Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a commodity information updating method, which updates identification code data corresponding to a target type commodity through commodity information based on the target type commodity to obtain new identification code data, wherein the new identification code data carries date information, so that the date information of the target type commodity can be conveniently and quickly updated, the efficiency of term management of the commodity is improved, and the problems that the workload is huge and mistakes are easy to occur in a mode of manually recording the relevant date of the commodity to manage the date of the commodity are solved.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device for executing a method for updating commodity information according to an embodiment of the present application, where the electronic device may include: at least one processor 110, such as a CPU, at least one communication interface 120, at least one memory 130, and at least one communication bus 140. Wherein a communication bus 140 is used to enable the connection communication between these components. The communication interface 120 of the device in the embodiment of the present application is used for performing signaling or data communication with other node devices. The memory 130 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., at least one disk memory). Memory 130 may optionally be at least one memory device located remotely from the aforementioned processor. The memory 130 stores computer readable instructions, and when the computer readable instructions are executed by the processor 110, the electronic device executes the following method process shown in fig. 2, for example, the memory 130 may be configured to store identification code data corresponding to various kinds of commodities, and the processor 110 may be configured to update the identification code data corresponding to the corresponding kinds of commodities, so that the new identification code data carries date information of the corresponding kinds of commodities.
It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in fig. 1 is merely illustrative and that the electronic device may also include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 1 or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 1. The components shown in fig. 1 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for updating commodity information according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes the following steps:
step S110: and acquiring commodity information corresponding to the target type commodity, wherein the commodity information comprises date information of the target type commodity.
The target type product may be any type of product supplied by a product supplier or a product collector, for example, tomatoes may be classified into pink tomatoes, red tomatoes, yellow tomatoes and the like according to their color, and the target type product may be any one of the types of tomatoes.
Of course, the criteria for classifying commodities are different under different business demands of merchants. For example, information such as inventory of the commodities is convenient to count, the commodity types may correspond to Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), that is, each product corresponds to a unique SKU number, the target type commodity referred to in the embodiment of the present application may be a commodity classified according to the SKU number, for each type commodity, the identification code data of each type commodity may be updated according to the commodity information updating method provided in the present application, and for convenience of description, the embodiment of the present application takes updating of the identification code data of the target type commodity as an example.
In order to facilitate management of the products, the related term information of the products, such as the production date, expiration date, shelf life and the like, can be printed on the packaging bags of the products, and the term changes every day for each product, so that after the products are newly produced, the related term information of the products needs to be updated, for example, for red fruit tomatoes, the red fruit tomatoes may be produced every day, and the production date and the expiration time for producing the red fruit tomatoes every day are different, so that the related term information of the products needs to be updated every day, and then the updated new term information generated by the new term can be arranged on the packaging bags of the products.
In some embodiments, the date information of the target type of commodity may be a production date of the target type of commodity, that is, a new commodity may be produced every day for a commodity manufacturer, a batch of red tomatoes is produced today, the production date of the batch of red tomatoes is today, and therefore, the obtained production date is today's date.
In other embodiments, the date information may also be an expiration time of the target type of commodity, that is, an expiration time, and the corresponding expiration time is different for each produced target type of commodity, so the acquired date information of the target type of commodity may be the expiration time.
And if the expiration time of the target type commodity needs to be updated every day, the expiration time of the target type commodity is the sum of the daily period and the quality guarantee period.
It can be understood that the update cycle of the date information of the target type of product may be different, for example, for a certain milk type product, the production cycle is once a week, the update cycle of the date information of the target type of product may be stored in the electronic device, and after the update time arrives, the electronic device may obtain the corresponding date information. That is, the electronic device may store the update time of the date information of each type of product, monitor the update time of the date information of each type of product, and acquire corresponding date information when the update time is reached, for example, when the update time of the production date of the target type of product is every day, the electronic device may acquire the term of each day as the production date of the target type of product. Alternatively, the update of the date information of the target type of product may be manually triggered, that is, the date information of the target type of product is manually input, so that the electronic device may also obtain the date information of the target type of product.
