技术领域
本发明属于饲料加工领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种营养均衡的鸡饲料。同时,本发明还涉及一种营养均衡的鸡饲料的制备方法。
背景技术
饲料,是所有人饲养的动物的食物的总称,比较狭义地一般饲料主要指的是农业或牧业饲养的动物的食物。饲料的原料一般较为多样化,营养成分互补作用,营养全面。饲料生产时应注意选用新鲜、无霉变、清洁适口性好的原料。
有的饲料加工厂为了追求低成本,在配料时将能量类的五谷杂粮总量超过九成,而含蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等元素的物料少放甚至不放,导致鸡的骨骼发育、产蛋率和免疫力等方面达不到平均水准;而某些饲料加工产工艺技术存在不足,如物料粉碎时的粉碎度达不到要求,导致鸡在食用时不能充分吸收,膨化处理达不到需求,也不利于鸡对饲料的吸收,导致营养不均衡。
因此,我们提出一种富含适量蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等物料的营养均衡的鸡饲料及其制备方法。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种富含适量蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等物料的营养均衡的鸡饲料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种营养均衡的鸡饲料,按质量份数计,该营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方包括玉米400-500份、豆粕120-200 份、米糠60-80份、高粱40-60份、麦麸40-60份、棉籽饼30-50份、花生饼40-60份、鱼粉20-30份、槐叶粉10-30份,骨粉30-50份,食盐4-6份、维生素C添加剂2-3份、蛋氨酸1-2份、血粉20-30、贝壳粉10-20份、石粉15-25份、磷酸氢钙15-30份、玉米蛋白粉40-60份、青菜叶粉40-60份,砂砾20-40份。

本发明还提供一种营养均衡的鸡饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、原料预处理,准备玉米、豆粕、米糠、高粱、麦麸、棉籽饼、花生饼,使用粉碎机将各自制成粉状;
S2、配料,按照营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方,以质量份数为准,称量好各个物料,备用;
S3、混料,将粉状的玉米、豆粕、米糠、高粱、麦麸、棉籽饼、花生饼加入到饲料搅拌机中,中速搅拌5-8分钟,然后依次加入将鱼粉、槐叶粉,骨粉,食盐、维生素C添加剂、蛋氨酸、血粉、贝壳粉、石粉、磷酸氢钙、玉米蛋白粉、青菜叶粉,砂砾,高速搅拌20-50分钟;
S4、制粒,先对粉状饲料进行水热处理,然后将粉状饲料加入到颗粒机中进行制粒;
S5、破碎,将粒状的饲料加入到破碎机中破碎成小颗粒;
S6、膨化,对饲料加入到膨化机中进行膨化处理,膨化机的温度设置为 120-170℃,压力3.85-17.26Mpa,饲料在膨化机中的停留时间为5-16S,
S7、发酵,用微生物对饲料进行固体发酵。
优选的,在S1过程中,各种物料使用不同的粉碎机进行粉碎,不互相掺杂,豆粕的粉碎度为0.5mm。
优选的,在S3中,所述中速搅拌的转速设置为300-400r/min,所述高速搅拌的转速设置为800-100r/min。

槐叶粉包括洋槐叶粉和紫穗槐叶粉,且洋槐叶粉和紫穗槐叶粉的比例为 4:1。高粱的口味较涩,过多会使鸡便秘,不利于营养均衡。豆粕、花生饼是较好的植物蛋白质饲料,无论从代谢水平,还是从蛋白质含量看,豆饼、花生饼都是最佳的,适口性好,营养全面。棉籽饼含有毒素,用量不宜过多。骨粉主要用于补充钙、磷;贝粉主要补充钙质的不足;食盐主要补充混合料中钠的不足。维生素C添加剂能增加鸡血液中的含钙量,提高胫骨、大腿骨的强度,预防因缺钙而引起的疾病。若在产蛋鸡的饲料中,添加适量维生素C,能促进鸡的骨骼和所产鸡蛋蛋壳的钙化,使其骨骼健壮,不产软壳蛋。
本发明一种营养均衡的鸡饲料在制备时,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料预处理,准备玉米、豆粕、米糠、高粱、麦麸、棉籽饼、花生饼,使用粉碎机将各自制成粉状,各种物料使用不同的粉碎机进行粉碎,不互相掺杂,豆粕的粉碎度为0.5mm;
S2、配料,按照营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方,以质量份数为准,称量好各个物料,备用;
S3、混料,将粉状的玉米、豆粕、米糠、高粱、麦麸、棉籽饼、花生饼加入到饲料搅拌机中,中速搅拌5-8分钟,然后依次加入将鱼粉、槐叶粉,骨粉,食盐、维生素C添加剂、蛋氨酸、血粉、贝壳粉、石粉、磷酸氢钙、玉米蛋白粉、青菜叶粉,砂砾,高速搅拌20-50分钟,中速搅拌的转速设置为300-400r/min,所述高速搅拌的转速设置为800-100r/min。
S4、制粒,先对粉状饲料进行水热处理,然后将粉状饲料加入到颗粒机中进行制粒;
S5、破碎,将粒状的饲料加入到破碎机中破碎成小颗粒;
S6、膨化,对饲料加入到膨化机中进行膨化处理,膨化机的温度设置为 120-170℃,压力3.85-17.26Mpa,饲料在膨化机中的停留时间为5-16S。
S7、发酵,用微生物对饲料进行固体发酵。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,按质量份数计,该营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方包括玉米500份、豆粕200份、米糠80份、高粱60份、麦麸60份、棉籽饼50 份、花生饼60份、鱼粉30份、槐叶粉30份,骨粉50份,食盐6份、维生素C添加剂3份、蛋氨酸2份、血粉30、贝壳粉20份、石粉25份、磷酸氢钙30份、玉米蛋白粉60份、青菜叶粉60份,砂砾40份。
实施例3
与实施例1不同的是,按质量份数计,该营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方包括玉米450份、豆粕160份、米糠70份、高粱50份、麦麸50份、棉籽饼40 份、花生饼50份、鱼粉25份、槐叶粉20份,骨粉40份,食盐5份、维生素C添加剂2.5份、蛋氨酸1.5份、血粉25、贝壳粉15份、石粉20份、磷酸氢钙22份、玉米蛋白粉50份、青菜叶粉50份,砂砾30份。
综上所述:本发明提供的一种营养均衡的鸡饲料及其制备方法,与传统的产品相比,本发明本发明富含适量蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等物料,提高骨骼发育、产蛋率和免疫力水平,虽然增加了一定的成本,但同时也增加了母鸡的存活率和产蛋率,物超所值;本发明通过设置豆粕的粉碎度,提高母鸡的吸收效率,通过饲料膨化的温度、压力和停留时间设置,提高母鸡对饲料的吸收比例。

