本发明提供一种天然生物无毒散气型驱蚊蚊香及其制备方法,属于生活用品领域。本发明公开的蚊香,按重量份计,原料组分包括:夜来香50‑60份、菖蒲1‑5份、薰衣草20‑30份、薄荷1‑5份、木炭粉2‑5份、香油1‑10份、蜂蜜2‑8份、水。本发明所用原料组分均为中药成分,天然无毒,通过蜂蜜和香油使蚊香燃烧时气味清新;香油和蜂蜜均是较好的防腐剂,可提升蚊香的保存时间;香油还有助燃的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品领域,具体是涉及一种天然生物无毒散气型驱蚊蚊香及其制备方法。
背景技术
蚊香主要用杀虫剂、燃料和助燃剂等压制而成,主要是用除虫菊草剂制成的,它借助一定的热源,在长时间内不断地均衡地将杀虫药剂释放到空气中,从而引起驱杀成蚊的作用。传统蚊香燃烧会产生对人体有害的物质,如多环芳香烃、羰基化合物、苯等。除此之外,为保证蚊香无焰燃烧,还会含有大量的有机填料、黏合剂、燃料和其他添加剂,燃烧过程中会有毒气散发,长期使用对人体不利。
因此,有必要开发一种无毒散气的蚊香。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的是提供一种天然生物无毒散气型驱蚊蚊香。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种天然生物无毒散气型驱蚊蚊香的制备方法。
为了实现上述的第一目的,本发明提供的天然生物无毒散气型驱蚊蚊香,按重量份计,原料组分包括:
夜来香50-60份、菖蒲1-5份、薰衣草20-30份、薄荷1-5份、木炭粉2-5份、香油1-10份、蜂蜜2-8份、水。
优选地,原料组分包括:
夜来香60份、菖蒲5份、薰衣草20份、薄荷1份、木炭粉4份、香油5份、蜂蜜6份、水。
为了实现上述的第二目的,本发明提供的天然生物无毒散气型驱蚊蚊香的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
S1.将夜来香、菖蒲、薰衣草、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
S2.按重量份将夜来香、菖蒲、薰衣草、薄荷混合,加入木炭粉得粗料;
S3.取香油倒入蜂蜜中,搅拌均匀,注水,得混合溶液;
S4.将S3中制得的混合溶液,加入到S2制得的粗料中,搅拌均匀,压制成型、烘干,得蚊香成品。
所述步骤S1中粉碎为形成100-150目细度的粉末。
所述步骤S3中混合溶液中香油、蜂蜜、水的体积比为1:1-2:10。
有益效果:
本发明中采用夜来香为主、薰衣草为辅作为驱蚊剂,再加入少量菖蒲、薄荷调节香味,再加入蜂蜜和香油,使得蚊香粘连牢固、不易断裂;并通过蜂蜜和香油中和薰衣草等重要成分燃烧时形成的浓烈气味,从而使蚊香燃烧时气味清新;香油和蜂蜜均是较好的防腐剂,可提升蚊香的保存时间;香油还有助燃的功效。
本发明采用中药材作为原料制备蚊香,所得蚊香天然、无毒,香味清新,对人体无害。

实施例1
一种天然生物无毒散气型驱蚊蚊香,按重量份计,原料组分包括:
夜来香60份、菖蒲5份、薰衣草20份、薄荷1份、木炭粉4份、香油5份、蜂蜜6份、水。
制备步骤如下:
S1.将夜来香、菖蒲、薰衣草、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
S2.按重量份将夜来香、菖蒲、薰衣草、薄荷混合,加入木炭粉得粗料;
S3.取香油倒入蜂蜜中,搅拌均匀,注水,得混合溶液;
S4.将S3中制得的混合溶液,加入到S2制得的粗料中,搅拌均匀,压制成型、烘干,得蚊香成品。
所述步骤S1中粉碎为形成100-150目细度的粉末。
所述步骤S3中混合溶液中香油、蜂蜜、水的体积比为1:1:10。
实施例2

夜来香50份、菖蒲5份、薰衣草30份、薄荷5份、木炭粉6份、香油4份、蜂蜜10份、水。
制备步骤如下:
S1.将夜来香、菖蒲、薰衣草、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
S2.按重量份将夜来香、菖蒲、薰衣草、薄荷混合,加入木炭粉得粗料;
S3.取香油倒入蜂蜜中,搅拌均匀,注水,得混合溶液;
S4.将S3中制得的混合溶液,加入到S2制得的粗料中,搅拌均匀,压制成型、烘干,得蚊香成品。
所述步骤S1中粉碎为形成100-150目细度的粉末。
所述步骤S3中混合溶液中香油、蜂蜜、水的体积比为1:2:10。

按照GB 18416-2017《家庭卫生用品-蚊香》对本发明实施例和对比例制备的产品进行检测,结果表1所示。

表1显示,本发明实施例所制备的蚊香符合GB 18416-2017标准。实施例1和对比例1相比,未添加蜂蜜的产品外观略有变形和缺损,香味较为浓烈,抗折力和连续燃点时间也有所降低;对比例2和实施例1相比,未添加香油的蚊香产品外观略有缺损,香味较为浓烈,抗折力和连续燃点时间也有所降低;对比例3和实施例1相比,所得产品外观上有断裂和缺损,有刺激性香味,抗折力和连续燃点时间大幅降低。说明蜂蜜和香油不仅能使得蚊香粘连牢固、不易断裂;并能改善香味,使蚊香燃烧时气味清新。

夜来香60份、菖蒲5份、薰衣草20份、薄荷1份、木炭粉4份、香油5份、蜂蜜6份、水。
3.权利要求1-2任一项所述的天然生物无毒散气型驱蚊蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤包括:
S1.将夜来香、菖蒲、薰衣草、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
S2.按重量份将夜来香、菖蒲、薰衣草、薄荷混合,加入木炭粉得粗料;
S3.取香油倒入蜂蜜中,搅拌均匀,注水,得混合溶液;
S4.将S3中制得的混合溶液,加入到S2制得的粗料中,搅拌均匀,压制成型、烘干,得蚊香成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中粉碎为形成100-150目细度的粉末。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中混合溶液中香油、蜂蜜、水的体积比为1:1-2:10。
