本发明公开了一种汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,涉及汽车零部件技术领域,吸音隔热垫包括:吸音垫本体,其具有近热源区;铝材隔热层,其位于近热源区内,铝材隔热层的边缘划分成第一部分和第二部分,第一部分与吸音垫本体连接,以使铝材隔热层与吸音垫本体之间形成一回波腔;第二部分与吸音垫本体之间形成供声波进入回波腔内的声波入口,声波入口与回波腔相连通。利用现有的吸音垫和铝材隔热垫,只需将铝材隔热垫拱起,以使铝材隔热垫与吸音垫之间形成回音腔,节约成本,且声波在回音腔内来回反射能量被减弱,同时起到隔热和吸音的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫。
背景技术
随着汽车高性能化、低排放和低油耗等发展,涡轮增压器的使用应用越为普及,较多车型将涡轮增压器布置在靠近座舱端,且由于布置空间原因,顶置空滤,导致发动机的热源和声源距离座舱较近,且流场较差,前围辐射的热量和噪音较高。现为了提高驾乘舒适性,要求减小热量和噪音对车内环境的影响。
中国专利公开号为CN201390215Y公开了一种汽车隔热吸音垫,其主要是由垫体、设置在垫体表面的铝箔层,垫体中部设置有轻质海棉,垫体底部设有无纺布。
该专利的结构较为简单,但是吸音垫上覆盖铝箔,虽提升了隔热性能,但较大幅度降低了其吸音性能,铝箔是一种很好的反热材料,同时也是一种很好的导热材料,容易使铝箔冷面的吸音材料碳化。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,利用现有的吸音垫和铝材隔热垫,只需将铝材隔热垫拱起,以使铝材隔热垫与吸音垫之间形成回音腔,节约成本,且声波在回音腔内来回反射能量被减弱,同时起到隔热和吸音的效果。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其包括:
吸音垫本体,其具有近热源区;
铝材隔热层,其位于所述近热源区内,所述铝材隔热层的边缘划分成第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分与所述吸音垫本体连接,以使铝材隔热层与所述吸音垫本体之间形成一回波腔;所述第二部分与所述吸音垫本体之间形成供声波进入所述回波腔内的声波入口,所述声波入口与所述回波腔相连通。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述铝材隔热层的两侧边缘划分为所述第一部分。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述铝材隔热层的横截面为梯形,且所述梯形的下底靠近所述吸音垫本体。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述梯形的上底与腰之间的角度范围为100-120°。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述回波腔包括沿所述铝材隔热层的高度方向布置且连通的第一空间和第二空间,所述第一空间靠近所述吸音垫本体,并与所述第二空间之间形成台阶,且所述第二空间的直径大于所述第一空间的直径。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明的汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫的铝材隔热层靠近发动机舱的热源布置,有效阻隔热源产生的热量,起到隔热的作用。发动机舱的声源产生的声波从声波入口进入回波腔内,声波在回波腔的内壁上来回反射,能量被削弱,削弱后的声波基本能完全被吸音垫本体吸收,减轻了座舱的噪声,而且进入回波腔的声波能充分与吸音垫本体接触,增大了吸音垫本体的有效吸音面积,增强了吸音垫本体的吸音效果。而且回波腔内的空气能对铝材隔热层的起到良好的降温作用,能将铝材隔热层的表面温度降低80℃~250℃以上,起到良好的隔热效果。
(2)本发明的铝材隔热层的横截面为梯形,且梯形的下底靠近吸音垫本体,也就是回波腔的直径从靠近吸音垫本体朝远离吸音垫本体的方向逐渐减小,这样声波从铝材隔热层的两端进入回波腔内,频率小的声波能量低,在梯形的回波腔的边缘处就被反射且将声波的能量进一步降低,能量减小的声波反射至吸音垫本体上被吸收;频率大的声波能量高,传播至梯形的回波腔的中间位置被发射,从而将声波的能量进一步降低,高能量的声波降低为低能量的声波被吸音垫本体吸收。从而实现声波的分频吸收,将高频声波降为低频声波后能达到更有效的吸收,提高吸音效率。
