Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a deinsectization technology in economic forest trees, in particular to an attractant for a tea seed elephant.
Background
The tea seeds belong to the family weevilidae (Curculionidae) like Curculio chinensis Cheveolat, are main boring pests of the oil tea, are dominant species in the main cultivation area of the oil tea in China, and are determined as forest quarantine pests by the national forestry Bureau. The generation of the tea seed elephant is 1 generation in 2 years, but the generation is irregular, and the generation occurs every year, so that a great amount of fruit dropping of the tea-oil tree is caused. The harm of the camellia oleifera to the camellia oleifera has 2 situations: the adult ingests the kernel juice causing severe fruit drop; the larva of the elephant eats the kernel of the camellia oleifera fruit to cause fruit drop. The large-area occurrence of the tea seed elephant in the oil tea production area in China not only causes a large amount of fruit dropping to cause serious yield reduction, but also causes kernel mildew due to insect and fruit feces and reduces the quality of the oil tea. The tea seed elephant is also a vector insect of the anthracnose of the oil tea, is mixed damage of diseases and insects, and is a main reason for fruit dropping before the oil tea is picked. Tea seeds seem to be the main pests affecting the yield and quality of tea-oil trees.
The existing method for preventing and controlling the tea seed elephant comprises the steps of collecting dropped fruits to kill larvae, artificially catching and killing adults or applying chemical pesticides and the like, and because the tea seed elephant is irregular in generation and long in duration, the chemical prevention and control waste is great, the environment is polluted, and the cost of the artificial prevention and control is high.
Therefore, in order to solve the problems, the invention provides the attractant for the tea seed elephant, which is environment-friendly, efficient, low in price and beneficial to large-area popularization.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides an attractant for a tea seed elephant, and solves the problems of poor attraction effect, complex components and high cost of the existing attractant by reasonably matching components of nepetalactone, nepetaalcohol, cis-3-hexen-1-ol, honeysuckle powder, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, n-pentacosane and ethanol.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an attractant for a tea seed elephant comprises the following components: schizonepeta lactone, schizonepeta alcohol, cis-3-hexen-1-ol, honeysuckle powder, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, n-pentacosane and ethanol.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of nepeta lactone, 15-30 parts of nepeta alcohol, 10-20 parts of cis-3-hexen-1-ol, 15-25 parts of honeysuckle powder, 1-5 parts of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 1-5 parts of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 2-5 parts of n-pentacosan and 35-65 parts of ethanol.

Preferably, the ethanol has a purity of 85%.
The components of the attractant for the tea seed elephant are reasonably compatible, and the attractant can be used for monitoring the aspects of occurrence dynamics, mass trapping and killing, mating interference and the like of the tea seed elephant imagoes. The attractant provided by the invention adopts the compatibility of nepetalactone and nepetal alcohol as a sex attractant to trap and kill and interfere mating; cis-3-hexene-1-alcohol and honeysuckle powder are used as plant source attractants to trap and kill the tea seed elephant, so that the effect is remarkable; the added antioxidant and ultraviolet light adsorbent can well protect the attractant components from being oxidized and decomposed by external air, light, ultraviolet rays and the like, and the lasting period of the attractant can reach 22 days to the maximum; the n-pentacosane can obviously improve the orientation capability of the tea seed elephant to the volatile attractant and has obvious synergistic effect.
The preparation method of the attractant for the elephant with tea seeds comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cis-3-hexene-1-alcohol into ethanol, and mixing for 10-15min on a homogenizer at low speed by shaking to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding nepetalactone and nepetaol into the mixed solution A, and continuing to shake and mix at low speed for 20-30min to obtain mixed solution B;

Example 6
In order to verify the use effect of the tea seed elephant attractant, the inventor performs the following experiments:
the forest trapping and killing test is carried out in 7 th late month of 2018, and the test site is selected from mature camellia oleifera forest in Renzhen town Rooicun in Leishui City in Hunan province. During the test, the trapping and killing device is hung at the position where the lower part of the crown of the camellia oleifera tree has luxuriant branches and leaves by a thin iron wire extending out of the bottle cap. After the trapping and killing devices are hung for 10 days, 30 days and 50 days respectively, the trapping amount of the tea seed elephant in each trapping and killing device is counted, and the statistical results are shown in the following tables 1 and 2.
The attractants in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 with different mixture components are manufactured in batches, each attractant is divided into 5 parts, 1 part of blank control group is additionally arranged, 40 parts of attractants in 8 groups are loaded into 40 self-made trapping and killing devices, and then 8 blank control trapping and killing devices are manufactured, and 48 trapping and killing devices are manufactured in total. The trapping and killing device is suspended at the edge part of a forest along a pavement in the oil tea garden, and the distance between two adjacent trapping and killing devices is not less than 50 m.
The manufacturing method of the trapping device comprises the following steps:
the trapping and killing device is made of 550mL colorless plastic mineral water bottles: 3 round small openings with the diameter of about 1.0 cm-2.0 cm are cut out at one third of the distance from the bottle opening of the plastic mineral water bottle by scissors, and the distances among the 3 round small openings are equal; a medical cotton ball which is 100 times the size of a thumb and dipped with deltamethrin emulsifiable solution is placed at the bottom of a plastic mineral water bottle and is used for killing tea seed elephants entering a trapping device. One end of the thin iron wire is bound with a lure core carrying the tea seed elephant attractant, and the lure core is fixed in the plastic bottle at a position which is about 15cm away from the round small opening by knotting.

As can be seen from the above comparative tests, the attractants of the elephants in examples 1 to 5 have a significant attracting effect on the elephants, compared with the blank control group, while the attractants of example 5 have a good attracting and killing effect compared with the attractants of other groups in the test, and compared with comparative examples 1 to 3, the attractants of the invention are not simply added to each other and have a synergistic effect.
The attractant prepared from the components can firstly trap and kill a large number of imagoes of the tea seeds so as to inhibit the imagoes of the tea seeds from harming the fruits of the tea-oil trees; secondly, as a large number of imagoes are trapped and killed, the number of eggs laid on the tea fruits by the elephant tea seeds is greatly reduced, and the yield and the quality of the tea fruits are further ensured; finally, the imagoes of the tea seed elephant of the previous generation are trapped and killed in a large amount, the population base number of the imagoes of the next generation is effectively reduced, the continuous control of the tea seed elephant is realized, the application dosage and the use method are suitable according to local conditions in the later period, and the imagoes can be popularized and applied in a large area.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention.
