技术领域
本发明涉及全自动熟肉加工技术领域,特别是一种肉制品生产中的全自动熟肉加工设备。
背景技术
在餐饮领域,尤其是对于倾向于餐饮服务行业,肉制品的加工是少不了的,对于大块的已经做熟的肉,都是需要进行切条或切片的,肉制品不同于蔬菜,内部具有具有很多纤维,为了调高肉制品加工效率,需要一台全自动熟肉加工设备。
而传统的肉类加工设备,例如CN108724268A专利名为一种肉制品生产中的全自动熟肉加工设备,装置简单,使用方便。
但是熟食加工过程中需要更精确和更高的环境要求,因此需要一种新型的装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种肉制品生产中的全自动熟肉加工设备。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种肉制品生产中的全自动熟肉加工设备,包括熟食加工箱,所述熟食加工箱的下部四角设有三角支撑架,熟食加工箱的左侧中间靠下的部位开有熟食进口,右侧中间靠下的部位开有熟食出口,熟食进口和熟食出口之间连接有移动熟食机构,熟食加工箱的内部顶端左侧的部位设有熟食切片装置,内部顶端右侧的部位设有打包机构,移动熟食机构的左侧设有固定熟食机构,熟食加工箱的内部最顶端设有消毒机构,熟食加工箱的熟食进口和熟食出口上分别设有密封盖装置,熟食加工箱的正表面设有控制显示机构。
所述移动熟食机构包括熟食连接支撑杆,熟食连接支撑杆固定连接在熟食进口和熟食出口的下部前后两侧,前后两个熟食连接支撑杆之间连接有熟食支撑底板,熟食支撑底板的上部四角设有移动支撑杆,同侧的前后两个移动支撑杆之间连接有横向连接杆,横向连接杆上设有旋转轴承,旋转轴承上设有旋转圆桶,旋转圆桶的内部设有旋转驱动器,左右两个旋转圆桶之间连接有旋转滚动带。
所述熟食切片装置包括熟食切片箱,熟食切片箱固定安装在熟食加工箱的内部顶端左侧的部位,熟食切片箱的下部开有熟食开孔,熟食开孔上设有电动熟食开关门,熟食切片箱的内部最顶端设有熟食切片伸缩杆,熟食切片伸缩杆的下部伸缩端设有熟食切片支撑板,熟食切片支撑板的下部均匀设有熟食快速切割刀片。
所述打包机构包括打包拿起伸缩杆,打包拿起伸缩杆固定安装在熟食加工箱内部顶端的右侧,打包拿起伸缩杆的下部伸缩端设有肉片拿起抓手,打包拿起伸缩杆的旁边设有盛放伸缩杆,盛放伸缩杆的下部伸缩端设有盛放凹槽,盛放凹槽的内部放有盛放塑封袋,盛放凹槽的左右两侧的部位设有塑封挤压器,熟食加工箱的上部右侧开有抽真空通孔,抽真空通孔上设有抽真空导管,抽真空导管的中间部位设有开关阀,抽真空导管上设有抽真空机构。
所述固定熟食机构包括固定挡板,固定挡板固定安装在熟食连接支撑杆的左侧,固定挡板的中间部位固定伸缩杆,固定伸缩杆的伸缩端设有固定熟食叉。
所述消毒机构包括消毒通孔,消毒通孔内安装有消毒导管,消毒导管穿过消毒通孔延伸至熟食加工箱的外部的一端上连接有消毒液盛放箱,消毒液盛放箱的上部开有消毒进口,消毒进口上安装有消毒进管,消毒液盛放箱的下部开有消毒出口,并且与消毒导管进行连接,消毒导管穿过消毒通孔进入到熟食加工箱的内部的一端上设有消毒电磁喷阀,在熟食加工箱的内部顶端左右角设有喷水机构,在熟食加工箱的内部最底端的左右两侧开有导水口,导水口上设有污水导管,污水导管上设有污水开关阀。
所述喷水机构包括喷水口,喷水口开在熟食加工箱的内部顶端的左右两侧,喷水口上设有喷水导管,喷水导管的下部设有喷水阀,喷水导管穿过熟食加工箱的上部的一端与供水机构进行连接。
所述密封盖装置包括密封门框,密封门框固定安装在熟食进口和熟食出口上,密封门框内设有密封门,密封门的内部周设有密封圈,密封门框的一侧与密封门的一侧通过合页进行连接,密封门的另一侧设有密码锁。
所述控制显示机构包括控制显示器,控制显示器固定安装在熟食加工箱的正表面。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的一种肉制品生产中的全自动熟肉加工设备,能够通过熟食切片装置将熟食均匀切片并且通过打包机构对切片的熟食进行密封加工,同时消毒机构和喷水机构可以对装置内部进行清洁处理保证了熟食在加工过程中不会被污染,整个装置可以自动进行工作,大大降低了工人的工作强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1-4所示。
在本实施方案中,控制显示器43的信号发送端分别与旋转驱动器11、电动熟食开关门15、熟食切片伸缩杆16、打包拿起伸缩杆19、肉片拿起抓手20、盛放伸缩杆21、塑封挤压器24、开关阀31、抽真空机构27、固定伸缩杆29、消毒电磁喷阀44、污水开关阀47、喷水阀40的信号接收端进行控制连接。
首先开启密封门42将熟食送进至熟食进口3内的滚动带12上,此时控制显示器43控制开启旋转驱动器11来带动滚动带12进行运动,当熟食运动至熟食切片装置的正下方时,控制显示器43控制开启固定伸缩杆29来带动固定熟食叉30插入至熟食的内部,此时控制显示器43控制开启电动熟食开关门15之后控制开启熟食切片伸缩杆16向下延伸能够使熟食快速切割刀片18来对熟食进行切片处理,切片完成后,通过滚动带12将切片送至打包装置的正下方,此时控制显示器43控制开启打包拿起伸缩杆19向下延伸,再控制开启肉片拿起抓手20将肉片抓起,与此同时开启盛放伸缩杆21向下延伸,能够使肉片放置在盛放凹槽22内的盛放塑封袋23中,最后通过塑封挤压器24来对盛放塑封袋23进行塑封,之后再通过打包拿起伸缩杆19和肉片拿起抓手20来将塑封好的东西放在滚动带12上,再经过熟食出口4将塑封好的肉片送出。
在工作过程中,将熟食送进至滚动带12上时,关闭密封盖装置,之后控制显示器43控制开启抽真空机构27将熟食加工箱1内部抽成真空的状态。
在装置工作完毕后,控制显示器43控制开启消毒电磁喷阀44首先对熟食加工箱1内部进行消毒,消毒之后控制开启喷水阀40来熟食加工箱1内部的装置进行清洗消毒处理,之后控制开启污水开关阀47将污水从导水口45导出。

所述移动熟食机构包括熟食连接支撑杆(5),熟食连接支撑杆(5)固定连接在熟食进口(3)和熟食出口(4)的下部前后两侧,前后两个熟食连接支撑杆(5)之间连接有熟食支撑底板(6),熟食支撑底板(6)的上部四角设有移动支撑杆(7),同侧的前后两个移动支撑杆(7)之间连接有横向连接杆(8),横向连接杆(8)上设有旋转轴承(9),旋转轴承(9)上设有旋转圆桶(10),旋转圆桶(10)的内部设有旋转驱动器(11),左右两个旋转圆桶(10)之间连接有旋转滚动带(12);