Step S120: and updating the identification code data corresponding to the target type of commodity based on the commodity information to obtain new identification code data corresponding to the target type of commodity, wherein the new identification code data carries the date information.
It can be understood that, in order to facilitate the management of each kind of goods, each kind of goods has corresponding identification code data, and the identification code data may include, in addition to date information, information related to the goods, such as a goods code, a goods manufacturer number, and the like, so that the information related to the goods can be obtained by identifying the identification code data.
In order to facilitate batch management of the commodities, date information of the commodities is added into the identification code data, and the commodity information can be updated through updating of the identification code data.
After the commodity information of the target type commodity is obtained, identification code data corresponding to the target type commodity can be searched, and the identification code data can be two-dimensional codes, bar codes or other identification codes used for representing the commodity information. After the identification code data corresponding to the target type commodity is searched and obtained, the identification code data can be updated, the new identification code data obtained after updating can be output to the printing system, the printing system can output a printing label based on the new identification code data, and when the commodity needs to be shipped, the printing label can be pasted on a commodity package or directly printed on the package of the commodity. In addition, the electronic equipment can also generate a corresponding electronic tag based on the new identification code data, so that when the new identification code data needs to be changed, the data in the electronic tag can be directly changed.
It can be understood that, for each type of goods, corresponding identification code data may be generated, for example, when the identification code data is barcode data, barcode data corresponding to a target type of goods may be generated based on the goods information of the target type of goods, at this time, the goods information may include information such as a goods type and a production date, and the generated barcode data may carry information such as the goods type and the production date. Therefore, when the date information of the target type commodity is updated subsequently, the identification code data can be directly updated to obtain new identification code data.
In the implementation process, the identification code data corresponding to the target type commodity is updated based on the commodity information of the target type commodity to obtain new identification code data, and the new identification code data carries date information, so that the date information of the target type commodity can be conveniently and quickly updated, the efficiency of term management of the commodity is improved, and the problems that the workload is huge and errors are prone to occurring in a mode of manually recording the relevant date of the commodity to enable the date management of the commodity are solved.
In addition, the method provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for adapting to the situation that the printing system of a manufacturer cannot directly change the identification code data of the commodity, namely, the printing system of the manufacturer cannot functionally support the change of the date information in the identification code data, and cannot directly change the database for storing the identification code data of the manufacturer, so that the identification code data can be updated firstly by the method provided by the embodiment of the application, and then the new identification code data obtained after the update can be generated into a printing label and then sent to the printing system, and the existing printing system can not be influenced.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate management of the production amount of the commodity, the date information includes an expiration time, i.e., an expiration time of the commodity, so that the expiration time of the commodity is carried in the identification code data, which facilitates counting of remaining saleable amount in the current time and the expiration time, thereby providing a data basis for the production amount of the commodity. Therefore, updating the identification code data corresponding to the target type of goods includes updating the expiration time carried in the identification code data.
For example, for the barcode data, the expiration time may be represented by the associated identification code in the barcode data, so that updating the expiration time may update the associated identification code in the barcode data.
In the implementation process, the expiration time in the identification code data is updated, so that the expiration time can be rapidly updated for commodities with different expiration times, and the commodities with different expiration times can be managed conveniently.
The expiration time of some commodities may be specific to a certain time point, so the date information of the target commodity may further include an expiration batch, and the expiration batch represents the expiration time point corresponding to the expiration time, and if the expiration time is five pm and 10 pm of a certain day, the expiration batch is five pm and 10 pm of a certain day, so the process of updating the identification code data further includes updating the expiration batch carried in the identification code data.
For example, for the barcode data, the barcode data may be represented by the corresponding identification code in the barcode data, so that updating the expired batch may update the corresponding identification code in the barcode data.
In the implementation process, due batches in the identification code data are updated, so that due batches of commodities in different batches can be rapidly updated, and management of commodities in different due batches is facilitated.
