Abstract
本发明属于饲料技术领域,尤其为一种生态饲料生产工艺,包括,所述生态饲料生产工艺步骤为:原料初选:玉米、劣质粉、豆粕、花生饼和鱼粉,经物料口投入到筛选框内,经永磁筒出去其中的铁质,自动配料:将S1中得到的物料分别投入到不同的物料仓内,通过螺旋输送机将物料加入到物料仓下方的自动称量仓,粉碎:将称量后的物料输送到提升机内,将玉米、劣质粉、豆粕、花生饼和鱼粉输入到粉碎机内。本发明,该生态饲料生产工艺在进行生产时,操作简单,且生产成本低,且不添加抗生素,使饲料利于鸡生长的吸收率,做到环保无危害,通过添加蛋氨酸,蛋氨酸不仅是营养所需,而且它可以大大抑制各种霉毒素的生长,起到防病保健作用。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种生态饲料生产工艺。
背景技术
生态饲料又名环保饲料,它是指围绕解决畜产品公害和减轻畜禽粪便对环境的污染问题,这种饲料的特点是所选购的原料消化率高、营养变异小、有害成份低、安全性高,同时,饲料成本低,如秸秆饲料、酸贮饲料、畜禽粪便饲料、绿肥饲料等,饲料在生产过程中需要经过混合作业、粉碎调配、制粒、降温散热以及装袋收集等多个步骤,饲料进行散热降温时会影响饲料颗粒的成型,饲料颗粒的形状影响生态饲料的储存和使用,在鸡的养殖中,不同种类的鸡如公鸡、种母鸡、蛋鸡、肉鸡等其饲料配方并不相同,因此在蛋鸡下蛋高峰期需要适用的饲料,不仅要成本低,而且需要提高蛋鸡的下蛋率。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种生态饲料生产工艺,具有成本低和提高蛋鸡的下蛋率的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种生态饲料生产工艺,包括,所述生态饲料生产工艺步骤为:
S1、原料初选:玉米、劣质粉、豆粕、花生饼和鱼粉,经物料口投入到筛选框内,经永磁筒出去其中的铁质;
S2、自动配料:将S1中得到的物料分别投入到不同的物料仓内,通过螺旋输送机将物料加入到物料仓下方的自动称量仓;
S3、粉碎:将称量后的物料输送到提升机内,将玉米、劣质粉、豆粕、花生饼和鱼粉输入到粉碎机内,进行粉碎;
S4、混合:将粉碎完成的物料输送至搅拌机内,同时添加磷酸氢钙、石粉、蛋氨酸、植物油、添加剂和食盐,混合均匀;
S5、调质膨化:将混合均匀后的物料通过膨化机将物料制成颗粒物料;
S6、烘干:对颗粒物料进行风冷烘干和冷却;
S7、包装:将冷却后的饲料颗粒进行卸料并包装,即制得无抗生态饲料。
优选的,所述在S1和S3中,玉米、劣质粉、豆粕、花生饼和鱼粉的配比为,玉米50%-60%、劣质粉5%-10%、豆粕8%-11%、花生饼6%-9%和鱼粉2%-%4。
优选的,所述在S4中,磷酸氢钙、石粉、蛋氨酸、植物油、添加剂和食盐的配比为,磷酸氢钙1%-1.5%、石粉5%-8%、蛋氨酸0.08%-0.1%、植物油2%-4%、添加剂0.4%-6%和食盐0.2%-0.4%。
优选的,所述S4中搅拌速度为1700r/min-2200r/min,搅拌时间为1h-2h。

S4、混合:将粉碎完成的物料输送至搅拌机内,同时添加磷酸氢钙、石粉、蛋氨酸、植物油、添加剂和食盐,混合均匀;
S5、调质膨化:将混合均匀后的物料通过膨化机将物料制成颗粒物料;
S6、烘干:对颗粒物料进行风冷烘干和冷却;
S7、包装:将冷却后的饲料颗粒进行卸料并包装,即制得无抗生态饲料。

S2、自动配料:将S1中得到的物料分别投入到不同的物料仓内,通过螺旋输送机将物料加入到物料仓下方的自动称量仓;
S3、粉碎:将称量后的物料输送到提升机内,将玉米、劣质粉、豆粕、花生饼和鱼粉输入到粉碎机内,进行粉碎;
S4、混合:将粉碎完成的物料输送至搅拌机内,同时添加磷酸氢钙、石粉、蛋氨酸、植物油、添加剂和食盐,混合均匀;
S5、调质膨化:将混合均匀后的物料通过膨化机将物料制成颗粒物料;
S6、烘干:对颗粒物料进行风冷烘干和冷却;
S7、包装:将冷却后的饲料颗粒进行卸料并包装,即制得无抗生态饲料。
