Abstract
本发明公开了一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,包括摄像头支架、玻璃吸盘与调节装置,摄像头支架与调节装置、玻璃吸盘与调节装置之间均为万向连接,使支架具备调整空间角度的功能。可调节车载摄像头固定支架通过玻璃吸盘与车辆挡风玻璃固定。该装置可以方便的进行车载摄像头的位置布置和空间角度调整,有利于提高自动驾驶及辅助驾驶的研发效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车自动驾驶及辅助驾驶领域,具体涉及一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架。
背景技术
车载摄像头是自动驾驶与辅助驾驶领域最重要的传感器,在相关技术研发过程中,需要对安装好后的摄像头进行角度微调,以使摄像头拍摄角度为车辆正前方位置,而且由于调试需求,需要不断的对摄像头安装高度等参数进行调节。如果采用固定式支架,则不具备相关功能,影响研发效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,包括摄像头支架(100)、玻璃吸盘(200)与调节装置(300),
其中,摄像头支架(100)上设有滑动槽(110),第一外球面(120)
玻璃吸盘(200)上设有锁紧装置(210),第二外球面(220),
调节装置(300)设有调节本体(310),锁紧装置(320),
调节本体(310)设有第一内球面(311),第二内球面(312),
调节本体(310)的第一内球面(311)与摄像头支架(100)的第一外球面(120)连接,调节本体(310)的第二内球面(312)与玻璃吸盘(200)的第二外球面(220)连接,
其特征在于:
滑动槽(110)为标准的车载摄像头接口,
第一内球面(311)与第一外球面(120)尺寸相同,
第二内球面(312)与第二外球面(220)尺寸相同。
更加优选的,所述的一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,其特征是,所述调节本体(310)与摄像头支架(100)通过第一内球面(311)与第一外球面(120)实现万向调节。
更加优选的,所述的一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,其特征是,所述调节本体(310)与玻璃吸盘(200)通过第二内球面(312)与第二外球面(220)实现万向调节。
更加优选的,所述的一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,其特征是,锁紧装置(320)与调节本体(310)通过螺纹连接,
当需要将摄像头支架(100)、玻璃吸盘(200)与调节装置(300)相对位置固定时,只需将锁紧装置(320)拧紧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架进行详细说明。
图1为一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架示意图,其由摄像头支架(100)、玻璃吸盘(200)与调节装置(300)构成。摄像头支架(100)具备滑动槽(110),可与各类车载摄像头进行连接和固定。玻璃吸盘(200)具备锁紧装置(210),当支架在车辆挡风玻璃上确定合适位置后,通过锁紧装置(210)即可实现支架在玻璃上的固定。摄像头支架(100)与调节装置(300)、玻璃吸盘(200)与调节装置(300)均为万向连接,具备空间角度调节功能。当调整到合适角度后,通过锁紧调节装置(300)上的锁紧装置(320),即可实现空间位置的固定。
图2为支架调节功能示意图,调节装置(300)的调节本体(310)上具备两个内球面结构,分别为第一内球面(311),第二内球面(312)。第一内球面(311)与摄像头支架(100)上的第一外球面(120),第二内球面(312)与玻璃吸盘(200)上的第二外球面(220)形成万向连接,使支架具备空间角度调节功能。

1.一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,包括摄像头支架(100)、玻璃吸盘(200)与调节装置(300),
其中,摄像头支架(100)上设有滑动槽(110),第一外球面(120)
玻璃吸盘(200)上设有锁紧装置(210),第二外球面(220),
调节装置(300)设有调节本体(310),锁紧装置(320),
调节本体(310)设有第一内球面(311),第二内球面(312),
调节本体(310)的第一内球面(311)与摄像头支架(100)的第一外球面(120)连接,调节本体(310)的第二内球面(312)与玻璃吸盘(200)的第二外球面(220)连接,
其特征在于:
滑动槽(110)为标准的车载摄像头接口,
第一内球面(311)与第一外球面(120)尺寸相同,
第二内球面(312)与第二外球面(220)尺寸相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,其特征是,所述调节本体(310)与摄像头支架(100)通过第一内球面(311)与第一外球面(120)实现万向调节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,其特征是,所述调节本体(310)与玻璃吸盘(200)通过第二内球面(312)与第二外球面(220)实现万向调节。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节车载摄像头固定支架,其特征是,锁紧装置(320)与调节本体(310)通过螺纹连接,
当需要将摄像头支架(100)、玻璃吸盘(200)与调节装置(300)相对位置固定时,只需将锁紧装置(320)拧紧。
