Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of pork is more and more large, and the requirements on the nutritive value and the edible safety of the pork are also more and more high. With the continuous development of animal husbandry, the breeding quantity of pork pigs in China is continuously increased, but the common breeding feed only can enable the pigs to grow rapidly, but cannot improve the immunity of the pigs, and particularly improves the antiviral infection capacity of the pigs. In recent years, the probability of the pigs being sick is very high, and most of the pigs are dead due to infection caused by pestiviruses. Of these, African swine fever is the most severe.
African Swine Fever (ASF) is a virulent infectious disease caused by infection of domestic and wild pigs by African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV). Pigs of different ages are susceptible, clinically, the symptoms of high fever, skin cyanosis and organ failure are high, and the death rate of acute and subacute diseases reaches 100%. In 8 months in 2018, African swine fever is introduced into China for the first time and then rapidly spread in a large range, which poses a significant threat to the pig industry in China and has extremely severe prevention and control situation. African swine fever viruses mainly affect monocyte-macrophages, ASFV infection typically begins with monocyte-macrophages in the tonsils and mandibular lymph nodes, with lymph and blood circulation to target organs (lymph nodes-bone marrow, spleen, lung, liver and kidney). The pulmonary edema and organ failure of pigs caused by the late stage of acute and subacute African swine fever are the main causes of pig mortality. The researched attenuated live vaccine shows relative effectiveness in clinic, but has the problems of virus dispersion and poor safety; mass production is difficult due to the absence of organelles in non-pesticidally infected cells. Under the influence of epidemic situation of African swine fever, domestic pig stock is greatly reduced, pork is forbidden to be transported and restricted, and meat supply quantity can not meet market demand, so that price is continuously increased. Non-pestiviruses destroy monocytes-macrophages and cause T-cell apoptosis, which is caused by toxins released by non-pestiviruses, and are susceptible in sick pigs due to their own low resistance. The improvement of the immunity of the pigs is important, and in addition, the reduction of the existence of the virus in the living environment of the pigs and the reduction of the virus transmission are also very important means for preventing and controlling the African swine fever.
At present, a plurality of methods for biologically preventing and controlling the African swine fever are adopted, most of the methods adopt an environment disinfection mode, such as the application of formalin, glutaraldehyde, compound phenol, caustic soda, potassium permanganate and the like, the disinfectants are excessively used, volatile substances cause great negative effects on the respiratory system of pigs, corrosive disinfectants also have a damage effect on the skin of the pigs, and the immune system of the pigs is reduced, and the skin ulceration is more easily infected by the African swine fever.
Therefore, there is a need for a disinfectant and a method of using the disinfectant, which contains trace elements, vitamins and physiologically active substances thereof as essential substances satisfying life and vital activities, has high safety, has a wide range of disinfecting effects, and can efficiently prevent african swine fever.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the disinfection composition for improving the immunity and the antiviral ability of the pigs and the use method thereof, which have no influence on the respiratory system of an individual, have no damage to the skin of the individual, can improve the immune function of the individual and can prevent and control African swine fever.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
on one hand, the invention provides a disinfection composition for improving pig immunity and antiviral ability, which comprises a citrus extract and a nano zinc substance in a weight ratio of 1: 0.5-10.
Further, the preparation method of the citrus extract comprises the following steps:
pulverizing Mandarin orange, extracting with water solution of ethanol and sodium salicylate, standing the obtained mixed solution, and concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure to obtain Mandarin orange extract. The citrus extract has antioxidant, antiviral, and antibacterial effects.
Further, the citrus is crushed to 80 meshes, 1-5 times volume of 60% ethanol and equal volume of saturated sodium salicylate aqueous solution are used for extracting for 5-12 hours at 50-90 ℃, the obtained mixed solution is kept stand for 12 hours, and supernate is taken and concentrated under reduced pressure to form an extract with the volume ratio of 1.0-1.5.
Further, the nano zinc substance can be nano zinc powder, nano zinc oxide powder, or a combination of the two, and the like. The ratio of the nano zinc powder to the nano zinc oxide powder is 1:1 to 10.
Further, the disinfecting composition is any one of a solution, a suspension, an emulsion, a spray.
On the other hand, the invention provides a using method for improving the immunity and the antiviral ability of pigs by using the disinfection composition, which comprises the following specific steps:
1) mixing the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract according to a weight ratio of 0.5-10: 1, and adding tap water to dilute to 1000 times to obtain a disinfectant;
2) mixing the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract according to the weight ratio of 0.5-10: 1, and adding drinkable water for dilution, wherein the dilution ratio is 7-11: 10000, so as to prepare sterilized drinking water;
3) and (3) disinfecting the farm and the pig body by using a nano spraying machine every day, and continuously treating for at least 1 month by combining the drinking of disinfected drinking water every day by a single pig body.
Further, in the step 1), the weight ratio of the nano zinc substance to the citrus extract is 2: 1.
Further, in the step 2), the weight ratio of the nano zinc substance to the citrus extract is 2.5: 1.
Further, in the step 3), the disinfection amount in the disinfection is 0.2-0.3 liter of disinfection solution per 100 square meters.
Further, in the step 3), 2-6 liters of sterilized drinking water is drunk by the single pig body every day.

