After polishing, removing surface dust in time so as to facilitate normal construction of the next process; fine grinding is carried out by using 240# dry sand for one time along a straight line, and then 320# dry sand is used for transverse and straight grinding until the surface is flat and smooth, so that sand marks cannot be produced; for the internal corner, the 240# sand must be used for smoothing and polishing by matching with an internal corner ruler tool.
6 priming
6.1, cleaning floating ash on the base surface layer by using a feather duster until no floating ash is left on the hands;
6.2 when spraying the priming paint, uniformly thin-coating or spraying once to ensure that the priming paint completely permeates into the base layer, thereby increasing the firmness;

and (3) spraying finish paint: the machine spraying construction adopts high-pressure airless spraying with water of 10-15%, the method is easy to form a film, has fine and smooth texture and high working efficiency, and indoor finished products, semi-finished products, original doors, windows and the like must be effectively protected by a plastic film before spraying. During spraying, the gesture and the spraying (flow) amount should be kept stable, and the border coverage is uniform from top to bottom and from left to right. And (3) after the spraying for the 1 st time, checking the overall spraying condition, checking whether the surface is not problematic, and spraying for the 2 nd time after the surface is dried. The spraying quality requirements are that the paint film is uniform without penetrating bottom, no flow cone and smooth surface layer.
If the latex paint is colored, the color plate should be selected according to the design and the requirement of the owner, and the color plate should be signed and confirmed by the owner and then color-adjusted by a computer. After color mixing, the light color latex paint can be properly mixed with water according to the specific construction conditions, the water mixing amount is controlled to be within 20 percent, the dark color latex paint can not be mixed with water, the color difference is prevented, the color latex paint needs to be uniformly stirred before use, and the construction can be carried out after the color latex paint is filtered by a filter screen (hopper). The construction method refers to the similar process, and when the local part is the color emulsion paint, the construction method is allowed to use a roller coating or brush coating method.
The latex paint construction of the invention should pay attention to: 1) when the kitchen, the toilet and the exposed balcony are made of emulsion paint, waterproof emulsion paint must be adopted, and common emulsion paint (containing priming paint and finish paint) is used for replacing extremely; 2) filtering the latex primer and the finish paint by using a filter screen (bucket), and prohibiting the unfiltered latex primer and the unfiltered finish paint from being put on a wall; 3) the wall and the top surface are plastered by roller (brush) and coated with alkali-resistant seal primer for 1 time without leaking coating and brushing, and the water mixing ratio is strictly controlled within an allowable range; 4) before the primer is constructed, the wall putty is dried, and the water content of a base layer is not more than 8%. When the indoor temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the construction of the emulsion paint is forbidden; 5) the boundary lines of the latex paint and the paint, the latex paint and the colored latex paint, the latex paint surface and the stone, the floor tile and the face brick are clear, and the straightness is in line with the requirement.

Claims (6)

1. An indoor decoration construction method comprises the steps of approach preparation, construction preparation, base layer construction, plastering putty, polishing, priming, latex paint and finish paint construction and acceptance inspection, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) entering to prepare to implement coating construction contents, confirming the construction flow, and stacking the paint materials according to the requirement;

6) cleaning floating ash on the surface layer of the base by using a feather duster for coating primer until no floating ash exists on the surface layer, uniformly and thinly coating or spraying the primer to ensure that the primer completely permeates into the base layer, so that the firmness is increased, the dosage of the spraying type primer is the minimum dosage capable of covering the surface layer of the base, and the coating area per liter is 12-15 square meters;
7) the construction of latex primer and finish paint construction emulsion paint is 1 bottom and 2 surfaces, before painting, the construction site is firstly cleaned comprehensively, floating ash on a ceiling and a wall vertical surface is removed, painting construction is then carried out, primer roller painting, finish paint brushing and finish paint spraying are carried out, stable gestures and spraying amount are kept during spraying, the whole spraying condition is checked from top to bottom and from left to right, the border is uniform, the spraying condition is checked after the spraying is carried out for 1 time, the surface is dried and then sprayed for 2 times, the negative and positive corners are brushed by wool during primer roller painting or brushing construction, and then fine hair rollers are used for criss-cross comprehensive roller brushing, so that no roller leakage and brush leakage exist; after the primer is coated in a roller manner, wall paste is scraped for 1 time, when the wall paste is scraped for one time, the wall paste is stirred uniformly, a plastic batch board is used for calendaring for 1 time, the operation is carried out from top to bottom and from left to right without scraping and scratching, and after the operation is dried, the wall paste is polished to be smooth by No. 800 abrasive paper; when the first surface paint is constructed by adopting a roller coating method, the operation method is the same as that of the primer; the second surface paint is sprayed by adopting a machine;