(3)本发明的回波腔包括沿铝材隔热层的高度方向布置且连通的第一空间和第二空间,第一空间靠近吸音垫本体,并与第二空间之间形成台阶,且第二空间的直径大于第一空间的直径。第一空间与第二空间之间形成的台阶能使回波腔内的声波在该台阶处来回反射,经过该台阶处时能够消耗回波腔内的声波的一部分能量,从而抑制声波的聚集,起到抑制噪声带来的振动现象。
(4)本发明的铝材隔热层的横截面为朝远离吸音垫本体的方向凸设的弧形。进入回波腔内的声波能被铝材隔热层的弧形结构扰乱波形,将声波分散,使声波不会汇聚形成强波,防止发动机舱室的振动,从而避免了声源产生的噪声带来的振动现象,实现座舱的稳定和安静。

以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
参见图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供一种汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其包括吸音垫本体1和铝材隔热层2,吸音垫本体1具有近热源区10,近热源区10在吸音垫本体1上的位置与发动机舱内热源的位置相对应,吸音垫本体1的一侧连接在发动机舱的罩盖的钣金上,另一侧的近热源区10正对发动机舱内的热源。铝材隔热层2位于近热源区10内,对发动机舱内的热源起到隔热的作用,防止热源产生的热对吸音垫本体1造成损坏,影响吸音垫本体1的吸音效果。本发明实施例1采用现有的吸音隔热垫的材料组成,只是将铝材隔热层2的边缘划分成第一部分20和第二部分21,第一部分20与吸音垫本体1连接,以使铝材隔热层2与吸音垫本体1之间形成一回波腔3,相当于将现有的铝材隔热层2与吸音垫本体1分离开,并将铝材隔热层2拱起形成了回波腔3,且只有铝材隔热层2的第一部分20与吸音垫本体1连接固定;第二部分21与吸音垫本体1之间不贴合,且第二部分21与吸音垫本体1之间存在间隙,且两者之间形成供声波进入回波腔3内的声波入口4,声波入口4与回波腔3相连通,将回波腔3与发动机舱相连通,从而实现回波腔3外的发动机舱的声源产生的声波能从进入回波腔3内,减弱声波的能量,实现有效吸音的效果,而且回波腔3内的空气能对铝材隔热层2的起到良好的降温作用,能将铝材隔热层2的表面温度降低80℃~250℃以上,起到良好的隔热效果。
进一步的,本发明实施例1的吸音垫本体1包括从远离铝材隔热层2的一侧至靠近铝材隔热层2的一侧依次分布并相连的耐磨层11、吸音层12和耐热层13。耐磨层11与发动机舱的罩盖连接,防止吸音层12的磨损,影响吸音效果;耐热层13连接于吸音层12与铝材隔热层2之间,由于铝材隔热层2是一种很好的反热材料,同时也是一种很好的导热材料,容易使吸音层12的材料碳化,因此耐热层13用于防止吸音层12的材料碳化,保证吸音层12的有效吸音。
更进一步的,耐磨层11靠近吸音层12的一侧涂覆有粘胶层,耐磨层11通过粘胶层与吸音层12粘接;耐热层13靠近吸音层12的一侧涂覆有粘胶层,耐热层13通过粘胶层与吸音层12粘接。其中,粘胶层采用聚乙烯胶粉制作而成,将聚乙烯胶粉喷涂在耐磨层11和耐热层13的一侧,使耐磨层11、吸音层12和耐热层13粘接形成吸音垫本体1。
优选的,耐磨层11采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET无纺布制作而成。起到耐磨和装饰的作用,耐磨层11的厚度为1~1.5mm。
优选的,吸音层12采用酚醛树脂毡制作而成。吸音层12的厚度为15~20mm,吸音层12占吸音垫本体1的90%以上。酚醛树脂毡为较好的吸音材料,在1000HZ左右,吸音系数能达到0.8。
优选的,耐热层13采用预氧丝无纺布制作而成。预氧丝含量为70%,厚度为1~3mm,预氧丝无纺布为耐热和隔热材料,正反面隔热量为50℃以上,且能耐400℃以上的高温。
本发明实施例1的吸音隔热垫的生产工艺如下:
1)将铝板冲切成型为铝材隔热层2,备用;
2)预氧丝布、酚醛树脂毡、PET无纺布冲切,备用;
3)将吸音垫本体1的模具加热到180~200℃之间,模具加热模压时间为120秒左右,将预氧丝布、酚醛树脂毡和PET无纺布按顺序放入模具中,加热固化成型;
4)将吸音垫本体1放入铆接工装定位,加入铝材隔热层2,铆接固定。
本发明实施例1的吸音隔热的原理为:
铝材隔热层2靠近发动机舱的热源布置,有效阻隔热源产生的热量,起到隔热的作用。发动机舱的声源产生的声波从声波入口4进入回波腔3内,声波在回波腔3的内壁上来回反射,能量被削弱,削弱后的声波基本能完全被吸音垫本体1吸收,减轻了座舱的噪声,而且进入回波腔3的声波能充分与吸音垫本体1接触,增大了吸音垫本体1的有效吸音面积,增强了吸音垫本体1的吸音效果。而且回波腔3内的空气能对铝材隔热层2的起到良好的降温作用,能将铝材隔热层2的表面温度降低80℃~250℃以上,起到良好的隔热效果。
