本发明公开了一种紧凑式食品切片机，包括机体，所述机体的顶部一侧设有入料口，所述入料口的内侧下方设有进料管，所述进料管的内侧对称设有三个压辊，所述进料管的另一侧设有水箱，所述水箱的下方对称设有两个滚轮。本发明中，该紧凑式食品切片机，首先，其内部在入料口的正下方设置了压辊，压辊可对从入料口落下的肉类进行压整处理，使得肉类肉质紧凑，当肉类落入到传送带上时，传送带会将其传送到刀片下方，通过XTL100电动伸缩杆的自动伸缩控制刀片竖直上下移动，从而便可达到对肉类进行切割的目的，由于这是肉质比较紧凑，切割起来也较为容易，切片完成后，打开喷头，使得喷头喷出水雾，从而便可达到对刀片进行清洗处理。

本发明涉及食品加工机械技术领域，尤其涉及一种紧凑式食品切片机。
背景技术
食品加工，是指直接以农、林、牧、渔业产品为原料进行的谷物磨制、饲料加工、植物油和制糖加工、屠宰及肉类加工、水产品加工，以及蔬菜、水果和坚果等食品的加工活动，是广义农产品加工业的一种类型。
在生活中，为了更好烹煮食品，特别是肉类食品，往往需要对其进行切片处理，然而现有的用于肉类的切片机，对于肉质较软的肉类切片并不是很齐整，而且由于切刀紧凑，在切片后，也不便于清洗切刀，这样每次切片后，刀片上便会存有肉屑，这样便会对下次切片造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种紧凑式食品切片机。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：一种紧凑式食品切片机，包括机体，所述机体的顶部一侧设有入料口，所述入料口的内侧下方设有进料管，所述进料管的内侧对称设有三个压辊，且进料管的下方设有传送带，所述进料管的另一侧设有水箱，所述水箱的下方对称设有两个滚轮，且滚轮上套设有铰链，所述铰链上卡设有喷头，所述滚轮通过支杆连接在传动机构上，且传动机构固定在水箱的前壁下方，且水箱的顶部一侧开设有入水口，所述水箱的另一侧设有管套，所述管套通过XTL100电动伸缩杆固定在机体的内侧顶端，且管套的下方设有刀片，所述刀片通过环套套设在螺杆上，且螺杆螺旋套设在管套内。

本发明中，该紧凑式食品切片机，首先，其内部在入料口的正下方设置了压辊，压辊可对从入料口落下的肉类进行压整处理，使得肉类肉质紧凑，当肉类落入到传送带上时，传送带会将其传送到刀片下方，通过XTL100电动伸缩杆的自动伸缩控制刀片竖直上下移动，从而便可达到对肉类进行切割的目的，由于这是肉质比较紧凑，切割起来也较为容易，切片完成后，打开喷头，使得喷头喷出水雾，从而便可达到对刀片进行清洗处理，以使得刀片处于清洁状态，这样便不会在对其他肉类切片的时候，出现污染的情况。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2，一种紧凑式食品切片机，包括机体4，机体4的顶部一侧设有入料口1，入料口1的内侧下方设有进料管2，进料管2的内侧对称设有三个压辊3，且进料管2的下方设有传送带6，进料管2的另一侧设有水箱13，水箱13的下方对称设有两个滚轮17，且滚轮17上套设有铰链18，铰链18上卡设有喷头12，滚轮17通过支杆16连接在传动机构15上，且传动机构15固定在水箱13的前壁下方，且水箱13的顶部一侧开设有入水口14，水箱13的另一侧设有管套9，管套9通过XTL100电动伸缩杆11固定在机体4的内侧顶端，且管套9的下方设有刀片8，刀片8通过环套套设在螺杆10上，且螺杆10螺旋套设在管套9内，机体4的另一侧设有出料口7，且出料口7的位置与传送带6的位置相连，机体4的底部拐角处焊接有四个支脚5，XTL100电动伸缩杆11共设置有两个，且两个XTL100电动伸缩杆11对称固定在管套9的顶部两侧，喷头12通过水管与水箱13连通。
传动机构15由传送滚轮和皮带组成，且传送滚轮和滚轮17均套设在步进电机上，通过步进电机的运转，带动皮带和铰链18运行，从而便可左右或者上下移动喷头12，管套9的底部开设有条孔，通过旋转螺杆10，便可左右移动刀片8，也方便了刀片8的拆卸，通过压辊3可将肉类碾平，使得其肉质紧凑，以便于对肉类切片处理。
工作原理：使用时，先给该切片机通电，然后将肉类从入料口1放入到机体4的内部，肉类经由压辊3碾压平整后落到传送带6上，经由传送带6将肉类运送到刀片8的下方，这时，控制XTL100电动伸缩杆11伸缩，从而带动刀片8上下移动，以达到对肉类切片的目的，切得的肉片经由传送带6从出料口7落出，将肉类切片后，打开喷头12，将水箱13内的水喷出，与此同时，上下移动管套9，从而便可对刀片8进行清洗。

1.一种紧凑式食品切片机，包括机体(4)，其特征在于，所述机体(4)的顶部一侧设有入料口(1)，所述入料口(1)的内侧下方设有进料管(2)，所述进料管(2)的内侧对称设有三个压辊(3)，且进料管(2)的下方设有传送带(6)，所述进料管(2)的另一侧设有水箱(13)，所述水箱(13)的下方对称设有两个滚轮(17)，且滚轮(17)上套设有铰链(18)，所述铰链(18)上卡设有喷头(12)，所述滚轮(17)通过支杆(16)连接在传动机构(15)上，且传动机构(15)固定在水箱(13)的前壁下方，且水箱(13)的顶部一侧开设有入水口(14)，所述水箱(13)的另一侧设有管套(9)，所述管套(9)通过XTL100电动伸缩杆(11)固定在机体(4)的内侧顶端，且管套(9)的下方设有刀片(8)，所述刀片(8)通过环套套设在螺杆(10)上，且螺杆(10)螺旋套设在管套(9)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑式食品切片机，其特征在于，所述机体(4)的另一侧设有出料口(7)，且出料口(7)的位置与传送带(6)的位置相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑式食品切片机，其特征在于，所述机体(4)的底部拐角处焊接有四个支脚(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑式食品切片机，其特征在于，所述XTL100电动伸缩杆(11)共设置有两个，且两个XTL100电动伸缩杆(11)对称固定在管套(9)的顶部两侧。