For example, taking the barcode data as an example, as shown in fig. 3, the identification code in the barcode data shown in fig. 3 is used to represent the related information of the commodity, and includes 13-bit identification codes, the first bit is a manufacturer identification code, the 2 nd to 9 th identification codes are commodity codes, which can represent the commodity code of each commodity, the 10 th to 11 th identification codes represent the expiration time, the 12 th identification code represents the expiration batch, the 13 th identification code represents the check code, and the check code is fixed, that is, the last bit in each barcode data is 0.
It is understood that the 10 th to 12 th identification codes may be identification codes modified by redefining existing barcode data, and of course, the positions of the identification codes representing the expiration time and the expired lot in the barcode data may not be particularly limited, such as the 10 th identification code representing the expired lot and the 11 th to 12 th identification codes representing the expiration time.
In some ways, the expiration time may be represented by two identification codes in the bar code data, one of the two identification codes is a week identification code, the week identification code is used for representing the number of expired weeks corresponding to the expiration time, and the other identification code is a day-of-week code, and the day-of-week code is used for representing the date within the number of expired weeks corresponding to the expiration time.
Taking the shelf life of the target type of product as 70 days, that is, 10 weeks, the 10 th identification code may be a week identification code, the 11 th identification code may be a week identification code, the week identification code may indicate that the target type of product expires particularly in the next week, and the week identification code may indicate that the target type of product expires in the next day of the next week. For convenience of indicating the expiration time, a certain date may be preset for each type of merchandise as week 0. For example, in the case of yellow tomato, if the date is 0 th week on 1/5 th day of 2020, the week day indicates the 0 th day of the week, and if the expiration time is ten night hours on 3/23 th day, the 7 th week on 3/23 th day according to the above-described estimation method, the week identification code is 7, and the 3/23 th day is monday, indicating the first day of the week, and therefore the intra-week date code is 1. For an expired batch, if two batch times are set for yellow tomato, such as 1 for five o 'clock in the evening and 2 for ten o' clock in the evening, the 12 th identification code is 2.
It should be understood that the week and date are calculated by using 1/5/2020 as the initial date, and in practical applications, different initial dates may be defined by users, and the corresponding initial dates may be different for different kinds of products.
For different kinds of commodities, the corresponding shelf lives are different, and the cycle periods of the week identification codes are also different, for the yellow tomato, the shelf life is 70 days, namely 10 weeks, after 10 weeks, the initial date of the yellow tomato is calculated from the 0 th week, and the corresponding week identification code is calculated from 0. It will be appreciated that for other types of goods, the associated identification code in the barcode data may also be updated in the manner described above.
In the implementation process, the expiration time is represented by the two-bit identification code in the bar code data, the expiration time can be represented by the two-bit identification code without using real time, so that the length of the bar code data is not required to be changed, and the expiration time carried by the bar code data can be implemented by only using the length of the bar code data.
In some embodiments, in order to achieve automatic update of the identification code data, the identification code data of the target type of goods may be automatically updated and backed up through a Robot Process Automation (RPA) tool.
The RPA tool can be used to accomplish repeated, structured, and rule-based tasks, thereby automating business processes on a large scale and finally achieving enterprise-level intelligent automation. The RPA tool may be connected to a vendor's printing system, and the RAP tool may transmit the new identification code data obtained after the update to the vendor's printing system for printing.
The RPA tool can be operated in the electronic equipment, can automatically acquire commodity information from an ERP system of a manufacturer, sets a set of automatic updating flow aiming at the updating of the identification code data, submits the updating flow to the RPA tool, and automatically completes the updating of the identification code data by the RPA tool, so that the updating of the identification code data of the commodity can be conveniently realized.
In some embodiments, when updating of identification code data of a plurality of types of goods is involved, in order to facilitate accurate updating of the plurality of identification code data, an identification code data updating task list may be generated, where the identification code data updating task list includes an updating task indicating updating of identification code data corresponding to a plurality of types of goods, and then it is determined whether the identification code data of a target type of goods needs to be updated according to the identification code data updating task list, and if so, goods information corresponding to the target type of goods is acquired.