实施例2:
本发明实施例2的基本内容同实施例1,不同之处在于:
本发明实施例2的铝材隔热层2的两侧边缘划分为第一部分20,铝材隔热层2的两端边缘划分为第二部分21,由于发动机舱内的声源主要集中在铝材隔热层2的两端,因此将铝材隔热层2的两端作为声波入口4,集中对声源产生的声波进行吸音处理。

优选的,梯形的上底与腰之间的角度范围为100-120°,若梯形的上底与腰之间的夹角趋近90度,会导致铝材隔热层2的高度过高,与发动机舱的热源和声源发生干涉,影响吸音隔热垫的安装;若梯形的上底与腰之间的夹角趋近180度,会导致回波腔3的体积过小,无法达到高效吸音的效果。
实施例4:
本发明实施例4的基本内容同实施例2,不同之处在于:
参见图3所示,本发明实施例4的回波腔3包括沿铝材隔热层2的高度方向布置且连通的第一空间30和第二空间31,第一空间30靠近吸音垫本体1,并与第二空间31之间形成台阶,且第二空间31的直径大于第一空间30的直径。第一空间30与第二空间31之间形成的台阶能使回波腔3内的声波在该台阶处来回反射,经过该台阶处时能够消耗回波腔3内的声波的一部分能量,从而抑制声波的聚集,起到抑制噪声带来的振动现象。
实施例5:
本发明实施例5的基本内容同实施例2,不同之处在于:
本发明实施例5的铝材隔热层2的横截面为朝远离吸音垫本体1的方向凸设的弧形。进入回波腔3内的声波能被铝材隔热层2的弧形结构扰乱波形,将声波分散,使声波不会汇聚形成强波,防止发动机舱室的振动,从而避免了声源产生的噪声带来的振动现象,实现座舱的稳定和安静。
实施例6:
本发明实施例6的基本内容同实施例1,不同之处在于:
本发明实施例6的铝材隔热层2的一侧边缘划分为第一部分20,铝材隔热层2的另外三边缘均划分为第二部分21,通过铝材隔热层2与吸音垫本体1的较少的接触的面积就能实现铝材隔热层2与吸音垫本体1的稳定连接,节省了连接件的使用,节约成本。
可选的,第一部分20与吸音垫本体1粘接,在吸音垫本体1靠近铝材隔热层2的一侧涂覆胶膜,第一部分20通过胶膜与吸音垫本体1粘接。
优选的,第一部分20通过铆钉5与吸音垫本体1连接。机械连接两种不同材质的铝材隔热层2与吸音垫本体1,更加牢固,且可拆卸进行更换。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其特征在于,其包括:
吸音垫本体(1),其具有近热源区(10);
铝材隔热层(2),其位于所述近热源区(10)内,所述铝材隔热层(2)的边缘划分成第一部分(20)和第二部分(21),所述第一部分(20)与所述吸音垫本体(1)连接,以使铝材隔热层(2)与所述吸音垫本体(1)之间形成一回波腔(3);所述第二部分(21)与所述吸音垫本体(1)之间形成供声波进入所述回波腔(3)内的声波入口(4),所述声波入口(4)与所述回波腔(3)相连通;
所述铝材隔热层(2)的两侧边缘划分为所述第一部分(20);
所述回波腔(3)包括沿所述铝材隔热层(2)的高度方向布置且连通的第一空间(30)和第二空间(31),所述第一空间(30)靠近所述吸音垫本体(1),并与所述第二空间(31)之间形成台阶,且所述第二空间(31)的直径大于所述第一空间(30)的直径。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其特征在于,所述铝材隔热层(2)的横截面为梯形,且所述梯形的下底靠近所述吸音垫本体(1)。
3.如权利要求2所述的汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其特征在于,所述梯形的上底与腰之间的角度范围为100-120°。
4.如权利要求1所述的汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其特征在于,所述铝材隔热层(2)的横截面为朝远离所述吸音垫本体(1)的方向凸设的弧形。
5.如权利要求1所述的汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其特征在于,所述第一部分(20)与所述吸音垫本体(1)粘接。
6.如权利要求1所述的汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其特征在于,所述第一部分(20)通过铆钉(5)与所述吸音垫本体(1)连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的汽车发动机舱的吸音隔热垫,其特征在于,所述吸音垫本体(1)包括从远离所述铝材隔热层(2)的一侧至靠近所述铝材隔热层(2)的一侧依次分布并相连的耐磨层(11)、吸音层(12)和耐热层(13)。
