Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of gardens, and particularly relates to an insect-repellent medicine bag for a trunk in landscaping and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The composition can be used for killing insects, fungi and other organisms harmful to crop growth. The first pesticides used were dichlorodiphenyl trichloroethane, hexachlorocyclohexane and the like, which are capable of killing a large number of pests. But they are good in stability, can exist in the environment for a long time, and are continuously accumulated in animals, plants and human bodies, so that they are eliminated. Later, organophosphorus pesticides, such as dichlorvos, were substituted for the original pesticides. However, they contain phosphorus, which is liable to eutrophication of aquatic organisms. The existing pesticide is not easy to degrade, or a pesticide degradation agent is required to be added to degrade pesticide residues, so that the cost is high, and people do not need to treat the pesticide after applying the pesticide, so that the pesticide residue is accumulated continuously.
Therefore, the prevention and control of pests by chemical pesticides and the pesticide residue and environmental pollution caused by pesticides are serious, which has become a worldwide problem.
Horticultural spray oils are a low toxicity alternative to broad spectrum insecticides. Since the mechanism of insect and mite control with spray oil is achieved by suffocation and/or repelling of egg-laying females, the addition of toxic chemicals is not required. These properties are a valuable and well-recognized part of the overall management of pests, where oil spraying is intrinsically linked to the natural control of pests by predators and parasitoids. Unfortunately, the application of oil treatment has limitations. For example, oil is only effective against those pests that are completely covered by the spray solution. This usually means that only a small number of pests which are immobile or slow moving and which are exposed to the surface of the plants or trees at the time of application are controlled. Since oil sprays can only act by contracting and covering the target pest.
Some insect-repellent methods are disclosed in the prior art, for example, chinese patent (CN109042646A) discloses a cloth bag containing an insect repellent (i.e., an insect repellent package) comprising 20-30% by mass of naphthalene, 5-10% by mass of perfume and 3% by mass of talc. Although the reference 1 adopts the design of an insect repellent pack, the insect repellent component is highly toxic and easily volatilized, so that the drug effect is difficult to last; chinese patent (CN106259548A) discloses an organic compound traditional Chinese medicine insect-repellent medicine bag for a tea garden, which is prepared from a compound agent and Chinese herbal medicines according to the weight ratio of 4-8: 2-6, wherein the Chinese herbal medicines are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: sandalwood leaves 10, sweet wormwood 20, phoenix tree bark 10, eucommia bark 5, pepper stem 10, garlic stem 10, willow leaves 15 and pine needles 10; the complexing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of rice hull, 20 parts of oil-tea camellia peel, 10 parts of pine sawdust, 10 parts of willow sawdust, 5 parts of phoenix tree sawdust, 10 parts of camphor tree sawdust, 10 parts of Chinese toon tree sawdust, 5 parts of wild tree branch sawdust and 20 parts of Sanhe soil. Although the medicine bag is adopted, the main insect expelling is Chinese herbal medicine, the price of the Chinese herbal medicine is high, the insect expelling effect is difficult to expect, and the Chinese herbal medicine is easy to be affected with damp and lose efficacy after being exposed in the field for a long time; chinese patent (CN106942293A) discloses a preparation method of an insect repellent medicine package, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing 75-85 parts by weight of camphorwood, 5-15 parts by weight of sandalwood and 5-15 parts by weight of lavender, and crushing to obtain a mixture A; (2) adding 2-4% of water into the mixture A, uniformly mixing, and preparing into a blank; (3) and (3) putting the blank into a packaging bag made of a nuclear microporous membrane. Although the medicine bag is adopted, the main insect expelling is Chinese herbal medicine, and the Chinese herbal medicine is expensive and the insect expelling effect is difficult to expect; chinese patent CN104273158A) discloses a pyrethroid release controlling composition, which is characterized in that: comprising a pyrethroid, a wax and a carrier; the pyrethroid is one or two of transfluthrin, tefluthrin, transfluthrin, metofluthrin and empenthrin; the wax is selected from natural or synthetic wax, including paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, beeswax, Chinese insect wax, spermaceti wax, and wool wax; the carrier material is synthetic resin, plant fiber or paper processed by taking plant fiber as raw material. Although the pyrethroid pesticide is disclosed to be prepared from pyrethrin, beeswax and fiber, a non-flowing mixture of the wax and the pyrethroid is beneficial to the attachment of the pyrethroid on a carrier, the wax has a buffering and regulating effect on the release of the pyrethroid, the stable release of the pyrethroid under the normal temperature condition is realized, and simultaneously, the release speed of the pyrethroid can be reduced, so that the effect of prolonging the service life is achieved. However, the insect repellent has poor deinsectization effect, strong toxicity, no environmental protection and limited application range, and can not be used in the field rainy environment, and the insect repellent is easy to be leached by rainwater and lose efficacy.