the disinfection composition provided by the invention is prepared by combining the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract, the nano zinc substance can be used as an antibiotic substitute and has a virus killing function, the citrus extract is derived from fruits and citrus, is a very safe food-grade raw material and contains a large amount of vitamin C, flavonoid substances, plant essential oil and other components, all the components are safe, pollution-free and edible, the two components have strong inhibition effects on virus propagation, and the disinfection effect achieved by the synergistic treatment of the two components is good.
The disinfectant prepared by the disinfectant composition is combined with the disinfectant drinking water to disinfect the individual in vitro (growth environment, such as colony house, food trough, feces urinal, individual appearance and the like) and in vivo (oral cavity, intestine, stomach, blood and the like of the individual pig), so that the negative effects caused by the use of a common disinfectant can be solved in an internal and external firm mode, the damage to the skin, eyes and the like of the individual can not be caused, the comprehensive prevention and control of African swine fever can be realized, the monitoring of live pigs can be ensured, and the spread of diseases among individuals can be inhibited. The disinfection composition is used for prevention and control, double combination of drinking water and living environment is realized, the death rate of the pig body is greatly reduced, the survival rate reaches 70%, and the pig almost completely dies in blank groups.

The process equipment or devices not specifically noted in the following examples are conventional in the art; all reagents are commercially available.
The preparation method of the citrus extract comprises the following steps:
crushing the washed citrus into 80 meshes in a crusher, extracting with 1-5 times volume of 60% ethanol and an equal volume of saturated sodium salicylate aqueous solution at 50-90 ℃ for 5-12 hours, standing the obtained mixed solution for 12 hours, and concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure until the volume ratio is 1.0-1.5 to obtain the citrus extract. The citrus extract has antioxidant, antiviral, and antibacterial effects.
Example 1
The application method for improving the immunity and the antiviral ability of pigs and preventing and controlling African swine fever by utilizing the disinfection composition comprises the following specific steps:
mixing the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract according to the weight ratio of 1:2, and adding tap water to dilute to 1000 times to obtain a disinfectant;
mixing the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract according to the weight ratio of 5:2, and adding drinkable water for dilution, wherein the dilution ratio is 7:10000, so as to prepare sterilized drinking water;
sterilizing the farm and the pig body by using a nano sprayer every day, wherein the sterilizing amount is 0.2-0.3 liter of sterilizing liquid per 100 square meters; 5-6 liters of sterilized drinking water is drunk by combining a single pig body every day, and the treatment is continuously carried out for 1 month.
Example 2
The application method for improving the immunity and the antiviral ability of pigs and preventing and controlling African swine fever by utilizing the disinfection composition comprises the following specific steps:
mixing the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract according to the weight ratio of 2:1, and adding tap water to dilute to 1200 times to obtain a disinfectant;
mixing the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract according to the weight ratio of 7:1, and adding drinkable water for dilution, wherein the dilution ratio is 11:10000, so as to prepare sterilized drinking water;
sterilizing the farm and the pig body by using a nano sprayer every day, wherein the sterilizing amount is 0.2-0.3 liter of sterilizing liquid per 100 square meters; 2-3 liters of sterilized drinking water is drunk by combining a single pig body every day, and the treatment is continuously carried out for 1 month.
Example 3
The application method for improving the immunity and the antiviral ability of pigs and preventing and controlling African swine fever by utilizing the disinfection composition comprises the following specific steps:
mixing the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract according to the weight ratio of 4:2, and adding tap water to dilute to 1000 times to obtain a disinfectant;
mixing the nano zinc substance and the citrus extract according to the weight ratio of 1:2, and adding drinkable water for dilution, wherein the dilution ratio is 3:10000, so as to prepare sterilized drinking water;
sterilizing the farm and the pig body by using a nano sprayer every day, wherein the sterilizing amount is 0.2-0.3 liter of sterilizing liquid per 100 square meters; 4-5 liters of sterilized drinking water is drunk by combining a single pig body every day, and the treatment is continuously carried out for 1 month.
The nano zinc substance is a mixture of nano zinc powder and nano zinc oxide powder, and the mass ratio of the nano zinc substance to the nano zinc oxide powder is 1: 1.
Effect experiment 1
In order to verify the application effect of the application, the disinfection composition is tested on healthy live pigs with similar weight and growth cycle and divided into a control group, a blank group and an experimental group, wherein each group comprises 50 pigs, and the control group is disinfected by using a pasteurization solution; the blank group is that no disinfection product is used, and only tap water is used; the experimental group used the product of any of examples 1-3; during the test period, living environment and sufficient food are provided, the growth environment and the pig body of each group of live pigs are cleaned and disinfected by the disinfectant, the frequency is 1 day for three times, the frequency of disinfecting drinking water is three times a day, and the conditions of live pig death, body surface injury, infection rate and the like are counted after 30 days.

The experiment in the table shows that the disinfection composition provided by the invention can improve the immunity and antiviral ability of pigs, achieve effective prevention and control of African swine fever, ensure the monitoring of live pigs, inhibit the spread of diseases and have excellent effects on prevention and control of African swine fever. The disinfection composition provided by the invention is simple in use method, simple in preparation method and beneficial to cultivation.
