Abstract

本发明涉及生活用品,特别是涉及一种天然绿色蚊香及其制备方法,本发明公开的天然绿色蚊香,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:艾叶50‑80份、菖蒲1‑6份、茵陈10‑30份、樟木20‑50份、薄荷1‑5份、木炭粉2‑6份。本发明所公开蚊香所用原料均为中药成分,不包含容易致人头晕恶心的六六六药粉、二二三农药及DDT等化学物质,同时也不含有除虫菊脂杀虫剂等容易引发哮喘、癌症的成分,是一种天然的、绿色的蚊香,具有驱蚊、抑菌、除味、祛风湿的效果。

Description

一种天然绿色蚊香
技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品,特别是涉及一种天然绿色蚊香及其制备方法。
背景技术
蚊香是一种驱蚊物,其中的药物被点燃后所发出的烟可赶走蚊子或熏死蚊子。我国点蚊香有非常悠久的历史。传统蚊香燃烧的烟里含有对人体有害的物质,譬如超细微粒-烟尘(直径小于2.5微米的颗粒物质)、多环芳香烃(PAHs)、羰基化合物(如甲醛和乙醛)和苯。同时,除了这4类明显的有害物质外,蚊香中还有大量的有机填料、黏合剂、染料和其他添加剂,才能使蚊香可以无焰闷烧。因而容易使人产生头昏恶心等症状。
据测算,点一卷蚊香放出的微粒和烧100根左右香烟的量大致相同,释放出的超细微粒,可以进到并留存在肺里,短期内可能引发哮喘,长期则可能引发癌症。其次是蚊香基底材料不完全燃烧产生的致癌物质,以及一些会刺激上呼吸道的化合物,这些物质会使人的神经系统中毒。
因而,有必要开发一种新的、安全无毒的新型蚊香。
发明内容
本发明的目的是开发一种对人体安全无毒的新型蚊香。
为了实现这一发明目的,我们公开了一种天然绿色蚊香,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:艾叶50-80份、菖蒲1-6份、茵陈10-30份、樟木20-50份、薄荷1-5份、木炭粉2-6份。
进一步地,本发明所公开的天然绿色蚊香中还优选公开包括糊精1-8份、蜂蜜2-6份、水5-20份。通过加入蜂蜜和糊精,可以使得蚊香粘连牢固,从而使得所制备得到的蚊香不容易断裂。同时蜂蜜具有调和气味以及抑菌作用,通过加入蜂蜜可以柔和艾叶等中药类成分燃烧时形成的复杂浓烈的味道,从而使得蚊香在燃烧时产生的气味纯香清新。最后,添加有蜂蜜的蚊香保存时间较一般蚊香要长,有利于存放。
更进一步地,我们还公开了天然绿色蚊香的制备方法,首先将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;然后按照混合重量份将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷混合制成粗粉;最后将粗粉与木炭粉充分混合制成。
同时,当含有糊精、蜂蜜和水时,我们进一步公开了其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粉末与木炭粉、糊精充分混合;
(3)将步骤(2)所得到的混合粉末与蜂蜜、水混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)所获得的混合物压制、烘干,即得。
优选地,在步骤(3)中混合粉末、蜂蜜、水的混合重量比为8-6:3-1:5-1。
同时,本发明还公开了不含有糊精、蜂蜜和水的天然绿色蚊香作为艾条的用途。
进一步地,当作为艾条使用时,其按照如下步骤制备得到:
(1)将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
(2)按照混合重量份将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷混合制成粗粉;
(3)将粗粉与木炭粉充分混合,用纸包装形成艾条。
本发明中粉碎优选为粉碎形成60-120目细度的粉末。
本发明所公开蚊香所用原料均为中药成分,不包含容易致人头晕恶心的六六六药粉、二二三农药及DDT等化学物质,同时也不含有除虫菊脂杀虫剂等容易引发哮喘、癌症的成分,是一种天然的、绿色的蚊香。同时,本发明所公开蚊香还可以作为艾条使用。本发明所公开产品具有驱蚊、抑菌、除味、祛风湿的效果。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明,下面我们结合具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述。
实施例1
一种天然绿色蚊香,由以下重量份的原料制成:艾叶50-80份、菖蒲1-6份、茵陈10-30份、樟木20-50份、薄荷1-5份、木炭粉2-6份。
其制备方法如下:首先将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;然后按照混合重量份将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷混合制成粗粉;最后将粗粉与木炭粉充分混合后,用成型机压制成条,或者片状即成。
实施例2
一种天然绿色蚊香,由以下重量份的原料制成:艾叶50-80份、菖蒲1-6份、茵陈10-30份、樟木20-50份、薄荷1-5份、木炭粉2-6份、糊精1-8份、蜂蜜2-6份、水5-20份。
按照以下步骤制备:
(1)将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粉末与木炭粉、糊精充分混合;
(3)将步骤(2)所得到的混合粉末与蜂蜜、水混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)所获得的混合物压制、烘干,即得。
优选在步骤(3)中混合粉末、蜂蜜、水的混合重量比为8-6:3-1:5-1。
实施例3
将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;然后按照艾叶50-80份、菖蒲1-6份、茵陈10-30份、樟木20-50份、薄荷1-5份、将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷混合制成粗粉;将粗粉与2-6份木炭粉充分混合,用纸包装形成艾条。

Claims (7)

1.一种天然绿色蚊香,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:艾叶50-80份、菖蒲1-6份、茵陈10-30份、樟木20-50份、薄荷1-5份、木炭粉2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然绿色蚊香,其特征在于,还包括糊精1-8份、蜂蜜2-6份、水5-20份。
3.权利要求1所述的天然绿色蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于,首先将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;然后按照混合重量份将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷混合制成粗粉;最后将粗粉与木炭粉充分混合制成。
4.权利要求2所述的天然绿色蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粉末与木炭粉、糊精充分混合;
(3)将步骤(2)所得到的混合粉末与蜂蜜、水混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)所获得的混合物压制、烘干,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的天然绿色蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中混合粉末、蜂蜜、水的混合重量比为8-6:3-1:5-1。
6.权利要求1所述的天然绿色蚊香作为艾条的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于,所述艾条是按照如下步骤制备得到:
(1)将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷分别干燥,粉碎;
(2)按照混合重量份将艾叶、菖蒲、茵陈、樟木、薄荷混合制成粗粉;
(3)将粗粉与木炭粉充分混合,用纸包装形成艾条。