For example, a user may input information related to the identification code data to be updated in the electronic device, such as inputting commodity information of a plurality of kinds of commodities to be updated, including information of the kinds and labels of the commodities, and after obtaining the information, the electronic device may automatically generate an identification code data update task list based on the information, so that the electronic device may sequentially update each identification code data according to the identification code data update task list.
The plurality of update tasks included in the identification code data update task list may refer to a plurality of update tasks after being sorted, for example, the electronic device may sort the plurality of update tasks according to the priority of the commodity, and the priority of each commodity may be set by the user or determined according to the urgency of each update task.
For example, when the user inputs commodity information into the electronic device, priority identifiers may be added to various types of commodities, so that the electronic device may sort the plurality of update tasks according to the priority identifiers of the various types of commodities, for example, sort according to the priority levels, and when executing an update task, may update the identification code data of the various types of commodities with high priority levels first, and then sequentially update the identification code data of the various types of commodities.
In addition, the electronic equipment can also automatically analyze the emergency degree of the updating task corresponding to each type of commodity, for example, the emergency degree of the updating task is determined according to the commodity information of each type of commodity, for example, for meat, the emergency degree is the highest, vegetables, fruits and the like are used, that is, the electronic equipment can determine the emergency degree of the updating task corresponding to each type of commodity, so that the emergency degree of the updating task of each type of commodity can be analyzed and obtained according to the mode, and then the updating tasks are sequenced, so that each updating task can be sequentially executed according to the sequenced updating tasks, for example, the updating task with high emergency degree is executed firstly, and the updating task with low emergency degree is executed later.
It can be understood that there may be other implementations of the above-described manner of sorting the plurality of update tasks, and in practical cases, the sorting manner may be different for different application scenarios, which is not listed here.
After the electronic equipment obtains the identification code data updating task list, whether the identification code data updating task list comprises an updating task of the target type of commodities can be judged, if yes, whether identification information of the target type of commodities exists in the identification code data updating task list can be searched, if yes, the identification code data updating task list is considered to comprise the updating task of the target type of commodities, then commodity information of the target type of commodities can be obtained, and then the identification code data of the target type of commodities is updated based on the commodity information.
In some embodiments, the RPA tool may be employed to generate the identification code data update task list, i.e., each update task is performed by the RPA tool. In the process of updating the identification code data of the target type of commodities by adopting the RPA tool, the RPA tool can firstly acquire the PLU code of the target type of commodities, such as information of the commodity name, the type identification and the like of the target type of commodities, then can search whether the commodity name exists in a printing system of a manufacturer, if not, an abnormal mark can be added to the updating task, if so, whether the identification code data corresponding to the commodity name is updated is checked, if not, the identification code data is updated, if the identification code data represents the expiration time and the identification code of the expiration batch in the update bar code data, the new identification code data is obtained, then, whether the new identification code data is correct is checked, if so, the new identification code data is stored, and the identification code data of the target type of commodities is marked as the updated state in a database.
In the implementation process, the update task list of the identification code data is generated, so that the update tasks of various commodities needing to be updated can be conveniently executed, and the problem that the same identification code data is updated for multiple times due to the chaos of the execution of the update tasks is solved.
In some embodiments, after the execution of each update task in the identification code data update task list is completed, the incomplete update tasks in the identification code data update task list are marked, that is, the update tasks with execution failure are marked, and the marked update tasks are sent to the cloud end system, so that the cloud end system performs exception troubleshooting on the incomplete update tasks.
For example, after the identification code data is updated by the RPA tool, an updated mark may be added to the corresponding updated identification code data, and if the update task added with the abnormal mark indicates an incomplete update task, the incomplete update task may be uploaded to the cloud system. The cloud system can monitor the execution condition of the updating task, such as the completion condition of the updating task and the abnormal condition of the uncompleted updating task, can automatically check the abnormal reason aiming at the abnormal condition, can repair the abnormal condition, and can inform related personnel when the remote repair is unavailable, such as outputting alarm information, so that the abnormal check can be manually participated.
