As shown in fig. 2, the ratchet wheel assembling mechanism 2 includes a first rotary assembling table 21, a material taking manipulator 22, a positioning and pressing component 23, a stopping and holding component 24, a position detecting component 25, a ratchet wheel feeding manipulator and a rotary clamping component 26, the material taking manipulator 22 is installed at the right side of the first rotary assembling table 21, the positioning and pressing assembly 23 is arranged on the side surface of the first rotary assembly table 21, the product on the first rotary assembly table 21 is positioned and pressed, the stopping and clamping assembly 24 is installed on the right side of the first rotary assembly table 21, the position detection assembly 25 is installed on the rear side of the first rotary assembly table 21, the ratchet wheel feeding manipulator is installed on the left side of the first rotary assembly table 21, the fixed end of the rotary clamping assembly 26 is installed on the rear side of the first rotary assembly table 21, and the working end of the rotary clamping assembly 26 is located above the first rotary assembly table 21; a ratchet feeding disc is further arranged on one side of the ratchet feeding manipulator;
the stopping and clamping assembly 24 comprises a stopping bottom plate, an XY moving unit and a clamping finger cylinder, wherein the fixed ends of the XY moving unit and the clamping finger cylinder are arranged on the upper part of the stopping bottom plate, the working end of the XY moving unit is connected with the fixed end of the clamping finger cylinder, and the working end of the clamping finger cylinder clamps the middle part of a product through a clamping jaw.
Further, the ratchet wheel assembling mechanism 2 is used for rotationally clamping and assembling the ratchet wheel structure on the accessory retractor body; the first rotating assembly table 21 comprises a first assembly table and a servo motor, the fixed end of the servo motor is fixed to the lower portion of the workbench 1 through a motor mounting seat, the working end of the servo motor faces upwards and is fixedly connected with the center of the lower portion of the first assembly table, and a discharging groove is formed in the upper portion of the first assembly table so as to place the retractor body conveniently; the position detection assembly 25 is used for detecting whether the orientation of the retractor body on the first assembly table meets requirements, if the orientation of the retractor body on the first assembly table does not meet the requirements, a signal is sent to the PLC control device, the PLC control device sends a working signal to the servo motor, the first assembly table is driven to rotate, the orientation of the retractor body meets the relevant requirements, the servo motor drives the first assembly table to rotate, and the position windowsill of the accessory retractor body on the first assembly table meets the requirements; the position detection assembly 25 comprises a camera support, a lifting seat and a CCD camera, namely the CCD camera is arranged on the upper part of the camera support through the lifting seat, and the position state of the retractor body on the first rotating assembly table 21 is detected by the CCD camera and gives a signal to the PLC control device.
As shown in fig. 3, the positioning and swaging component 23 is used for performing positioning and swaging operation on the retractor body on the first rotating assembly table 21; the positioning and pressing assembly 23 comprises a left positioning part 231 and a right positioning part 236, and the two parts are in a left-right symmetrical structure; the left positioning part 231 comprises a positioning horizontal cylinder 232, a positioning base 233, a positioning slide block 234 and a positioning press plate 235, the fixed end of the positioning horizontal cylinder 232 and the positioning base 233 are fixed on the upper part of the workbench 1 in a left-right arrangement manner, the lower part of the positioning slide block 234 is fixed on the upper part of the positioning base 233 through a bolt, a horizontal through groove is formed in the positioning slide block 234, the working end of the positioning horizontal cylinder 232 is fixedly connected with one end of the positioning slide plate, the other end of the positioning press plate 235 passes through the horizontal through groove and then is fixedly connected with one end of the positioning press plate 235, when a product is subjected to positioning material pressing operation, the positioning horizontal cylinder 232 operates to drive the positioning slide plate to horizontally move, so that the positioning press plate 235 is pressed on the upper part of the bottom of the product, and therefore; the ratchet wheel feeding manipulator is used for clamping the ratchet wheel structure to move and place the ratchet wheel structure on the upper portion of the first rotary assembly table 21.
