Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
The construction process of the vitrified tile in the toilet according to the embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described below.
The invention provides a construction process of a bathroom vitrified tile, which comprises the following steps:
before the vitrified tiles are paved, the base layer wall surface can be cleaned, when in cleaning, nail heads of the base layer wall surface can be cleaned firstly, then the base layer wall surface is cleaned by 5-10 wt% of caustic soda solution, and then is washed by clean water, and is naturally dried for 10-15h after being washed. 5-10 wt% of caustic soda liquid can effectively clean the adhesive stains on the surface of the base wall, and dust and particles can be washed by clear water. By adopting the cleaning method, the situation that the vitrified tiles are not firmly adhered to the base layer wall surface due to dust or larger particles on the base layer wall surface can be effectively avoided.
And then, after the cleaning and natural drying are finished for 10-15h, the cleaned base layer wall surface can be watered and moistened 3-24h before the vitrified tiles are paved, leveling and line snapping are carried out after the vitrified tiles are moistened, then cement mortar is coated on the moistened base layer wall surface, the coated cement mortar is compacted and leveled, and then the frosting is carried out, and the frosting thickness is 7-20 mm. The wool twisting can enable the vitrified tiles to be better combined with the cement mortar, improve the binding force between the vitrified tiles and the cement mortar, and enable the vitrified tiles to be more stably fixed on the base layer wall surface coated with the cement mortar.
After the wool twisting is finished, paving and pasting the vitrified tiles at the temperature of 5-25 ℃, wherein the setting time of cement mortar used for paving and pasting the vitrified tiles is moderate at the temperature, so that the paving and pasting of the vitrified tiles can be effectively avoided from being influenced by too short or too long setting time caused by too high or too low environmental temperature. The vitrified tile paving and pasting steps are as follows: cement mortar with the thickness of 5-10mm is paved on the back of the vitrified tile, then the vitrified tile is paved on the base layer wall surface which is leveled, line-flicked and rubbed, and then the vitrified tile is compacted by a rubber hammer. And (4) checking and correcting by using a ruler plate after paving and pasting 4-6 vitrified tiles, and erasing cement mortar on the surfaces of the vitrified tiles. The cement mortar with the thickness of 5-10mm can ensure that the back surface of the vitrified tile is bonded with the rubbed base layer wall surface more stably and firmly; the rubber hammer is tamped to further improve the bonding stability of the vitrified tiles, and the rubber hammer has certain elasticity and can play a role in protecting the vitrified tiles; before the vitrified tiles are tamped by the rubber hammer, the ruler plate can be used for checking and correcting, so that the vitrified tiles can be effectively prevented from obviously deviating and dislocating in the construction process, and the vitrified tiles can be paved and pasted better in integrity. The vitrified tile is tamped by a rubber hammer after being checked and corrected, so that a user can conveniently and timely adjust the position of the vitrified tile, and the flexibility and the reliability of the construction process are improved.
In order to make the bonding between the cement mortar and the vitrified tiles more compact, before paving the vitrified tiles, the vitrified tiles can be soaked in water for 2-5h, and then paved after being dried until the surface has no clear water. The vitrified tile soaked by water can effectively prevent the vitrified tile after being paved from absorbing water in cement mortar, thereby influencing the bonding strength of the cement mortar and the vitrified tile.
After the vitrified tiles are paved and pasted for 4-6h through the steps, the gap between any two adjacent vitrified tiles is fully coated with the crack beautifying agent, the gap between any two adjacent vitrified tiles is fully coated with the true porcelain cement for jointing, and then the surfaces of the vitrified tiles are cleaned by cotton threads. The gap between any two adjacent vitrified tiles can be filled by the crack beautifying agent and the real porcelain cement, so that the vitrified tile wall surface is more beautiful and tidy; the seam beautifying agent and the true porcelain cement on the surface of the vitrified tile are cleaned by adopting the cotton yarn, so that the constructor can conveniently control the cleaning area, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
After pointing for 20-24h, scrubbing the surface of the vitrified tile by dilute hydrochloric acid, and then washing by clear water. The alkali and stain on the wall surface of the vitrified tile can be removed by adopting dilute hydrochloric acid so as to ensure the effect and the attractiveness of the design of the outer wall; the clean water washing can effectively avoid the influence of the residual dilute hydrochloric acid on the wall surface of the vitrified tile.
Wherein, the cement mortar used for paving the vitrified tiles is added with adhesive. The cement mortar added with the adhesive has better bonding strength, and can effectively prevent the vitrified tiles from falling off from the ground base layer wall surface after being rubbed.
The preparation method of the cement mortar mainly comprises the following steps:
mixing 0.3-1 part of cement, 1-4 parts of sand and 0.2-1 part of water in parts by weight, adding 0.1-0.3 part of adhesive in parts by weight, stirring, and standing for 5-10min to obtain cement mortar. The adhesive is added into the cement mortar, stirring and standing are carried out, after standing, acting force between the cement mortar and the adhesive molecules is enhanced, larger bonding force is provided for paving and pasting the vitrified tiles, the adhesive and the cement mortar are more thoroughly and stably mixed, and the phenomenon that the bonding of the cement mortar and the vitrified tiles is influenced due to incomplete mixing is avoided.
Wherein, the adhesive comprises 108 glue and/or white latex. The 108 glue has better bonding force, is mildew-proof and strong alkali-resistant, and can effectively improve the bonding stability of cement mortar and a base layer wall surface; the cement mortar added with the white latex has better toughness and durability after being solidified, and is not easy to age. By adding 108 glue and/or white latex into the cement mortar, the cement mortar has better adhesive force with the basic wall surface and the vitrified tiles, and the vitrified tiles are prevented from falling off. When 108 glue or white latex is used independently, the intermolecular attraction of the cement mortar can be effectively enhanced, so that the bonding force of the cement mortar is improved; meanwhile, when 108 glue and white latex are used, the adhesion degree between cement mortar can be effectively improved, so that the intermolecular distance is further shortened until the cement mortar is in a stable state, and when the cement mortar added with 108 glue and white latex is in close contact with the vitrified tile, the bonding between the vitrified tile and the cement mortar is more stable and reliable due to the enhanced intermolecular attraction.

As can be seen from the table, compared with the comparative example, the glazed tile construction process using the bathroom glazed tile provided in examples 1, 4 and 6 has smaller surface flatness and deviation of joint width, and higher wall surface cleanliness.
Test example 2
The wall surfaces of the glazed tiles prepared in examples 1, 4, 7 and comparative examples were sampled and the bonding strength of the sampled glazed tiles was examined.
The test method comprises the following steps: and respectively drawing the vitrified tiles by adopting a drawing tester until the vitrified tiles are drawn out from the wall surface, and reading data displayed by the drawing tester at the moment.
The detection results are as follows:
in example 1, the pull tester read 4.756KN when the tile was pulled from the wall.
In example 4, the pull tester read 3.87KN when the tile was pulled from the wall surface.
In example 7, the pull tester read 5.08KN when the tile was pulled from the wall surface.
In the comparative example, the reading of the pull tester when the vitrified tile is pulled out from the wall surface was 2.49 KN.
From the above results, it is understood that the vitrified tiles laid in examples 1, 4 and 7 have higher bonding strength with the wall surface and are less likely to fall off, compared with the construction process of the vitrified tile for toilet provided in the comparative example.
