Claims (7)
- 鉄道車両用のディスクブレーキ用のパッド(1)であって、
ベースプレート(2)と、
前記ベースプレート(2)に可逆的に固定される複数の摩擦要素(4)と、
それぞれの摩擦要素(4)と前記ベースプレート(2)との間にそれぞれ配置される複数のスペーサー要素(5)と
を具備し、
前記パッドは、前記スペーサー要素(5)の少なくとも一部が、それらの間で異なる固有の弾性を有することを特徴とするパッド(1)。 - 前記スペーサーは、前記パッドの長手方向延長軸線Xに沿って連続的にその弾性が変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッド(1)。
- 前記スペーサーは、前記パッドの後部から前部へと前記軸線Xに沿って漸進的にその弾性が増加することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のパッド(1)。
- 前記スペーサー(5)の少なくとも一部がベルビルワッシャー(11b,11c)であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のパッド(1)。
- 前記摩擦要素(4)のそれぞれが、金属シート(7)と、摩擦材料から作られると共に固定ピン(9)によって前記金属シート(7)に固定されたボタン(8)とから構成され、二つの回転防止ペグ(10)が前記金属シート(7)から突出すると共に前記固定ピン(9)に対して両側に配置され、前記スペーサー要素(5)のそれぞれは、前記固定ピン(9)および/または前記回転防止ペグ(10)によって係合される中央孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のパッド。
- 前記スペーサー(5)の一部のみがベルビルワッシャー(11b,11c)からなることを特徴とする請求項4を引用する請求項5に記載のパッド。
- その中央孔が前記回転防止ペグ(10)によって係合された二つのベルビルワッシャー(11b)とそれぞれ関連付けられた摩擦要素(4)と、
その中央孔が前記固定ピン(9)によって係合された単一のベルビルワッシャー(11c)とそれぞれ関連付けられた摩擦要素(4)と
を具備することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパッド。