The rotation clamping assembly 26 is used for rotationally clamping the ratchet wheel structure on the upper part of the retractor body; the rotary clamping assembly 26 comprises a clamping support, a clamping lifting cylinder, a clamping stepping motor and a sleeve, wherein the fixed end of the clamping lifting cylinder is mounted at the upper part of the clamping support, the working end of the clamping lifting cylinder is connected with the fixed end of the clamping stepping motor, the working end of the clamping stepping motor faces downwards and is fixedly connected with the upper part of the sleeve, and a clamping groove matched with the outer part of the ratchet structure is formed in the lower end of the sleeve; when the rotary clamping device is assembled, the clamping lifting cylinder works to drive the clamping stepping motor to descend, and then the clamping stepping motor works to drive the sleeve to rotate, so that the ratchet structure is rotationally clamped to the corresponding position on the upper portion of the retractor body.
As shown in fig. 4, the pressing mechanism 3 includes a pressing bracket 31, a pressing top plate 32, a pressing power unit 33, a pressing top plate 34, a pressing middle plate 36, a pressing buffer 37, a pressing bottom plate 38 and a pressing head 39, a fixed end of the pressing power unit 33 is mounted on an upper portion of the pressing bracket 31 through the pressing top plate 32, a working end of the pressing power unit 33 is downwardly fixedly connected with an upper portion of the pressing top plate 34, a plurality of pressing balance guide rods 35 are mounted between the pressing top plate 34 and the pressing middle plate 36, the pressing buffer 37 is mounted between the pressing middle plate 36 and the pressing bottom plate 38, and a plurality of pressing heads 39 are mounted on a lower portion of the pressing bottom plate 38; the lower end of the press head 39 is horn-shaped.
Further, the pressing mechanism 3 is used for pressing the ratchet structure to the upper portion of the retractor body in a further pressing mode, the pressing buffer member 37 comprises four buffer units, each buffer unit comprises a telescopic rod and a compression spring sleeved outside the telescopic rod, and the upper end and the lower end of each buffer unit are correspondingly and fixedly connected with the lower portion of the pressing middle plate 36 and the upper portion of the pressing lower plate 38.
Further, the position of the upper part of the second rotating disc 94, which corresponds to the upper shell feeding mechanism, is a second assembly station; the upper shell feed mechanism is used for picking up the retractor body upper part which is moved to be placed at the middle placing position 97 of the second assembly station by the accessory upper shell.
As shown in fig. 5, the mandrel main wheel feeding mechanism 4 corresponds to a third assembly station, the mandrel main wheel feeding mechanism 4 includes a mandrel main wheel feeding tray 41, a first direct vibration assembly 42, a misplaced material distribution slide 43, a material distribution power unit, a material distribution plate 44 and a mandrel main wheel feeding manipulator 45, a head end of the first direct vibration assembly 42 is received at a discharge end of the mandrel main wheel feeding tray 41, the misplaced material distribution slide 43 is received at a tail end of the first direct vibration assembly 42, a fixed end of the material distribution power unit is installed at a front end of the misplaced material distribution slide 43, the material distribution plate 44 is installed at a rear side of the misplaced material distribution slide 43, and the mandrel main wheel feeding manipulator 45 is installed between the material distribution plate 44 and the second rotating disk device 9 to pick up and move products on the material distribution plate 44 to be placed in an upper shell of the middle discharge position 97; the upper shell feeding mechanism is consistent with the structure of the mandrel main wheel feeding mechanism 4.
