Abstract
The present application provides a pelleted seed and a method of pelleting seed. Wherein, the pelleted seed comprises 500-1000 parts by weight of original seed and a pelleted layer wrapping the outer part of the original seed, wherein the pelleted layer is prepared by 42.5-85 parts by weight of an evading agent solution for stirring treatment and dyeing treatment, 500-2000 parts by weight of a nucleating agent for nucleating treatment, 1500-8000 parts by weight of a pelleting agent for weighting treatment, 200-3000 parts by weight of a binder solution for nucleating treatment and weighting treatment and 17.5-35 parts by weight of a coloring agent for dyeing treatment, and the seed pelleting method comprises the following steps: stirring treatment, nucleation treatment, weighting treatment and dyeing treatment. The pelleted seed and the seed pelleting method can effectively improve the survival rate and the germination rate of the pelleted seed in-flight sowing.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of seed pelleting, in particular to a pelleted seed and a seed pelleting method.
Background
The air seeding is to sow forest and grass seeds by airplane, that is, according to the planning design of airplane seeding and afforestation, the seeds of forest and grass are loaded by airplane and flown to the upper air of suitable planting area, and are sowed on the barren mountain and barren sand accurately along a certain route and a certain navigation height, and the natural updated phytology characteristics of the seeds of forest and grass are utilized to promote the seeds to root, sprout and grow under the natural conditions of suitable temperature and timely rainfall, and the aims of forest and grass growing, sand prevention and control, and water and soil loss prevention are achieved through sealing, nurturing, and protecting.
Compared with the traditional fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle air-seeding afforestation, the multi-rotor ejection unmanned aerial vehicle accurate on-demand afforestation can realize automatic planning of a seeding area and autonomous air-seeding by utilizing a GPS positioning function, can realize accurate on-demand sand-feeding seeding, is an effective method for scientifically solving the problem that in the desertification control process, vegetation recovery is coordinated with conditions such as desert difficult land soil, wind erosion, moisture, fertility and the like, and is also an effective means for solving the problems of difficulty in human feeding, difficulty in planting trees and high cost of planting trees in a desert area. The pelleting technology of the seeds used for aerial seeding is the key point for realizing the accurate seeding and afforestation of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
Aiming at the seed pelleting technology of the precise unmanned aerial vehicle dibbling afforestation in the desert area, the problems of low seed germination rate and low survival rate still exist due to the fact that the seeds are light in weight and difficult to shoot into sand, the conditions that the in-situ stability of the seeds is difficult to maintain in severe weather and the like.

In view of the above, embodiments of the present application provide a pelleted seed and a seed pelleting method, so as to solve the technical defects in the prior art.
The application provides a pelleted seed, which comprises 500-1000 parts by weight of original seeds and a pelleted layer wrapping the original seeds, wherein the pelleted layer is prepared by 42.5-85 parts by weight of an evasion agent solution for stirring treatment and dyeing treatment, 500-2000 parts by weight of a nucleating agent for nucleating treatment, 1500-8000 parts by weight of a pellet agent for weighting treatment, 200-3000 parts by weight of a binder solution for nucleating treatment and weighting treatment and 17.5-35 parts by weight of a coloring agent for dyeing treatment.
Further, the repellent agent solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.3 part of repellent and 99.7 parts of water;

The pelletized seed described in this embodiment can provide a microenvironment for holding water for the original seed by adding the pellet agent containing weighting agent, nutritional agent, growth promoter, water retention agent and disintegrating agent into the pelletized layer, which is beneficial to the germination and growth of the original seed.
The pelleted seed described in this example had good adhesion and high adhesion to other components in the pelleted layer by adding an adhesive containing flaxseed gum and artemisia seed gum to the pelleted layer.
In the pelleted seed described in this embodiment, a coloring agent such as carmine, tartrazine, indigo, and the like is added to the pelleted layer to perform a marking protection function on the pelleted seed.
