The compound essential oil for refreshing and restoring consciousness of claim 1, wherein the lemon essential oil, the lemongrass essential oil, the eucalyptol rosemary essential oil, the peppermint essential oil, the lemon eucalyptus essential oil, the cypress essential oil and the bergamot essential oil are prepared by respectively taking lemon peel, lemongrass plants, eucalyptol rosemary plants, peppermint leaves, lemon eucalyptus branches and leaves, cypress branches and leaves and bergamot peel as raw materials and adopting a steam distillation method or a squeezing method.
4. A method for preparing a refreshing compound essential oil according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) extracting essential oil by a steam distillation method: respectively cleaning and crushing lemon citronella plant, eucalyptol rosemary plant, peppermint leaf, lemon eucalyptus branch and leaf and Cupressus Sempervirens branch and leaf, respectively, putting into a water vapor extraction tank, introducing steam, extracting until the oil amount is not increased, and collecting the obtained essential oil; drying and filtering to obtain the essential oil of the raw materials;
(2) extracting essential oil by a squeezing method: cleaning lemon and bergamot, putting on a grinding disc, enabling the pricks of the grinding disc to pierce the peel by high-speed rotation, flowing out essential oil, and simultaneously spraying water to wash the oil down; then filtering and separating the mixed liquid of the fruit juice and the essential oil; standing at low temperature for layering, precipitating impurities to lower layer, and sucking out the upper layer of refined essential oil to obtain lemon essential oil and bergamot essential oil;
(3) blending and mixing the various raw material essential oils prepared in the step (1) and the step (2) according to a specific mass ratio to obtain the compound essential oil.
5. The coating essential oil for refreshing and restoring consciousness is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of refreshing compound essential oil and 50-70 parts of almond oil according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. The coating essential oil according to claim 5, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50 parts of refreshing compound essential oil and 50 parts of almond oil.