Furthermore, the middle part of the upper shell of the accessory is provided with an insertion hole, and the inside of the upper shell of the accessory is integrally provided with a right rotating shaft and a rear rotating shaft; the spindle main wheel comprises a middle rotating shaft and a main wheel, and the middle rotating shaft and the main wheel are assembled together in advance to form the spindle main wheel; the mandrel main wheel feeding mechanism 4 is used for picking up, moving and placing the accessory mandrel main wheel on the material distributing plate 44 to the middle jack position of the upper shell of the third assembly station, namely, a middle rotating shaft in the mandrel main wheel is inserted into the jack position of the upper shell; furthermore, the dislocation distributing slide way 43 is a T-shaped slide way, one end of the dislocation distributing slide way 43 is connected with the discharging end of the direct vibration assembly I42, the square connecting line between the other two ends of the dislocation distributing slide way 43 is consistent with the moving direction of the distributing power unit, the distributing plate 44 is arranged at the rear side of the dislocation distributing slide way 43, the fixed end of the distributing power unit is arranged at the front side of the dislocation distributing slide way 43, the working end of the distributing power unit works to push the accessory spindle main wheel in the dislocation distributing slide way 43 backwards to the distributing plate 44, the distributing plate 44 is disc-shaped, and a placing slot hole is formed in the center of the distributing plate 44 so as to place the spindle main wheel; the right side of the dislocation distributing slide way 43 is also provided with a limiting power unit to prevent the mandrel main wheel from moving over the travel, namely the limiting power unit comprises a limiting horizontal cylinder and a limiting stop block, the fixed end of the limiting horizontal cylinder is arranged on the right side of the dislocation distributing slide way 43, the working end of the limiting horizontal cylinder faces the left side and is fixedly connected with the right end of the limiting stop block, and the left end of the limiting stop block is provided with an arc-shaped opening to effectively prevent the mandrel main wheel from being blocked; the spindle main wheel feeding manipulator 45 is used for picking and moving the spindle main wheels on the material distributing plate 44 to be placed at the jack positions in the upper shell.
Preferably, the synchronous feeding mechanism corresponds to the fourth assembly station, the synchronous feeding mechanism is used for respectively moving and placing the accessory ring gear and the end cover to a left material placing position 96 and a right material placing position 98, the synchronous feeding mechanism comprises a first vibration disc for providing a ring gear, a second vibration disc for providing an accessory end cover, a first direct vibration assembly 42, a second direct vibration assembly, a first temporary placing table, a second temporary placing table and a double-product feeding manipulator, the head ends of the first direct vibration assembly 42 and the second direct vibration assembly are correspondingly connected with the discharge ends of the first vibration plate and the second vibration plate, the first guide chute arranged at the upper part of the head end of the first temporary placing platform is connected with the tail end of the first direct vibration assembly 42, the second guide chute arranged at the upper part of the head end of the second temporary placing platform is connected with the tail end of the second direct vibration assembly, the tail ends of the first temporary placing platform and the second temporary placing platform are both provided with limiting plates, and the double-product feeding manipulator is arranged between the assembly stations of the first temporary placing platform and the second rotary disk device 9; the dual product feeding manipulator differs from a conventional manipulator in that two clamping portions are provided at the lower portion of the working end thereof so as to simultaneously clamp the accessory ring gear and the accessory end cap.

As shown in fig. 7, the first material-separating positioning assembly 53 includes a material-separating positioning bracket 531, a positioning top plate 532, a positioning finger cylinder 533 and a positioning horizontal chute 534, the positioning top plate 532 is fixed on the upper portion of the material-separating positioning bracket 531, the fixed end of the positioning finger cylinder 533 is mounted on the lower portion of the positioning top plate 532, the right end of the positioning horizontal chute 534 is received at the tail end of the slave gear direct vibration assembly 52, and the upper portion of the positioning horizontal chute 534 is provided with two storage positions, the working end of the positioning finger cylinder 533 holds the right storage position upward, when the accessory is moved from the gear through the gear direct vibration assembly 52 to the left storage position of the positioning horizontal chute 534 from the gear feeding tray 51, the positioning finger cylinder 533 works to hold the accessory slave gear on the right storage position by the holding claw, at this time the temporary placing manipulator 55 can pick up the accessory slave gear on the left storage, and the table is moved and placed on the upper part of the temporary placing table III 54; the second material distributing and positioning assembly, the third material distributing and positioning assembly 63 and the fourth material distributing and positioning assembly 73 are consistent with the first material distributing and positioning assembly 53 in structure.

As shown in fig. 9, the gear assembly mechanism two 6 corresponds to a sixth assembly station, the gear assembly mechanism two 6 includes a third vibrating plate 61 for providing a main gear of an accessory, a third direct vibrating component 62, a third distributing positioning component 63 and a main gear feeding manipulator 64, the head end of the third direct vibrating component is received at the discharge end of the third vibrating plate, the third distributing positioning component is received at the tail end of the third direct vibrating component, and the main gear feeding manipulator is installed at one side of the third distributing positioning component and is used for moving and placing the main gear of the accessory on the third distributing positioning component onto the upper portion of the spindle main wheel of the upper shell.