According to the pelleted seed, due to the addition of the heavy calcium powder, the barite powder, the Hangjin soil and other natural materials, the self weight of the pelleted seed is greatly increased, the accuracy of ejecting the seed into sand in the process of seeding and forestation by the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved, the problem that the seed is difficult to be in-situ stabilized due to the fact that the seed is light in weight and is easy to displace in severe weather such as strong wind is solved, due to the addition of the linseed gum, the artemisia seed gum, the cynanchum komarovii, the euphorbia pekinensis and other pure plant resources, the full utilization of natural resources is achieved, damage of birds and mice can be prevented and killed insects while the environment is protected, the soil damage is reduced, the adhesion degree of each component is improved, a proper microenvironment is created for seed germination, and the germination rate, the robustness and the survival rate of.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, the present example provides a seed pelletization method for pelletization of seeds including an original seed and a pelletization layer coated outside the original seed, wherein the pelletization seed is prepared through steps S1 to S4.
S1, stirring treatment: and (2) placing the 500-fold 1000 parts by weight of original seeds in a pelleting machine, spraying 25-50 parts by weight of repellent solution on the surfaces of the seeds until the surfaces of the seeds are wet, and stirring the original seeds.
Specifically, the repellent solution comprises, by weight, 0.3 part of a repellent and 99.7 parts of water, wherein the repellent comprises, by weight, 50 parts of a poison grass juice, 20-70 parts of an organophosphorus pesticide, 1-6 parts of organotin, 5-30 parts of cyclohexanone, 5-30 parts of toluene, 10-30 parts of dehydroabietic acid, 20-60 parts of isobutyronitrile and 1-6 parts of β -cyclodextrin.
The toxicant grass juice comprises juice of any one or two of Cynanchum komarovii and Euphorbia pekinensis, the organophosphorus pesticide comprises any one or combination of several of methyl isosalix, malathion, methyl parathion, phoxim and methyl systemic phosphate, and the organotin comprises any one or combination of two of tributyl tin oxide and tributyl tin chloride.
S2, nucleation treatment: and (3) alternately adding 500-2000 parts by weight of nucleating agent into the pelleting machine for 30-60s and 50-600 parts by weight of adhesive solution for atomizing for 15-20s, shaping and discharging to obtain the nucleating seeds.
Specifically, the nucleating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-60 parts of Hangjin soil, 10-30 parts of nutritional agents, 0.5-1.5 parts of growth promoters, 5-10 parts of water retention agents and 5-20 parts of disintegrating agents.
The Hangjin soil is Hangjin No. two soil, the nutrient comprises any one or combination of more of humic acid, trace element fertilizer, fermented cow and sheep manure and bacterial manure, the growth promoter comprises any one or combination of two of rooting powder and gibberellin, the water-retaining agent is polyacrylic acid water-retaining agent, and the disintegrant comprises any one or combination of two of flaxseed meal and artemisia seed powder.
S3, weighting: and putting the nucleated seeds into the pelleting machine again, and alternately adding 1500-8000 parts by weight of pelleting agent for pelleting for 60-300s and 150-2400 parts by weight of adhesive solution for treating for 20-60s to obtain the weighted seeds.
Specifically, the pelleting agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of weighting agent, 10-30 parts of nutritional agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of growth promoter, 5-10 parts of water retention agent and 5-20 parts of disintegrating agent.
The weight increasing agent comprises any one or combination of two of heavy calcium powder and barite powder, the nutritional agent comprises any one or combination of more of humic acid, trace element fertilizer, fermented cow and sheep manure and bacterial manure, the growth promoter comprises any one or combination of two of rooting powder and gibberellin, the water-retaining agent is a polyacrylic acid water-retaining agent, and the disintegrating agent comprises any one or combination of two of flaxseed meal and artemisia desertorum seed powder.
S4, dyeing treatment: spraying 17.5-35 parts by weight of the repellent solution and 17.5-35 parts by weight of a coloring agent to the weighted seeds for dyeing for 2-3 minutes to obtain the pelleted seeds wrapped with the pelleted layer.
