较之现有技术而言,本发明的优点在于:本发明将改性凹凸棒土引入篮球皮革的表面层,不仅能够增加篮球皮革耐磨、耐刮、耐候性能,而且能够提高篮球皮革的吸水性能,使由该篮球皮革制成的篮球能够及时吸收运动员手掌中的汗水,提高篮球皮革触感。另外,该篮球皮革具有良好的耐候性能以及耐磨耐刮性能,且其质地柔软,由该篮球皮革制得的篮球弹性好。

其中,所述表面层包括以下重量份数的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂80-100份、二甲基甲酰胺100-120份、聚丙烯酸钠10-15份、水2-5份、炭黑10-15份、石英砂4-6份、铁基合金粉末5-10份、改性凹凸棒土5-10份、N,N–二正丁基二硫氨基甲酸镍2-5份、聚乙二醇10-15份、双氧水1-1.5份、亚硫酸氢钠0.5-0.8份、发泡剂2-4份、色粉12-15份;

步骤(1)制备表面层浆料:
步骤a:制备改性凹凸棒土:步骤1)制备酸改性凹凸棒土:将凹凸棒土在750-800℃下焙烧4-5h后,放入10-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3-4h,捞出,烘干至含水量2-3%,得酸改性凹凸棒土;步骤2)制备复配偶联剂:将重量比为1:2-4的硅烷偶联剂Kh560与马来酸酐进行混合,得复配偶联剂;步骤3)制备偶联剂改性凹凸棒土:在步骤1)所得的酸改性凹凸棒土中加入复配偶联剂,且复配偶联剂的添加量为酸改性凹凸棒土质量的4wt.%-6wt.%,再放入加热式捏合机,进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50r/min,搅拌的同时慢速升温,当温度升至80-90℃时,恒温搅拌2-3h,得偶联剂改性凹凸棒土;步骤4)在步骤3)所得的偶联剂改性凹凸棒土中加入硬脂酸,硬脂酸的添加量为酸改性凹凸棒土质量的1.0wt.%-1.2wt.%,利用加热式捏合机继续搅拌升温至95℃时,恒温搅拌1-2h后,进行排料;之后,对排出的物料进行烘干,烘干温度控制在50-60℃,待物料烘干至含水率小于0.5%时,将物料输送至盘式磨粉机,研磨成50-60目的粉末,即得所述改性凹凸棒土。
步骤b:将水性聚氨酯树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、水、N,N–二正丁基二硫氨基甲酸镍、聚乙二醇、双氧水、亚硫酸氢钠、发泡剂(该发泡剂为表面层组分中的发泡剂)以及色粉混合后,再进行加热至熔融状态,其中,加热温度为220-230℃,加热时间为40-50min,之后倒入炭黑、石英砂、铁基合金粉末以及步骤a所得的改性凹凸棒土,在相同温度下,以40-50r/min的速度搅拌25-30min,得表面层浆料;
步骤(2)制备发泡层浆料:将水性聚氨酯树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、乳化剂S-80在210-220℃下加热30-40min,之后,加入发泡剂(该发泡剂为发泡层组分中的发泡剂)、炭黑、重质碳酸钙,以40-50r/min的速度搅拌30-40min,得发泡层浆料;
步骤(3)浆料刮涂:将步骤(1)所得的表面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,100-120℃烘干60-80s,形成表面层;接着,在烘干的表面层上刮涂步骤(2)所得的发泡层浆料,100-120℃烘干60-80s,形成发泡层;之后,在发泡层上刮涂水溶性酚醛树脂胶黏剂作为粘结层,然后覆盖上基布,再在80-100℃下烘干,之后将离型纸剥离,即得所述高触感耐磨篮球皮革。

步骤(2)制备发泡层浆料:将水性聚氨酯树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、乳化剂S-80在215℃下加热35min,之后,加入发泡剂、炭黑、重质碳酸钙,以45r/min的速度搅拌35min,得发泡层浆料;
步骤(3)浆料刮涂:将步骤(1)所得的表面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,110℃烘干70s,形成表面层;接着,在烘干的表面层上刮涂步骤(2)所得的发泡层浆料,110℃烘干70s,形成发泡层;之后,在发泡层上刮涂水溶性酚醛树脂胶黏剂作为粘结层,然后覆盖上基布,再在90℃下烘干,之后将离型纸剥离,即得所述高触感耐磨篮球皮革。