As shown in fig. 10, the gear assembling mechanism ii 6 further includes an auxiliary pressing component 65, and the auxiliary pressing component 65 is installed on the upper portion of the fixed disk and corresponds to the assembling station; the auxiliary pressing assembly 65 is used for pressing a product on a medium material placing position, and other accessories are prevented from tilting when the main gear is assembled, the auxiliary pressing assembly 65 comprises a pressing base 651, a pressing guide rod 652, a pressing top plate 653, a pressing lifting cylinder 654 and a pressing plate 655, two pressing guide rods 652 which are arranged in parallel are arranged between the lower part of the pressing top plate 653 and the upper part of the pressing base 651, the fixed end of the pressing lifting cylinder 654 is arranged on the upper part of the pressing top plate 653, the working end of the pressing lifting cylinder 654 can be downwards fixedly connected with the middle part of the left end of the pressing plate 655, the left side of the pressing plate 655 is further sleeved outside the pressing guide rod 652 through a linear bearing, and an arc-shaped pressing head 656 is further fixed on the lower part of the right end of the pressing plate 655; when the material pressing operation is performed, the material pressing lifting cylinder 654 operates to drive the material pressing plate 655 to descend along the material pressing guide rod 652, so that the material pressing head on the right side of the material pressing plate 655 presses other accessories in the upper shell, and tilting of the other accessories is avoided.
As shown in fig. 11, a gear assembling mechanism three 7 corresponds to the seventh assembling station, the gear assembling mechanism three 7 includes a transition wheel vibration plate 71 for providing a fitting transition wheel, a transition wheel direct vibration assembly 72, a material dividing positioning assembly four 73, a ring gear assembling robot 74, an auxiliary pinch roller assembly 75 and a transition wheel loading robot 76, the head end of the transition wheel direct vibration component is connected with the head end of the transition wheel vibration disc, the material distribution positioning component IV is connected with the tail end of the transition wheel direct vibration component 72, the auxiliary pressing wheel component is arranged at the left front side of the material distribution positioning component IV, the annular gear assembly manipulator 74 is arranged on the fixed disc, for movably placing the ring gear placed in the left material placing position in the upper shell of the middle material placing position, a transition wheel feeding manipulator 76 is arranged at one side of the material distributing positioning component IV 73, to move the fitment over wheel on the dispensing positioning assembly four 73 into the upper housing and into engagement with the inside of the ring gear.
As shown in fig. 12, after the ring gear assembly robot 74 places the ring gear in the upper case, the auxiliary pressure roller assembly 75 is used to press the ring gear in the upper case, so that the transition wheel loading robot 76 places the accessory transition wheel on the rear rotating shaft of the upper case; the auxiliary pinch roller assembly 75 comprises a pinch roller support 751, a pinch roller top plate 752, a pinch roller horizontal cylinder 753, a pinch roller block 754 and a pinch roller head 755, wherein the pinch roller top plate 752 is mounted on the upper portion of the pinch roller support 751, the fixed end of the pinch roller horizontal cylinder 753 is obliquely mounted on the left side of the upper portion of the pinch roller top plate 752 through a cylinder mounting frame, the working end of the pinch roller horizontal cylinder 753 is fixedly connected with one end of the pinch roller block 754, the front side of the pinch roller block 754 is sleeved at the left end of a pinch roller guide rod 756, the right end of the pinch roller guide rod 756 is mounted on the cylinder mounting frame through a linear bearing, and the; during the operation of the pinch roller, the pinch roller horizontal cylinder 753 operates to drive the pinch roller block 754 to move leftwards, and at the moment, due to the action of the pinch roller guide rod 756, the pinch roller block 754 and the pinch roller head 755 can move leftwards smoothly to press the ring gear into the upper shell.