Specifically, the weighted seeds are sprayed with 17.5 to 35 parts by weight of the repellent solution and 17.5 to 35 parts by weight of the coloring agent in a ratio of 1:1 and at a concentration of 1 to 2 percent for dyeing treatment for 2 to 3 minutes to obtain the pelletized seeds coated with a pelletized layer.
More specifically, the adhesive solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of adhesive and 20 parts of water; the adhesive comprises any one or the combination of two of flaxseed gum and artemisia seed gum.
Specifically, the coloring agent comprises any one of carmine, lemon yellow and indigo.
Further, the method for pelleting seeds described in this embodiment further includes:
drying treatment: and placing the pelleted seeds in a dryer for drying treatment to obtain dry pelleted seeds.
The drying of the pelleted seeds is beneficial to improving the accuracy of the aerial seeding of the pelleted seeds to penetrate into sand and improving the success rate of the aerial seeding of the pelleted seeds.
The seed pelleting method can effectively improve the preparation speed and quality of the pelleted seeds, improve the survival rate and the germination rate of the prepared pelleted seeds, and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, low cost and good economic benefit.
Example 3
A pelleted seed comprising a caragana microphylla seed and a pelleted layer wrapping the caragana microphylla seed, wherein the pelleted layer is prepared by an evasion agent solution for stirring treatment and dyeing treatment, a nucleating agent for nucleating treatment, a pelleter for weighting treatment, a binder solution for nucleating treatment and weighting treatment, and a coloring agent for dyeing treatment.
The repellent solution comprises, by weight, 0.3 part of a repellent and 99.7 parts of water, wherein the repellent comprises, by weight, 50 parts of Cynanchum komarovii juice, 50 parts of methyl isosalix phosphorus, 4 parts of tributyltin oxide, 15 parts of cyclohexanone, 15 parts of toluene, 20 parts of dehydroabietic acid, 40 parts of isobutyronitrile and 4 parts of β -cyclodextrin.
The nucleating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of Hangjin No. 2 soil, 20 parts of humic acid, 1 part of rooting powder, 8 parts of an agricultural and forestry water-retaining agent and 15 parts of artemisia desertorum seed powder.
The pelleting agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of barite powder, 20 parts of humic acid, 1 part of rooting powder, 8 parts of an agricultural and forestry water-retaining agent and 15 parts of artemisia desertorum seed powder.
The adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of flaxseed gum.
The coloring agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: and 1 part of carmine. And mixing the carmine with the weight portion of 1 with the repellent according to the proportion of 1:1, and adding water to prepare a mixed solution with the concentration of 1%.
The pelleted seed is prepared by the steps as follows:
(1) stirring treatment: placing 1kg of caragana microphylla seeds in a pelleting machine, setting the rotating speed of the pelleting machine to be 500 revolutions per minute, spraying 50g of 0.3% repellent solution on the surfaces of the seeds until the surfaces of the seeds are wet, and stirring the original seeds;
(2) and (3) nucleation treatment: sequentially and alternately adding 1kg of nucleating agent for pelleting for 30-60s and 200g of adhesive solution for atomizing for 15-20s into the pelleting machine for three times, shaping and discharging to obtain nucleation seeds;
(3) weighting treatment: putting the nucleated seeds into the pelleting machine again, and alternately adding 3kg of pelleting agent for 60-300s and 600g of adhesive solution for treatment for 20-60s for three times to obtain weighted seeds;
(4) dyeing treatment: spraying 70g of a repellent solution and a carmine mixed solution with the concentration of 1% and the proportion of 1:1 on the weighted seeds for dyeing for 2-3 minutes to obtain pelleted seeds coated with a pelleting layer;
(5) drying treatment: and placing the pelleted seeds in a dryer for drying treatment to obtain dry pelleted seeds.
Example 4
A pelleted seed comprising a flower stick seed and a pelleted layer wrapped outside the flower stick seed, wherein the pelleted layer is produced by an evasion agent solution for agitation treatment and dyeing treatment, a nucleating agent for nucleation treatment, a pelleting agent for weight-up treatment, a binder solution for nucleation treatment and weight-up treatment, and a coloring agent for dyeing treatment.