Aiming at various defects in the prior insect expelling technology, the invention provides an environment-friendly, efficient and lasting insect expelling medicine bag for a trunk in landscaping and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an insect-repellent medicine bag for trunks in landscaping and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the drug bag for repelling the insects of the trunk in the landscaping is characterized in that the drug bag for repelling the insects of the trunk in the landscaping is prepared by wrapping a compound insect repellent agent by non-woven fabrics; the compound insect repellant comprises the following raw materials: fenpropathrin, star anise, beeswax, yeast tablet, tourmaline powder, water soluble nitrocellulose and calcined diatomite; the addition mass ratio of the fenpropathrin, the star anise, the beewax and the yeast tablet is (0.2-0.5) to (2-4) to (1-2); the addition mass ratio of the tourmaline powder, the water-based nitrocellulose and the calcined diatomite is (20-30) to (5-10) to (20-30).
Furthermore, the addition mass ratio of the fenpropathrin, the star anise, the beewax and the yeast tablets is 0.3: 3: 1.5.
Furthermore, the addition mass ratio of the tourmaline powder, the water-based nitrocellulose and the calcined diatomite is 25: 7.5: 25.
Further, the compound insect repellent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 part of fenpropathrin, 2-4 parts of star anise, 1-2 parts of beeswax, 1-2 parts of yeast tablet, 20-30 parts of tourmaline powder, 5-10 parts of water-based nitrocellulose and 20-30 parts of calcined diatomite.
Further, the compound insect repellent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: fenpropathrin 0.3 parts, star anise 3 parts, beeswax 1.5 parts, yeast tablet 1.5 parts, tourmaline powder 25 parts, water soluble nitrocellulose 7.5 parts, calcined diatomite 25 parts.
Furthermore, the mesh number of the tourmaline powder is 300-500 meshes.
The preparation method of the insecticide bag for the trunk of the landscaping tree is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) according to the weight parts, the water-based nitrocellulose, the fenpropathrin and the beeswax are beaten in water at a high speed for 5 to 10min, are stabilized, added with calcined diatomite, are fully adsorbed, are frozen, dried and are crushed;
2) adding fructus Anisi Stellati and yeast tablet, mixing, grinding, adding water, pulping at high speed for 5-10min, adding tourmaline powder, making into paste, drying, and pulverizing;
3) and (3) fully and uniformly mixing the powder obtained in the step (1) and the powder obtained in the step (2), and wrapping the powder with non-woven fabric to obtain the product in bags.
Fenpropathrin is a low-toxicity insect repellent, but the effect is not ideal when the fenpropathrin is added alone, and the fenpropathrin can be oxidized and lose activity when the fenpropathrin is exposed to sunlight and air. Star anise, as one of the fragrances, has a good insect repellent effect by itself, but the effect alone is not significant.
According to the invention, by adding fenpropathrin, star anise, beeswax and yeast tablets simultaneously, the synergistic insect expelling effect can be achieved, by matching the spice and the insect expelling medicine, pests can be effectively expelled and close to the trunk, meanwhile, the beeswax and the yeast tablets have an attraction effect on natural enemies of some pests, such as mantis, wasps and the like, and meanwhile, the insect expelling performance of the fenpropathrin can be promoted, and the fragrance of the spice can be enhanced.
The yeast tablet has unique fragrance, can be partially fermented in a humid environment, can generate a decomposition effect on a small amount of beeswax, generates micromolecular ester substances, generates strong fragrance, and attracts insects and bees to approach. Meanwhile, oxygen in the insect repellent bag can be further eliminated in the fermentation process, and fenpropathrin is prevented from being oxidized and losing activity.
The calcined diatomite has the porous effect of enabling air to permeate and enabling the anthelmintic to be slowly released as a filling material. The tourmaline powder is added, and the unexpected discovery shows that the insect expelling effect of the tourmaline powder on fenpropathrin and star anise has the further effect of improving, supposedly because the concentration effect of the tourmaline powder can play a role of slow release, and the negative ion effect of the tourmaline powder increases the concentration of negative ions in the air, and the negative ions can be combined with the fenpropathrin to improve the activity, interfere the production hormone secretion of insects, improve the influence of active substances on the insects, and generate certain interference on the growth environment of the insects.
The aqueous nitrocellulose and the beeswax form emulsion, and the combination of fenpropathrin and the diatomite is fully loaded, so that the water-resistant leaching effect can be effectively realized, the water-resistant leaching agent is suitable for outdoor use, and when the aqueous nitrocellulose is not used and is directly loaded on the diatomite, the water-resistant leaching effect is found to be poor.
The pesticide bag for repelling insects on the trunk in landscaping has good water-resistant leaching, is suitable for outdoor trunks, and has long-term and efficient insect repelling effect.