As shown in fig. 13, the end cover transferring and press-mounting mechanism 8 corresponds to the eighth assembly station, the end cover transferring and press-mounting mechanism 8 includes a press-mounting bracket 81, an internal detection component 82, an XZ moving component 83 and a suction head component 84, the internal detection component 82 is installed at the top of the press-mounting bracket 81 for performing appearance inspection on the inside of a product at the middle material placing position, the fixed end of the XZ moving component 83 is installed at the middle part of the press-mounting bracket, and the suction head component is installed at the movable end of the XZ moving component, so that the end cover positioned at the right material placing position is sucked and moved to be pressed on the upper part of the product at the middle material placing position to be.
Further, the end cover moving and press-mounting mechanism 8 is used for moving and pressing the accessory end cover in the upper shell so as to assemble a finished product coiler; the internal detection component 82 is used for photographing the assembly condition of each accessory in the upper shell and transmitting the photographed image to the PLC control equipment so as to judge whether the abnormal condition exists or not, and the internal detection component is a CCD camera component; the XZ moving assembly 83 is used for driving the sucker head assembly 84 to move along the X axis and the Z axis; the suction head assembly 84 comprises a suction cup and a suction nozzle, the suction cup is fixed at the lower part of the XZ moving assembly, the suction tube penetrates through the suction cup and then is connected with a suction nozzle pipe, and the suction tube is connected with an air pump pipe inside the workbench through an air inlet pipe, so that the suction operation of the end cover is realized by the suction head assembly.
As shown in fig. 14, the completed retractor 14 includes a component retractor body 140, a component ratchet structure 141, a component upper housing 142, a component spindle main wheel 143, a component slave gear 144, a component transmission gear 145, a component main gear 146, a component ring gear 147, a component transition wheel 148, and a component end cover 149, and is assembled in sequence according to a set process.
The assembling process comprises the following steps:
A. a coiler body feeding step: the feeding conveying assembly conveys the retractor body forwards, and the retractor body is picked up by the feeding manipulator and is placed on a first station on the rotating disc in a moving mode; at the moment, the rotating disc device works to convey the retractor body on the first placing station to a second placing station position of the ratchet wheel assembling mechanism in an anticlockwise rotating mode;
B. assembling a ratchet structure: the taking manipulator picks and moves the retractor body on the second placing station to be placed on the upper portion of the first rotating assembly table, the position detection assembly detects the position state of the retractor body, the positioning and pressing assembly performs positioning and pressing operation on the lower portion of the accessory retractor body, the stopping clamping assembly clamps and fixes the middle portion of the retractor body, the ratchet wheel feeding manipulator picks and moves the accessory ratchet wheel structure to be placed on the upper portion of the first rotating assembly table, and the ratchet wheel structure is rotationally clamped to the corresponding position of the upper portion of the retractor body through the rotating clamping assembly; the material taking manipulator moves the retractor body assembled with the ratchet mechanism and puts the retractor body back to the second placing station; the rotating disc device works to convey the retractor body and the ratchet wheel structure on the second placing station to a third placing station position of the pressing mechanism in an anticlockwise rotating mode;
C. pressing the ratchet structure; the pressing power unit drives the pressing upper plate to press the pressing middle plate and the pressing lower plate to descend, and the ratchet wheel structure is stably pressed on the upper portion of the retractor body through the pressing head; the rotating disc device works to convey the compressed retractor body and the ratchet wheel structure on the third placing station to a fourth placing station of the transfer manipulator in an anticlockwise rotating mode;
D. retractor body and ratchet structure transfer step: the retractor body and the ratchet wheel structure on the fourth placing station are picked up by the transfer manipulator and are moved to the right to be placed on the upper part of the first assembling station; the rotating disc device II works to convey the compressed retractor body and the ratchet wheel structure on the first assembly station into a middle discharge position of a second assembly station corresponding to the upper shell feeding mechanism in an anticlockwise rotating mode;
E. assembling the upper shell: the upper shell feeding mechanism picks up the upper shell of the accessory and moves the upper shell to cover the retractor body so as to seal the ratchet wheel structure inside; the second rotating disc device works to convey the product on the second assembly station to a position of a third assembly station corresponding to the spindle main wheel feeding mechanism in a counterclockwise rotating mode;
F. assembling a spindle main wheel: the mandrel main wheel feeding disc outputs accessories, the mandrel main wheel is arranged on a staggered material distribution slide way through a direct vibration assembly I, then a material distribution power unit pushes the mandrel main wheel on the staggered material distribution slide way backwards to a material distribution plate, and the mandrel main wheel feeding mechanical arm picks up the mandrel main wheel and moves the mandrel main wheel into a jack of the upper shell; the rotating disc device II works to convey the product on the third assembly station to a position of a fourth assembly station corresponding to the synchronous feeding mechanism in a counterclockwise rotating mode;
