背景技术
蓝子鱼即臭肚鱼,是一种蓝子鱼科鱼类的统称,包括1个属(蓝子鱼属Siganus),有28个有效种。这种鱼体型外观扁平呈椭圆型,嘴部细长口小,背鳍和臀鳍上的刺骨尖锐有毒,食物以藻类食物为主。系沿海常见的暧水性近海小型鱼类,常栖息于岩礁或珊瑚丛中,在季节来临时会聚于港湾中,特别是有麒麟菜养殖的地方,有时也会进入咸淡水和河口的方。广泛分布于印度洋和太平洋西部。我国产于南海和东海南部。蓝子鱼以其肉质鲜美、味道可口的特性更是深受广大群众所喜爱,但是,目前蓝子鱼的养殖技术尚未成熟,导致存活率低,生长周期长,肉质差等。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提出一种高效的蓝子鱼的室外生态池塘人工育苗方法,解决上述问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种高效的蓝子鱼的室外生态池塘人工育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、养殖池处理:将养殖池四周清理干净,在阳光下暴晒2~6天,四周喷洒消毒剂,喷洒量为0.3~0.5kg/m2,自然放置1~3天后铲入富硒底泥,底泥高度为池塘高度为4~7cm,再栽培水草,且水草栽培面积为池塘总面积的20~40%;
S2、水质处理:注水量为池塘高度的60~80%,喷淋15~26ml/m2净化剂,调节水温22~28℃,盐度25~32,pH7.2~8.0,溶解氧4~8mg/L,透明度60~90cm;
S3、苗种放养:选择体长规格2~4cm的苗种,按600~800尾/m2投放,投喂人工搭配饲料,一天投喂三次,上午投喂量为鱼苗数量的3~5%,中午和傍晚投喂量为1~3%;
S4、养殖管理:每隔8~12天换20~40%的水,水流速为5~10m3/min;

(1)本发明突破传统的苗种培育方法,在培育池做了养殖前处理,喷洒消毒剂,栽培水草,设定各水草的面积比,能够净化水体也能作为蓝子鱼的饵料,调控水质处理参数,利于鱼苗的生长发育;
(2)合理按密度投放鱼苗,科学配制人工饵料,控制喂养次数和投喂量,有效促进鱼苗的生长,水流刺激提高鱼体的抗激能力,隔时换水,使得养殖池中的水始终流动,保持养殖池中的含氧量和富硒量,有利于增加鱼体的好动性,使得成长的鱼体健壮,脂肪较少,口感鲜脆,提高成活率,增加产量。

S1、养殖池处理:将养殖池四周清理干净,在阳光下暴晒2~6天,四周喷洒消毒剂,喷洒量为0.3~0.5kg/m2,自然放置1~3天后铲入富硒底泥,底泥高度为池塘高度为4~7cm,再栽培水草,且水草栽培面积为池塘总面积的20~40%;
S2、水质处理:注水量为池塘高度的60~80%,喷淋15~26ml/m2净化剂,所述净化剂为重量份为(1~3):(0.5~1.2):(0.8~2.3)的凤眼莲根、剪股颖草、麦蓝菜,调节水温22~28℃,盐度25~32,pH 7.2~8.0,溶解氧4~8mg/L,透明度60~90cm;
S3、苗种放养:选择体长规格2~4cm的苗种,按600~800尾/m2投放,投喂人工搭配饲料,一天投喂三次,上午投喂量为鱼苗数量的3~5%,中午和傍晚投喂量为1~3%;
S4、养殖管理:每隔8~12天换20~40%的水,水流速为5~10m3/min。

4.如权利要求1所述的一种高效的蓝子鱼的室外生态池塘人工育苗方法,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中水草为羽毛藻、麒麟菜、苔菜,种植面积比为(1~3):(3~5):(2~6)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高效的蓝子鱼的室外生态池塘人工育苗方法,其特征在于:所述S3步骤中人工搭配饲料为米糠6~8份、纵条肌海葵7~10份、大叶青8~12份、车前草5~11份、左黑果1~3份、银杏叶2~6份、黄虫粉3~5份、茧蛹粉2~6份。
