Description

Method for preventing influenza in poultry breeding in animal husbandry
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of epidemic prevention of animal husbandry, and particularly relates to an influenza prevention medicine for the animal husbandry chicken breeding and a preparation method thereof, and more particularly relates to an influenza prevention method for the animal husbandry chicken breeding.
Background
Avian influenza (H5N1) is a widespread infectious disease that can be transmitted by migratory birds with a real potential threat to human health and to the poultry industry. However, human beings have not found a better control method except 'one-time killing', and since 2003, the highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza is almost hurricane-type and rolls over the poultry breeding industry of Asian countries, so that the loss is heavy and the disaster continues. Highly pathogenic avian influenza viruses are prevalent in poultry throughout the world and are ubiquitous in some countries. The mortality of poultry caused by this virus is extremely high. Further, when the infection with the virus is confirmed in japan, all the surrounding poultry are sacrificed for epidemic prevention. Therefore, the economic loss of the poultry industry caused by this virus is enormous, and there is a strong need for a truly effective and rational method of prevention.

A method for preventing influenza in chicken fed in animal husbandry comprises mixing fine powder of influenza preventing medicine with feed for administration.
The invention is illustrated below with reference to specific comparative tests:
test 1, materials: strain: H5N1 avian influenza Virus (A/Goose/GD/2/96), supplied by the laboratory of the animal science institute of university of agriculture, China;
test chicken: purchasing 600 healthy chickens which are not inoculated with the avian influenza medicines at 1 day old from a chicken farm, artificially feeding the chickens to 15 days old, randomly selecting 500 chickens as test chickens, dividing the test chickens into A, B, C, D, E5 groups, wherein each group contains 100 chickens, cold boiled water is used for freely drinking water, and the basic feed is full-value feed without any antibiotic and anti-avian influenza medicines;
3 days before the challenge, the veterinary drug for preventing avian influenza obtained in example 3 is artificially fed to the group A, 3 times a day, and the group A is fed according to 50 mg/kg;
feeding group B with paste containing 42% of solid obtained in example 3, drying at 68 deg.C under vacuum degree of 0.035MPa for 12 hr, grinding to obtain medicine, and feeding group B at 50mg/kg for 3 times per day;
feeding the mixture into group C with faeces Vespertilionis fine powder 3 times per day, and feeding group C with 50mg/kg feed;
group D is a control group for counteracting toxic substance, and no drug is administered for counteracting toxic substance;
group E was a blank control group, no drug administration, no toxicity.
The chickens in each group are separately fed, A, B, C, D four groups of chickens are injected with 10-4 multiplied by 0.2mL of avian influenza H5N1 virus per chicken 24 hours after the last administration on the third day, and the morbidity and mortality of the chickens in each group are observed within 14 days after the virus is attacked.
As a result, after 3d, 12% of the chickens began to have symptoms, which were manifested by depression, decreased feed intake, and the remaining chickens normally had no infectious symptoms, and the symptomatic chickens only had some symptoms better on day 5, and the statistical mortality rate was 2% after 14 days;
in group B, symptoms appear in 3d, mental depression, food intake is reduced or even abolished, and death, nerve and dyspnea symptoms appear in 7d, which are relieved compared with those in group C, and chickens die in 8-11d after toxicity attack, and the death rate is 53%;
group C developed symptoms beginning at 2 d: depressed spirit, less ingestion and disorder of feather; the typical symptoms of avian influenza appear after 5 d; mouth breathing, dyspnea, swollen head lacrimation, unstable standing, weakness of hind limbs, severe neurological symptoms such as split, head bending and the like in the late stage of lying, the death is concentrated at 6-10 days after the attack, and the death rate is 90%;
group D developed symptoms beginning at 2D: depressed spirit, less ingestion and disorder of feather; the typical symptoms of avian influenza appear after 3 d; mouth breathing, dyspnea, swollen head lacrimation, unstable standing, weakness of hind limbs, severe neurological symptoms such as split, head bending and the like in the late stage of lying, wherein death is concentrated at 3-8 days after toxin attack, and the death rate is 92%;
group E (blank control) was normal.
From the results, on the premise of the same addition amount, the effect of the bat dung for preventing and treating the avian influenza is not obvious when the bat dung is not directly used for preventing and treating the avian influenza without treatment, the bat dung has a certain effect of preventing and treating the avian influenza after being extracted, and the effect of preventing and treating the avian influenza after the bat dung is extracted by the method and then fermented is obviously higher than that of the extract obtained by only extraction.
Experiment 2, experimental chicken: 200 healthy chickens of 1 day old are purchased from a chicken farm and are randomly divided into A, B groups, each group comprises 100 chickens, 1% of the veterinary drug for preventing avian influenza prepared in the example 2 is added into the basic ration in the test period of the group A, the basic ration is fed to the group A in the test period A, B groups, the feeding amount and the feeding conditions are the same, A, B groups of chickens are manually fed to 30 days old, fresh chicken manure produced by 10 chickens is randomly collected in each group, and the nitrogen, phosphorus and ammonia content of the fresh chicken manure is measured.
Thus, the average nitrogen content in the fresh excrement of the group A chickens is 0.021mg/g, the phosphorus content is 7.2mg/g, and the ammonia gas content is 0.043 mg/kg;
the average nitrogen content in the fresh feces of the chickens in group B was 0.044mg/g, the phosphorus content was 11.8mg/g, and the ammonia content was 0.095 mg/kg.
From the results, the addition of 1% of the veterinary drug for preventing avian influenza, which is obtained by the invention, into the basal diet of chickens can effectively reduce the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and ammonia in the excrements of chickens and reduce the pollution of the excrements of chickens to the environment.
In summary, the following steps: according to the method for preventing the influenza of the livestock-raising chickens, the obtained veterinary drug for preventing the avian influenza has good effects of preventing and protecting the avian influenza of the chickens, has no residue in chicken bodies, and is not easy to generate drug-resistant strains; the raw materials have low cost, safety and effectiveness, and no toxicity; the additive is added into the daily chicken feed according to the weight ratio of 1 percent, and can also effectively reduce the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus in chicken manure.
