冷流道130,底板中相邻两水冷型材13上的水冷流道130相连通,在底板的两端焊接堵块14,堵块14将水冷型材13上水冷流道130的端面封闭,在底板上设有进水口和出水口。
本发明中的端面型材12包括前端型材121和后端型材122,侧面型材11、前端型材121和后端型材122均为具有两个水平边和一个竖直边的Z形结构,在侧面型材11中的底侧水平边上以及后端型材122中的底侧水平边上均设有矩形孔;侧面型材11、前端型材121和后端型材122中的顶侧水平面的末端均向下折弯并形成挡边100;堵块14的截面为T形状结构。
底板上的进水口和出水口设置在底板的上端面上,在进水口和出水口上对应设有水嘴31。
在侧面型材11的外壁上设有挂钩111。

1.一种新能源电池箱体总成结构,其特征在于:包括侧面型材(11)、端面型材(12)、水冷型材(13)和堵块(14),两块侧面型材(11)和两块端面型材(12)相焊接并形成一个矩形状的框体,若干个水冷型材(13)相互焊接并形成底板,所述底板焊接在框体的底面上,在每个水冷型材(13)上设有水冷流道(130),底板中相邻两水冷型材(13)上的水冷流道(130)相连通,在底板的两端焊接堵块(14),堵块(14)将水冷型材(13)上水冷流道(130)的端面封闭,在底板上设有进水口和出水口;
所述端面型材(12)包括前端型材(121)和后端型材(122),所述侧面型材(11)、前端型材(121)和后端型材(122)均为具有两个水平边和一个竖直边的Z形结构,
在侧面型材(11)中的底侧水平边上以及后端型材(122)中的底侧水平边上均设有矩形孔;侧面型材(11)、前端型材(121)和后端型材(122)中的顶侧水平面的末端均向下折弯并形成挡边(100);
所述堵块(14)的截面为T形状结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的新能源电池箱体总成结构,其特征在于:所述底板上的进水口和出水口设置在底板的上端面上,在进水口和出水口上对应设有水嘴(31)。
