4. The material scrap cost management method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
respectively comparing the average material scrapping cost and the single material scrapping rate of a single product with corresponding scrapping targets to judge whether the average material scrapping cost and the single material scrapping rate exceed the standards;
when the exceeding standard is judged, exceeding standard early warning information is generated;
and sending the overproof early warning information to a preset receiver.
5. The material scrapping cost management method according to claim 4, wherein when the excessive early warning information is sent to a preset receiving person, the excessive early warning information is sent to a responsible person in an address book of the responsible person in a short message mode by taking the material in the excessive early warning information as a condition to match the responsible person;
and when the image data information is sent to a preset receiving person, matching a responsible person with the product model in the image data information as a condition, and sending the image data information to the responsible person through a mail.
6. A computer device for material scrap management, the computer device comprising:
a processor adapted to implement instructions; and
a storage device adapted to store a plurality of instructions, the instructions adapted to be loaded and executed by the processor to:
acquiring and integrating material scrapping information, material unit price information, product shipment information and scrapping target information;
calculating the average material rejection cost and the single material rejection rate of a single product;
generating image data information according to the product scrapping information, the scrapping target information, the average material scrapping cost of the single product and the single material scrapping rate;
and sending the image data information to a preset receiving person.
7. The computer apparatus of claim 6, wherein the storage device has stored therein:
the scrapped material database is used for storing scrapped material information, the scrapped material information comprises scrapped material names, scrapped material quantity, scrapped material dates and responsibility departments, the scrapped material information takes a product model as a root node, the scrapped material names are sub-nodes, and the scrapped material dates are used as labels for storage;
the material unit price database is used for storing unit price information of the material, wherein the unit price information of the material takes a product model as a root node and the material name as a child node for storage;
the product shipment database is used for storing the product shipment information, the product shipment information comprises the product shipment quantity and the product shipment date, the product shipment information takes the product model as a root node, and the product shipment date as a child node for storage;
and the target maintenance database is used for storing the scrapping target information, the scrapping target information comprises an average material scrapping cost target and a single material scrapping rate target of a single product, the average material scrapping cost target of the single product takes the product model as a root node, a material scrapping responsibility unit as a child node, and the single material scrapping rate target takes the product model as the root node and the material name as the child node.
8. The computer device of claim 7, wherein the step of calculating the average material discard cost for a single product specifically comprises:
according to the quantity of the scrapped materials and the unit price of the materials, calculating the scrapping cost of each material;
adding the scrapping costs of the various materials, and calculating the total scrapping cost of the materials;
and dividing the total scrapping cost of the materials by the corresponding product shipment quantity, and calculating the average scrapping cost of the materials of a single product.
9. The computer apparatus of claim 7, wherein the instructions are adapted to be loaded and executed by the processor to:
respectively comparing the average material scrapping cost and the single material scrapping rate of a single product with corresponding scrapping targets to judge whether the average material scrapping cost and the single material scrapping rate exceed the standards;
when the exceeding standard is judged, exceeding standard early warning information is generated;
and sending the overproof early warning information to a preset receiver.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program is loaded by a processor and executes the material scrapping cost management method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