G. a double-product feeding step: the ring gear of an output accessory of the first vibration disc passes through the first direct vibration assembly to the first temporary placing table, the end cover of an output accessory of the second vibration disc passes through the second direct vibration assembly to the second temporary placing table, and the double-product feeding mechanical arm works to correspondingly move and place the ring gear of the accessory and the end cover into a left material placing position and a right material placing position on the fourth assembly station; the second rotating disc device works to convey the product on the fourth assembly station to a position of a fifth assembly station corresponding to the first gear assembly mechanism in a counterclockwise rotating mode;

J. assembling a ring gear and an transition wheel: the ring gear assembling manipulator picks up and movably places a ring gear in a left material placing position of a seventh assembling station into an upper shell of a middle material placing position, and an auxiliary pressing wheel assembly works to press the ring gear into the upper shell; the transition wheel vibration disc output accessory transition wheel is conveyed into the material distribution positioning assembly IV through the transition wheel direct vibration assembly, the transition wheel feeding manipulator picks up and moves the transition wheel in the material distribution positioning assembly IV into a rear rotating shaft of the upper shell, and the transition wheel is meshed with the inner part of the ring gear; the second rotary disc device works to convey the product on the seventh assembly station to the eighth assembly station corresponding to the end cover transferring and pressing mechanism in a counterclockwise rotating mode;
K. and (3) end cover press mounting: the internal detection assembly performs appearance inspection on the product on the eighth assembly station, namely the mounting position of each accessory in the upper shell; the XZ moving assembly sucks, moves and presses the end cover at the right discharge position of the eighth assembly station to the upper part of the upper shell at the middle discharge position to assemble a finished product coiler;

1. The automatic assembling equipment for the safety belt retractor comprises a workbench and is characterized in that a first rotating disk device and a second rotating disk device which are arranged left and right are installed on the upper portion of the workbench, four placing stations are annularly arranged on the upper portion of the first rotating disk device at equal intervals, a feeding manipulator, a ratchet wheel assembling mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a transfer manipulator which are used for transferring the retractor body are sequentially installed on the upper portion of the workbench along the anticlockwise rotating direction of the first rotating disk device, and a feeding conveying assembly used for conveying the retractor body is installed on the rear side of the feeding manipulator; eight assembly stations are annularly arranged on the upper portion of the second rotary disc device at equal intervals, a jig substrate is installed on the upper portion of each assembly station, a left material placing position, a middle material placing position and a right material placing position are preset on the upper portion of each jig substrate, an upper shell feeding mechanism for transferring an upper shell of an accessory, a mandrel main wheel feeding mechanism for transferring a mandrel main wheel, a synchronous feeding mechanism for transferring an accessory ring gear and an accessory end cover, a gear assembly mechanism I for combining an accessory slave gear and a transmission gear with the upper shell, a gear assembly mechanism II for combining an accessory main gear with the mandrel main wheel, a gear assembly mechanism III for combining an accessory ring gear and an accessory transition wheel with the upper shell and an end cover transferring and pressing mechanism are sequentially installed on the upper portion of the workbench along the anticlockwise rotation direction of the second rotary disc device, and the right end of the transfer manipulator is located above the first assembly station, a finished product discharging manipulator and a finished product conveying assembly are further arranged on the upper portion of the workbench and positioned on the rear side of the end cover transfer press-fitting mechanism;
the ratchet wheel assembling mechanism comprises a first rotating assembling table, a material taking manipulator, a positioning material pressing component, a stopping clamping component, a position detection component, a ratchet wheel feeding manipulator and a rotating clamping component, wherein the material taking manipulator is installed on the right side of the first rotating assembling table and used for moving and placing a product on a placing station to the upper portion of the first rotating assembling table; a ratchet feeding disc is further arranged on one side of the ratchet feeding manipulator;
the stopping and clamping assembly comprises a stopping bottom plate, an XY moving unit and a clamping finger cylinder, fixed ends of the XY moving unit and the clamping finger cylinder are installed on the upper portion of the stopping bottom plate, a working end of the XY moving unit is connected with the fixed end of the clamping finger cylinder, and the working end of the clamping finger cylinder clamps the middle portion of a product through a clamping jaw.