The repellent solution comprises, by weight, 0.3 part of a repellent and 99.7 parts of water, wherein the repellent comprises, by weight, 50 parts of Cynanchum komarovii juice, 50 parts of methyl isosalix phosphorus, 4 parts of tributyltin oxide, 15 parts of cyclohexanone, 15 parts of toluene, 20 parts of dehydroabietic acid, 40 parts of isobutyronitrile and 4 parts of β -cyclodextrin.
The nucleating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of Hangjin No. 2 soil, 20 parts of humic acid, 1 part of rooting powder, 8 parts of an agricultural and forestry water-retaining agent and 15 parts of artemisia desertorum seed powder.
The pelleting agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of barite powder, 20 parts of humic acid, 1 part of rooting powder, 8 parts of an agricultural and forestry water-retaining agent and 15 parts of artemisia desertorum seed powder.
The adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of flaxseed gum.
The coloring agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: and 1 part of carmine. And mixing the carmine with the weight portion of 1 with the repellent according to the proportion of 1:1, and adding water to prepare a mixed solution with the concentration of 1%.
The pelleted seed is prepared by the steps as follows:
(1) stirring treatment: placing 500g of the flower stick seeds in a pelleting machine, setting the rotating speed of the pelleting machine to be 500 revolutions per minute, spraying 25g of 0.3% repellent solution on the surfaces of the seeds until the surfaces of the seeds are wet, and stirring the original seeds;
(2) and (3) nucleation treatment: sequentially and alternately adding 1kg of nucleating agent for pelleting for 30-60s and 200g of adhesive solution for atomizing for 15-20s into the pelleting machine for five times, shaping and discharging to obtain nucleation seeds;
(3) weighting treatment: putting the nucleated seeds into the pelleting machine again, and alternately adding 4kg of pelleting agent for 60-300s and 800g of adhesive solution for treatment for 20-60s five times to obtain weighted seeds;
(4) dyeing treatment: spraying 35g of a repellent solution and a carmine mixed solution with the concentration of 1% and the proportion of 1:1 on the weighted seeds for dyeing for 2-3 minutes to obtain pelleted seeds coated with a pelleting layer;
(5) drying treatment: and placing the pelleted seeds in a dryer for drying treatment to obtain dry pelleted seeds.
Example 5
A pelleted seed comprising a Douglas fir seed and a pelleted layer wrapped around the Douglas fir seed, wherein the pelleted layer is prepared by a solution of an evasion agent for agitation treatment and dyeing treatment, a nucleating agent for nucleation treatment, a pelleter for weight-up treatment, a solution of a binder for nucleation treatment and weight-up treatment, and a coloring agent for dyeing treatment.
The repellent solution comprises, by weight, 0.3 part of a repellent and 99.7 parts of water, wherein the repellent comprises, by weight, 50 parts of Cynanchum komarovii juice, 50 parts of methyl isosalix phosphorus, 4 parts of tributyltin oxide, 15 parts of cyclohexanone, 15 parts of toluene, 20 parts of dehydroabietic acid, 40 parts of isobutyronitrile and 4 parts of β -cyclodextrin.
The nucleating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of Hangjin No. 2 soil, 20 parts of humic acid, 1 part of rooting powder, 8 parts of an agricultural and forestry water-retaining agent and 15 parts of artemisia desertorum seed powder.
The pelleting agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of barite powder, 20 parts of humic acid, 1 part of rooting powder, 8 parts of an agricultural and forestry water-retaining agent and 15 parts of artemisia desertorum seed powder.
The adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of flaxseed gum.
The coloring agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: and 1 part of carmine. And mixing the carmine with the weight portion of 1 with the repellent according to the proportion of 1:1, and adding water to prepare a mixed solution with the concentration of 1%.
