技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于轨道车辆的盘式制动器的衬块。
背景技术
众所周知,盘式制动器承受很大的应力,为了获得理想的制动作用,必须将制动力从衬垫良好地传递到盘片。
长期以来,制造商一直在使用包括多个小尺寸摩擦元件而不是一个大尺寸摩擦元件的衬垫。根据在这方面采用的一种解决方案,每个衬垫基本上由一个主基板和多个摩擦元件组成,其中多个摩擦元件以可翻转(reversible)的方式固定在基板上。每个摩擦元件由金属片和摩擦按钮组成,摩擦按钮以不可翻转的方式固定在金属板上。
用于轨道车辆的盘式制动器的衬垫,除了必须在制动方面对盘片施加有效压力外,还必须确保制动作用期间较低的噪声。在选择要使用的盘式制动器时,低噪声已越来越多地成为鉴别因素。
如本领域技术人员可以立即理解的,上述要求与制造衬垫的部件以及摩擦元件在盘上施加压力的方式紧密相关。
长期以来,已知一种解决方案,其涉及使用多个弹性元件,每个弹性元件布置在基板与相应的摩擦元件之间。根据该解决方案,相同衬垫的弹性元件都是相同的,因此没有考虑在可变径向速度下盘片在不同区域中的不同临时变形。
尽管此解决方案在制动过程中降低噪声方面取得了显著的进步,但是,在铁路行业中,强烈地需要进一步降低噪声。
本发明的发明人提供了一种特殊的衬垫方案,其技术特征是确保进一步降低制动噪声,同时允许较高的制动效率。
发明内容
本发明的主题是一种用于轨道车辆的盘式制动器的衬垫,其包括:背板;以可翻转的方式固定到基板上的多个摩擦元件;和多个间隔元件,多个间隔元件中的每一个布置在相应的摩擦元件和基板之间;所述衬垫的特征在于,所述间隔元件中的至少一部分彼此之间具有不同的固有弹性。
优选地,所述间隔件沿着所述衬垫的纵向延伸轴线X以连续的方式改变它们的弹性;更优选地,所述间隔件沿着轴线X从衬垫的后部到前部逐渐增加它们的弹性。
优选地,间隔件的至少一部分是贝氏垫圈(Belleville washer)。
优选地,每个摩擦元件由金属片和按钮组成,按钮由摩擦材料制成并通过固定销固定到金属片;从金属片伸出并且布置在相对于所述固定销的相对侧上的两个防旋转钉;每个所述间隔元件具有中心孔,中心孔由所述固定销和/或所述防旋转钉接合。
优选地,间隔件的仅一部分由贝氏垫圈组成。

在附图中,数字1总体上表示根据本发明的衬垫。
衬垫1包括:基板2,基板2在后表面上包括“燕尾”固定元件3以将衬垫1固定到盘式制动器的结构;多个摩擦元件4,其以可翻转的方式固定到基板2并且布置成以便在制动器的盘片上施加压力,从而执行制动器的作用;一个或多个垫片5,其布置在摩擦元件4和基板2之间;和锁定弹簧6,其被设计成以可翻转方式将相应的摩擦元件4锁定到基板2,下面将进行更详细地解释。
根据图3,每个摩擦元件4由金属片7和按钮8组成,其中按钮8由摩擦材料制成并且通过固定销9以不可翻转的方式固定到金属片7。两个防旋转钉10从金属片7伸出,并相对于所述固定销9布置在相对侧上。
在固定销9中有一个圆周槽,该圆周槽设计成由锁定弹簧6接合。
根据图3,在基板2中,在摩擦元件4的每个固定部的区域中,有三个通孔,摩擦元件5通过这些通孔联接到基板2。三个通孔是中心孔和两个侧孔。中心孔的直径大于侧孔的直径。
当组装衬垫1时,固定销9接合中心孔,在该处其通过相应的锁定弹簧6的作用而被锁定,而两个防旋转钉10中的每一个与相应的侧孔接合。
更具体地,在附图中示出的衬垫包括沿着衬垫的纵向延伸轴线X以非线性方式布置的五个摩擦元件4。
间隔元件5中的一些具有明显的弹性性能并且具有不同的弹性。具体地,附图中所示的衬垫的间隔元件5包括:四个盘式元件11a,其被布置为围绕着放置在衬垫的后部中的两个相应的摩擦元件5的四个相应的防旋转钉10;四个贝氏垫圈11b,其被布置成围绕着放置在衬垫的中间部分中的两个相应的摩擦元件5的四个相应的防旋转钉10;和贝氏垫圈11c,其被布置成围绕着放置在衬垫的前部中的相应的摩擦元件5的相应的固定销9。特别地,贝氏垫圈11c的弹性比两个贝氏垫圈11b的弹性更大。
由于上述原因,显然,根据本发明的解决方案在于不同的压力(间隔元件的不同弹性),其中,同样的衬垫的摩擦元件通过该不同的压力作用在制动器的盘片上。
本发明的发明人惊喜地发现,包括摩擦元件的衬垫以不同的压力作用在制动器的盘上,产生极低的制动噪声,而丝毫不损害制动作用的效率。
尽管已经证明无论其顺序如何,使用具有不同弹性的间隔元件能够获得降噪效果,但是,也已经证明当衬垫的间隔元件5沿着纵向轴线X以连续方式改变其弹性时,可以获得甚至更加显著的效果。
实际上,根据上述示例,间隔元件11a、11b和11c的弹性从衬垫的后部到前部连续地变化(增加)。
在这里示出的示例的衬垫中,后部是作用在制动器的中心部分上的部分,而前部是作用在制动器的盘片的更外围部分上的部分。
最后,已经证明,当衬垫的摩擦元件在其运动中具有自由度时,就制动效果和噪声而言都可以获得进一步的改进。因此,最好使用贝氏垫圈。贝氏垫圈的形状允许摩擦元件绕垫圈本身的凸部的顶点移动。
就此而言,还已经证明,当相同的衬垫的摩擦元件具有不同的运动自由度时,可以在噪声方面获得进一步的改善。为此,本实例的衬垫包括两个摩擦元件,因为它们各自与两个贝氏垫圈11b相关联,所以它们的运动自由度大于与两个盘片11a相关联的两个摩擦元件的运动自由度,以及摩擦元件,因为它与一个单独的贝氏垫圈11c相关联,所以它的运动自由度大于与两个贝氏垫圈11b相关联的两个摩擦元件的运动自由度。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于轨道车辆的盘式制动器的衬垫(1),所述衬垫(1)包括:基板(2);以能够翻转的方式固定到所述基板(2)的多个摩擦元件(4);和多个间隔元件(5),所述多个间隔元件(5)中的每一个布置在相应的摩擦元件(4)和所述基板(2)之间;所述衬垫的特征在于,至少一部分所述间隔元件(5)彼此之间具有不同的固有弹性。