The automatic assembling device for the safety belt retractor according to claim 1, wherein the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing support, a pressing top plate, a pressing power unit, a pressing upper plate, a pressing middle plate, a pressing buffer member, a pressing lower plate and a pressing head, a fixed end of the pressing power unit is mounted on the upper portion of the pressing support through the pressing top plate, a working end of the pressing power unit is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the pressing upper plate downwards, a plurality of pressing balance guide rods are mounted between the pressing upper plate and the pressing middle plate, the pressing buffer member is mounted between the pressing middle plate and the pressing lower plate, and a plurality of pressing heads are mounted on the lower portion of the pressing lower plate; the lower end of the pressing head is in a horn shape.

The automatic assembling device for the safety belt retractor according to claim 1, wherein the mandrel main wheel feeding mechanism comprises a mandrel main wheel feeding disc, a first direct vibration component, a staggered distribution slideway, a distribution power unit, a distribution plate and a mandrel main wheel feeding manipulator, the head end of the first direct vibration component is received at the discharge end of the mandrel main wheel feeding disc, the staggered distribution slideway is received at the tail end of the first direct vibration component, the fixed end of the distribution power unit is installed at the front end of the staggered distribution slideway, the distribution plate is installed at the rear side of the staggered distribution slideway, and the mandrel main wheel feeding manipulator is installed between the distribution plate and the second rotating disc device so as to pick up and move products on the distribution plate into an upper shell of a middle discharge position; the structure of the upper shell feeding mechanism is consistent with that of the mandrel main wheel feeding mechanism.

The automatic assembling device for the safety belt retractor according to claim 1, wherein the synchronous feeding mechanism comprises a first vibration disc for providing a ring gear, a second vibration disc for providing an accessory end cover, a first direct vibration assembly, a second direct vibration assembly, a first temporary placing table, a second temporary placing table and a double-product feeding manipulator, head ends of the first direct vibration assembly and the second direct vibration assembly are correspondingly connected with discharge ends of the first vibration disc and the second vibration disc, a first guide chute arranged at the upper part of the head end of the first temporary placing table is connected with the tail end of the first direct vibration assembly, a second guide chute arranged at the upper part of the head end of the second temporary placing table is connected with the tail end of the second direct vibration assembly, limiting plates are arranged at the tail ends of the first temporary placing table and the second temporary placing table, and the double-product feeding manipulator is arranged between assembling stations of the first temporary placing table and the rotary disc device.

The automatic seatbelt retractor assembling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein, the first gear assembly mechanism comprises a slave gear feeding disc, a slave gear direct vibration assembly, a material distribution positioning assembly I, a temporary placing table III, a temporary placing manipulator, a transmission gear feeding disc, a transmission gear direct vibration assembly, a material distribution positioning assembly II, a combined table I and a combined feeding manipulator, the head ends of the driven gear direct vibration assembly and the transmission gear direct vibration assembly are respectively and correspondingly connected with the discharge ends of the driven gear feeding disc and the transmission gear feeding disc, the first material distribution positioning assembly and the second material distribution positioning assembly are respectively and correspondingly connected with the tail ends of the driven gear direct vibration assembly and the transmission gear direct vibration assembly, the third temporary placing table is installed on the rear side of the first material distribution positioning assembly, and the temporary placing manipulator is installed on one side of the first material distribution positioning assembly and used for movably placing accessories of the first material distribution positioning assembly onto the third temporary placing table from a gear; the first combination table is installed at the left end of the second material distribution positioning assembly and located on the rear side of the third temporary placing table, and the combined feeding manipulator is installed on one side of the first combination table so as to move and place products on the first combination table to a middle material placing position.