The pelleted seed is prepared by the steps as follows:
(1) stirring treatment: 500g of the firewood sheep seeds are placed in a pelleting machine, the rotating speed of the pelleting machine is set to be 500 revolutions per minute, 25g of 0.3% of repellent solution is adopted to spray the surfaces of the seeds until the surfaces of the seeds are wet, and the original seeds are stirred;
(2) and (3) nucleation treatment: sequentially and alternately adding 1kg of nucleating agent for pelleting for 30-60s and 200g of adhesive solution for atomizing for 15-20s into the pelleting machine for five times, shaping and discharging to obtain nucleation seeds;
(3) weighting treatment: putting the nucleated seeds into the pelleting machine again, and alternately adding 4kg of pelleting agent for 60-300s and 800g of adhesive solution for treatment for 20-60s five times to obtain weighted seeds;
(4) dyeing treatment: spraying 35g of a repellent solution and a carmine mixed solution with the concentration of 1% and the proportion of 1:1 on the weighted seeds for dyeing for 2-3 minutes to obtain pelleted seeds coated with a pelleting layer;
(5) drying treatment: and placing the pelleted seeds in a dryer for drying treatment to obtain dry pelleted seeds.
Test example 1
The caragana microphylla pelletized seeds described in example 3, the flower stick pelletized seeds described in example 4, and the sheep firewood pelletized seeds described in example 5 were respectively subjected to air seeding planting in the same region, and the seed existence rate, the single seed pressure resistance, the shedding rate, the seed ejection sand penetration rate, the air seeding 10-day seed preservation rate, the air seeding 10-day seed in-situ rate, the 9mm rainfall splitting rate, the 9mm rainfall seed weight gain rate, the 15mm rainfall splitting rate, and the 15-day air seeding germination rate of each group of pelletized seeds were respectively counted, and the results are shown in table 1.

Wherein the pelleting standard in Table 1 is referenced to national Standard for tobacco-coated pelleted seeds (GB/T25240-2010).
As can be seen from table 1, the pelleted seed prepared by the seed pelleting method provided by the application has the advantages that the seed rate, the single seed stress resistance and the falling rate all meet the national standards, the sand ejection rate is high, the air seeding precision is high, and the survival rate are high. The seed pelleting method provided by the application can effectively improve the preparation speed and quality of the pelleted seeds, improve the survival rate and the germination rate of the prepared pelleted seeds, and is simple and convenient to operate, low in cost and good in economic benefit.
In this document, "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", and the like are used only to indicate relative positional relationships between relevant portions, and do not limit absolute positions of the relevant portions.

Claims (15)
1. A pelleted seed, which is characterized in that the pelleted seed comprises 500-1000 parts by weight of original seed and a pelleted layer wrapping the original seed, wherein the pelleted layer is prepared by 42.5-85 parts by weight of an evading agent solution for stirring treatment and dyeing treatment, 500-2000 parts by weight of a nucleating agent for nucleating treatment, 1500-8000 parts by weight of a pelleting agent for weighting treatment, 200-3000 parts by weight of a binder solution for nucleating treatment and weighting treatment and 17.5-35 parts by weight of a coloring agent for dyeing treatment.
2. Pelleted seed according to claim 1, characterised in that the repellent solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.3 part of repellent and 99.7 parts of water;
the repellent comprises, by weight, 50 parts of poison grass juice, 20-70 parts of organophosphorus pesticide, 1-6 parts of organic tin, 5-30 parts of cyclohexanone, 5-30 parts of toluene, 10-30 parts of dehydroabietic acid, 20-60 parts of isobutyronitrile and 1-6 parts of β -cyclodextrin.
3. The pelleted seed as in claim 2, wherein the toxicodendron juice comprises juice of any one or two of Cynanchum komarovii and Euphorbia pekinensis, the organophosphorus pesticide comprises any one or a combination of methyl isothion, malathion, methyl parathion, phoxim and methyl systemic phosphorus, and the organotin comprises any one or a combination of two of tributyl tin oxide and tributyl tin chloride.