1.一种营养均衡的鸡饲料,其特征在于:按质量份数计,该营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方包括玉米400-500份、豆粕120-200份、米糠60-80份、高粱40-60份、麦麸40-60份、棉籽饼30-50份、花生饼40-60份、鱼粉20-30份、槐叶粉10-30份,骨粉30-50份,食盐4-6份、维生素C添加剂2-3份、蛋氨酸1-2份、血粉20-30、贝壳粉10-20份、石粉15-25份、磷酸氢钙15-30份、玉米蛋白粉40-60份、青菜叶粉40-60份,砂砾20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养均衡的鸡饲料,其特征在于:按质量份数计,该营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方包括玉米400份、豆粕120份、米糠60份、高粱40份、麦麸40份、棉籽饼30份、花生饼40份、鱼粉20份、槐叶粉10份,骨粉30份,食盐4份、维生素C添加剂2份、蛋氨酸1份、血粉20、贝壳粉10份、石粉15份、磷酸氢钙15份、玉米蛋白粉40份、青菜叶粉40份,砂砾20份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养均衡的鸡饲料,其特征在于:按质量份数计,该营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方包括玉米450份、豆粕160份、米糠70份、高粱50份、麦麸50份、棉籽饼40份、花生饼50份、鱼粉25份、槐叶粉20份,骨粉40份,食盐5份、维生素C添加剂2.5份、蛋氨酸1.5份、血粉25、贝壳粉15份、石粉20份、磷酸氢钙22份、玉米蛋白粉50份、青菜叶粉50份,砂砾30份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养均衡的鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述槐叶粉包括洋槐叶粉和紫穗槐叶粉,且洋槐叶粉和紫穗槐叶粉的比例为4:1。
6.一种权利要求1所述的营养均衡的鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、原料预处理,准备玉米、豆粕、米糠、高粱、麦麸、棉籽饼、花生饼,使用粉碎机将各自制成粉状;
S2、配料,按照营养均衡的鸡饲料的配方,以质量份数为准,称量好各个物料,备用;
S3、混料,将粉状的玉米、豆粕、米糠、高粱、麦麸、棉籽饼、花生饼加入到饲料搅拌机中,中速搅拌5-8分钟,然后依次加入将鱼粉、槐叶粉,骨粉,食盐、维生素C添加剂、蛋氨酸、血粉、贝壳粉、石粉、磷酸氢钙、玉米蛋白粉、青菜叶粉,砂砾,高速搅拌20-50分钟;
S4、制粒,先对粉状饲料进行水热处理,然后将粉状饲料加入到颗粒机中进行制粒;
S5、破碎,将粒状的饲料加入到破碎机中破碎成小颗粒;
S6、膨化,对饲料加入到膨化机中进行膨化处理,膨化机的温度设置为120-170℃,压力3.85-17.26Mpa,饲料在膨化机中的停留时间为5-16S;
S7、发酵,用微生物对饲料进行固体发酵。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种营养均衡的鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:在S1过程中,各种物料使用不同的粉碎机进行粉碎,不互相掺杂,豆粕的粉碎度为0.5mm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种营养均衡的鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:在S3中,所述中速搅拌的转速设置为300-400r/min,所述高速搅拌的转速设置为800-100r/min。
