Abstract
本发明提供了一种自动切菜盒,包括:机架;切菜机构,包括菜刀以及砧板,所述菜刀通过刀片置口设置在所述机架上,所述砧板位于所述菜刀刀口下方;传动机构,设置在所述机架上,位于所述切菜机构下部,用于控制所述切菜机构的动作;清洁杀菌机构,设置在所述机架上;以及控制模块与所述传动机构电连接,所述控制模块位于所述机架内,用于控制所述自动切菜盒的运行。本发明提供一种自动切菜盒,通过控制模块控制所述自动切菜盒的运行,在切菜的过程中实现砧板的清洗、除菌以及烘干功能。结构简单,使用方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及切菜装备技术领域,具体涉及一种自动切菜盒。
背景技术
切菜刀和切菜板是厨房的必备用具之一,目前一般的切菜板结构都是一块简单的长方形或圆形薄板,材料多采用木、竹或塑料,其作用主要在于放置待切的食材,同时使切菜刀免于崩刃,切菜时一手持刀,一手拿住食材,整个切菜过程全部依靠手工完成,因而费时费力,并且在切菜时容易出现手指切破的安全问题,同时切出的食材在厚度形状上参差不齐。特别是,对于诸如马铃薯一类的食材,由于时才容易出现滚动,因此更增加了切菜时的安全隐患。且砧板长期被菜刀进行切割,会留下深深的痕迹,较难清洗,且易生菌发霉,对处理好的菜造成破坏。除此之外,砧板通常都是木制的,易将木屑混入菜中,易造成食物的不卫生。
目前市场上的切菜工具大都为绞肉、榨汁或者菜板的形式,很少有自动化的切菜设备进行辅佐,且切菜过程具有一定的危险性,无法满足用户便利切菜的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种自动切菜盒,通过控制模块控制所述自动切菜盒的运行,在切菜的过程中实现砧板的清洗、除菌以及烘干功能。结构简单,使用方便。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采取的一种技术方案是:
一种自动切菜盒,包括:机架;切菜机构,包括菜刀以及砧板,所述菜刀通过刀片架设置在所述机架上,所述砧板位于所述菜刀刀口下方;传动机构,设置在所述机架上,位于所述切菜机构下部,用于控制所述切菜机构的动作;清洁杀菌机构,设置在所述机架上;以及控制模块,与所述传动机构电连接,所述控制模块位于所述机架内,用于控制所述自动切菜盒的运行。
进一步地,所述传动机构包括上下水平设置的两排滚轮以及传送带,所述传送带抵接在所述滚轮外表面上,所述砧板设置在所述传动带上,所述传送带通过所述滚轮带动所述砧板循环运动。
进一步地,还包括机壳,设置于所述机架外,所述机壳与所述机架连接,所述机壳包括送料口以及出料口,所述送料口以及所述出料口设于所述机壳相对两面上。
进一步地,所述清洁杀菌机构包括清洁部、灭菌部、清洗部以及烘干部,所述清洁部设置于所述机架上,所述清洁部与所述出料口所在平面相对设置,所述灭菌部与所述送料口所在平面相对设置,所述清洗部设置于所述机架底部,用于对所述进行清洗,所述烘干部设置于所述机架底部,用于烘干经清洗后的所述砧板。
进一步地,所述清洁部为纤维毛刷,所述杀菌部为紫外灯,所述烘干部为电阻丝。
进一步地,所述控制模块为微控制器芯片或者FPGA芯片,所述控制模块与显示屏电连接,所述显示屏设置于所述机壳顶部。
进一步地,还包括弧形挡板,设置在所述出料口。
进一步地,所述砧板为块状。
本发明的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点:
通过控制模块控制所述自动切菜盒的运行,在切菜的过程中实现砧板的清洗、除菌以及烘干功能。结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本实施例提供一种自动切菜盒,如图1~图3所示,包括机架1、切菜机构、传动机构、清洁杀菌机构、控制模块以及机壳5。
所述切菜机构包括菜刀21以及砧板22,所述菜刀21通过刀片架23设置在所述机架1上,所述砧板22位于所述菜刀21刀口下方。所述砧板22为块状。所述砧板22为木质、竹质、有机可食用性硬质塑料或金属材料等组成。这些材料均比较硬,如果整体成型,所述传动机构很难将所述砧板22带动运动,将所述砧板22做成块状,可实现对所述砧板22清洗杀菌工作。
所述传动机构设置在所述机架1上,位于所述切菜机构下部,用于控制所述切菜机构的动作。所述传动机构包括上下水平设置的两排滚轮31以及传送带32,所述传送带32抵接在所述滚轮31外表面上,所述砧板22设置在所述传动带32上,所述传送带32通过所述滚轮31带动所述砧板22循环运动。
所述清洁杀菌机构设置在所述机架1上。所述清洁杀菌机构包括清洁部41、灭菌部42、清洗部44以及烘干部43。所述清洁部41设置于所述机架1上。所述清洁部41与所述出料口52所在平面相对设置。所述灭菌部42与所述送料口51所在平面相对设置。所述清洗部44设置于所述机架1底部,用于对所述砧板22进行清洗。所述烘干部43设置于所述机架1底部,用于烘干经清洗后的所述砧板22。所述清洁部41为纤维毛刷,所述杀菌部42为紫外灯,所述烘干部43为电阻丝。