4. Pelleted seed according to claim 1, characterised in that the nucleating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-60 parts of Hangjin soil, 10-30 parts of nutritional agents, 0.5-1.5 parts of growth promoters, 5-10 parts of water retention agents and 5-20 parts of disintegrating agents.
5. Pelleted seed according to claim 1, characterized in that the pelleting agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of weighting agent, 10-30 parts of nutritional agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of growth promoter, 5-10 parts of water retention agent and 5-20 parts of disintegrating agent.
6. A pelleted seed as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein the nutritional agent comprises any one or a combination of humic acid, trace element fertilizer, fermented cow and sheep manure and bacterial manure, the growth promoter comprises any one or a combination of two of rooting powder and gibberellin, the water-retaining agent is polyacrylic acid water-retaining agent, and the disintegrating agent comprises any one or a combination of two of flaxseed meal and artemisia desertorum seed meal.
7. The pelleted seed of claim 5, wherein the weighting agent comprises any one of or a combination of heavy calcium powder and barite powder.
8. Pelleted seed according to claim 1, characterised in that the binder solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of adhesive and 20 parts of water;
the adhesive comprises any one or the combination of two of flaxseed gum and artemisia seed gum.
9. A seed pelletization method characterized in that pelletized seeds comprise original seeds and a pelletization layer wrapped around the original seeds, wherein the pelletization seeds are produced by the steps of:
(1) stirring treatment: placing 500-1000 parts by weight of the original seeds in a pelleting machine, spraying 25-50 parts by weight of an evasion agent solution on the surfaces of the seeds until the surfaces of the seeds are wet, and stirring the original seeds;
(2) and (3) nucleation treatment: sequentially and alternately adding 500-2000 parts by weight of nucleating agent pills for 30-60s and 50-600 parts by weight of adhesive solution for atomizing for 15-20s into the pelleting machine, and shaping and discharging to obtain nucleation seeds;
(3) weighting treatment: putting the nucleation seeds into the pelleting machine again, and alternately adding 1500-8000 parts by weight of pelleting agent for pelleting for 60-300s and 150-2400 parts by weight of adhesive solution for treating for 20-60s to obtain weighted seeds;
(4) dyeing treatment: spraying 17.5-35 parts by weight of the repellent solution and 17.5-35 parts by weight of a coloring agent to the weighted seeds for dyeing for 2-3 minutes to obtain the pelleted seeds wrapped with the pelleted layer.
10. The seed pelleting method as claimed in claim 9, wherein said step (4) comprises: spraying 17.5-35 parts by weight of the repellent solution and 17.5-35 parts by weight of the coloring agent with the concentration of 1-2% to the weighted seeds in a ratio of 1:1 for dyeing for 2-3 minutes to obtain the pelleted seeds wrapped with the pelleted layer.
11. The seed pelleting method as claimed in claim 9, further comprising:
(5) drying treatment: and placing the pelleted seeds in a dryer for drying to obtain dry pelleted seeds.
12. The seed pelleting method according to claim 9, wherein said repellent solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.3 part of repellent and 99.7 parts of water;
the repellent comprises, by weight, 50 parts of poison grass juice, 20-70 parts of organophosphorus pesticide, 1-6 parts of organic tin, 5-30 parts of cyclohexanone, 5-30 parts of toluene, 10-30 parts of dehydroabietic acid, 20-60 parts of isobutyronitrile and 1-6 parts of β -cyclodextrin.
13. A method for seed pelleting according to claim 9, wherein said nucleating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-60 parts of Hangjin soil, 10-30 parts of nutritional agents, 0.5-1.5 parts of growth promoters, 5-10 parts of water retention agents and 5-20 parts of disintegrating agents.
14. A method for seed pelleting according to claim 9, wherein said pelleting agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of weighting agent, 10-30 parts of nutritional agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of growth promoter, 5-10 parts of water retention agent and 5-20 parts of disintegrating agent.
15. Seed pelleting method according to claim 9, characterized in that the binder solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of adhesive and 20 parts of water;
the adhesive comprises any one or the combination of two of flaxseed gum and artemisia seed gum.