The following describes a detailed process of monitoring by the cloud system, as shown in fig. 4.
Firstly, a remote system acquires commodity data of a manufacturer as task content of batch management, then determines the commodity type needing updating of identification code data, namely, sets a SKU range, and starts an updating task, wherein the updating task can also be manually started by a user. The cloud system can issue the update task to the RPA tool, the RPA tool can check whether the current environment is available or not when executing the update task, if so, the RPA tool enters an application program home page, firstly, data backup before update is carried out, the backed-up data is used as commodity management data, then the RPA tool judges whether the data in the update task is modified or not and whether the update task list is completed or not, and if so, the RPA tool backs up the data and then sends a task completion notice to the cloud system. If not, the task execution abnormity can be alarmed through the task monitoring of the server side of the printing system, and if the abnormity happens, the cloud system is informed.
In addition, besides cloud monitoring, the execution process of the RPA tool can be monitored locally. In order to facilitate the RPA tool to smoothly execute each updating task, before the RPA tool executes the updating task, the RPA tool can also monitor the service environment of the printing system at regular time, for example, whether the service environment of the printing system is available is judged first, and the identification code data stored in the printing system is automatically backed up and updated under the available condition. Of course, when the service environment is abnormal, an alarm can be implemented, such as sending an abnormal notification to the cloud system. The RPA tool can also perform database backup on the execution process of the update task, and provide a guide document for database modification operation according to backup data of the database to realize manual modification of the database when abnormal conditions are subsequently met.
The process of the PRA tool executing the update task is shown in fig. 5, a user may select a "PLU" code through a mouse, read a name of a commodity, read a related identification code (e.g., 2 to 9 bits in barcode data) in identification code data of the commodity, determine whether the name of the commodity is empty, if not, determine whether the name of the commodity and corresponding barcode data can be found in a database, if the name of the commodity can be found but the corresponding barcode is not found, output an error prompt message "commodity barcode entry error", if the name of the commodity is not found but the corresponding barcode is found, also output a corresponding error prompt message "commodity name error" to prompt the user to perform error check. After the commodity name and the corresponding bar code data are determined in the database, whether the commodity state is unmodified or not is checked, the unmodified state indicates that the bar code data of the commodity are not updated, if the commodity state is unmodified, the corresponding bar code data are generated into 12-bit batch codes according to rules and written into the bar code data, and therefore updating of the bar code data is achieved. In order to ensure the correctness of the written bar code data, whether the written bar code data is correct can be checked, namely whether the written bar code data is a generated batch code, if so, whether the whole bar code data is correct is checked, if not, a batch secondary code is regenerated and written into the bar code data again, if so, the corresponding bar code data is stored, the corresponding state of the commodity is modified into 'modified' in a database, after the corresponding updating task is completed, the unmodified commodity can be uploaded to a cloud system, the modifying task is completed at this moment, and then the modified data can be backed up.
In the implementation process, the updating task is monitored through the cloud system, so that when the updating task is not completed, abnormal investigation can be conducted through the cloud system, and compared with a manual investigation mode, investigation efficiency can be effectively improved through cloud system investigation.
The commodity information updating method provided by the embodiment of the application can update the date information of the commodity in time, so that a merchant can check the expiration time of the commodity through the identification code data when selling the commodity, and the overdue commodity is prevented from being sold. In addition, the real-time inventory of the merchant can be known through the date information of the commodities, expired commodities can be automatically reported and damaged, and the order can be ordered to provide refined data. And the stock state of the merchant can be monitored according to the date information of the commodity by combining the sales prediction data so as to avoid the condition of goods failure. That is, by automatically processing the identification code data of the commodity, management of the date of the commodity can be facilitated.