步骤(2)制备发泡层浆料:将水性聚氨酯树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、乳化剂S-80在220℃下加热30min,之后,加入发泡剂、炭黑、重质碳酸钙,以50r/min的速度搅拌30min,得发泡层浆料;
步骤(3)浆料刮涂:将步骤(1)所得的表面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,120℃烘干60s,形成表面层;接着,在烘干的表面层上刮涂步骤(2)所得的发泡层浆料,120℃烘干60s,形成发泡层;之后,在发泡层上刮涂水溶性酚醛树脂胶黏剂作为粘结层,然后覆盖上基布,再在100℃下烘干,之后将离型纸剥离,即得所述高触感耐磨篮球皮革。
实施例六:性能测试
将传统的篮球皮革与实施例一至实施例五所得的篮球皮革进行耐磨性能测试,耐磨性能测试结果如表1所示。

3.根据权利要求1所述的高触感耐磨篮球皮革,其特征在于:所述粘结层由粘结剂形成,所述粘结剂为水溶性酚醛树脂胶黏剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高触感耐磨篮球皮革,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂、对甲苯磺酰肼中的一种或二者的混合物。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的高触感耐磨篮球皮革的制作方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)制备表面层浆料:
步骤a:制备改性凹凸棒土;
步骤b:将水性聚氨酯树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、水、N,N–二正丁基二硫氨基甲酸镍、聚乙二醇、双氧水、亚硫酸氢钠、发泡剂以及色粉混合后,再进行加热至熔融状态,其中,加热温度为220-230℃,加热时间为40-50min,之后倒入炭黑、石英砂、铁基合金粉末以及步骤a所得的改性凹凸棒土,在相同温度下,以40-50r/min的速度搅拌25-30min,得表面层浆料;
步骤(2)制备发泡层浆料:将水性聚氨酯树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、乳化剂S-80在210-220℃下加热30-40min,之后,加入发泡剂、炭黑、重质碳酸钙,以40-50r/min的速度搅拌30-40min,得发泡层浆料;
步骤(3)浆料刮涂:将步骤(1)所得的表面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,100-120℃烘干60-80s,形成表面层;接着,在烘干的表面层上刮涂步骤(2)所得的发泡层浆料,100-120℃烘干60-80s,形成发泡层;之后,在发泡层上刮涂水溶性酚醛树脂胶黏剂作为粘结层,然后覆盖上基布,再在80-100℃下烘干,之后将离型纸剥离,即得所述高触感耐磨篮球皮革。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高触感耐磨篮球皮革的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中步骤a的具体操作方法为:
步骤1)制备酸改性凹凸棒土:将凹凸棒土在750-800℃下焙烧4-5h后,放入10-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3-4h,捞出,烘干至含水量2-3%,得酸改性凹凸棒土;
步骤2)制备复配偶联剂:将重量比为1:2-4的硅烷偶联剂Kh560与马来酸酐进行混合,得复配偶联剂;
步骤3)制备偶联剂改性凹凸棒土:在步骤1)所得的酸改性凹凸棒土中加入复配偶联剂,且复配偶联剂的添加量为酸改性凹凸棒土质量的4wt.%-6wt.%,再放入加热式捏合机,进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50r/min,搅拌的同时慢速升温,当温度升至80-90℃时,恒温搅拌2-3h,得偶联剂改性凹凸棒土;
步骤4)在步骤3)所得的偶联剂改性凹凸棒土中加入硬脂酸,硬脂酸的添加量为酸改性凹凸棒土质量的1.0wt.%-1.2wt.%,利用加热式捏合机继续搅拌升温至95℃时,恒温搅拌1-2h后,进行排料;之后,对排出的物料进行烘干,烘干温度控制在50-60℃,待物料烘干至含水率小于0.5%时,将物料输送至盘式磨粉机,研磨成50-60目的粉末,即得所述改性凹凸棒土。