所述控制模块与所述传动机构电连接,所述控制模块位于所述机架1内,用于控制所述自动切菜盒的运行。所述控制模块为微控制器芯片或者FPGA芯片,所述控制模块与显示屏53电连接,所述显示屏53设置于所述机壳5顶部。
所述机壳5设置于所述机架1外,所述机壳5与所述机架1连接。所述机壳5包括送料口51以及出料口52,所述送料口51以及所述出料口52设于所述机壳5相对两面上。所述出料口处设有弧形挡板54,用于引导已切菜的运动方向,防止已切菜四处飞溅,影响周围环境卫生及美观。
本实施例自动切菜盒的使用方法如下:
切菜过程,将待切菜置于切菜盒入口,通过显示屏启动控制模块选择将要进行的切菜品种。所述菜刀21按照所述控制模块预设时间进行切菜动作。所述控制模块启动后,所述滚轴31带动所述传送带32转动,同时所述传动带32上的所述砧板22转动。所述砧板22在转动的过程中带动已切好的菜至所述出料口52,在重力的作用下已切好的菜通过所述出料口52落至事先准备好的菜盒,完成切菜过程。
清洁杀菌过程,所述传送带32将已切过菜的所述砧板22带至所述清洁部41,纤维毛刷将所述砧板22上残留的菜渣清理掉。所述砧板22在所述传送带32的带动下带至所述清洗部44,所述清洗部44为循环水喷嘴,可持续的喷清洁水对所述砧板22进行清洗。经清洗后的所述砧板22在所述传送带32的带动下带至所述烘干部43,所述烘干部43为电阻丝,所述电阻丝在电能的作用下发热,将已清洁的所述砧板22进行烘干。经烘干后的所述砧板22在所述传送带32的带动下带至所述灭菌部42,所述灭菌部42为紫外灯。所述紫外灯在电能的作用下对已烘干的所述砧板22进行杀菌消毒。经杀菌消毒的所述砧板22在所述传送带32的带动下带至所述送料口51,完成清洁杀菌步骤。重复以上动作至切菜完毕。切菜完毕后所述砧板22在所述控制模块的带动下,重复清洁杀菌动作至将所述砧板22整体清洁完毕。关机,待用。

Claims (8)
1.一种自动切菜盒,其特征在于,包括:
机架(1);
切菜机构,包括菜刀(21)以及砧板(22),所述菜刀(21)通过刀片架(23)设置在所述机架(1)上,所述砧板(22)位于所述菜刀(21)刀口下方;
传动机构,设置在所述机架(1)上,位于所述切菜机构下部,用于控制所述切菜机构的动作;
清洁杀菌机构,设置在所述机架(1)上;以及
控制模块,与所述传动机构电连接,所述控制模块位于所述机架(1)内,用于控制所述自动切菜盒的运行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动切菜盒,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括上下水平设置的两排滚轮(31)以及传送带(32),所述传送带(32)抵接在所述滚轮(31)外表面上,所述砧板(22)设置在所述传动带(32)上,所述传送带(32)通过所述滚轮(31)带动所述砧板(22)循环运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动切菜盒,其特征在于,还包括机壳(5),设置于所述机架(1)外,所述机壳(5)与所述机架(1)连接,所述机壳(5)包括送料口(51)以及出料口(52),所述送料口(51)以及所述出料口(52)设于所述机壳(5)相对两面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自动切菜盒,其特征在于,所述清洁杀菌机构包括清洁部(41)、灭菌部(42)、清洗部(44)以及烘干部(43),所述清洁部(41)设置于所述机架(1)上,所述清洁部(41)与所述出料口(52)所在平面相对设置,所述灭菌部(42)与所述送料口(51)所在平面相对设置,所述清洗部(44)设置于所述机架(1)底部,用于对所述砧板(22)进行清洗,所述烘干部(43)设置于所述机架(1)底部,用于烘干经清洗后的所述砧板(22)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动切菜盒,其特征在于,所述清洁部(41)为纤维毛刷,所述杀菌部(42)为紫外灯,所述烘干部(43)为电阻丝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自动切菜盒,其特征在于,所述控制模块为微控制器芯片或者FPGA芯片,所述控制模块与显示屏(53)电连接,所述显示屏(53)设置于所述机壳(5)顶部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自动切菜盒,其特征在于,还包括弧形挡板(54),设置在所述出料口(52)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的自动切菜盒,其特征在于,所述砧板(22)为块状。
