상기 실시예 2와 같이 조제한 족도리풀 추출물의 살포액을 이용하여 배추좀나방의 생물검정을 엽절편법으로 실시하였다. 배춧잎을 Φ5 cm로 잘라 물에 적신 여과지가 놓인 페트리 디쉬에 놓고 배추좀나방 3령 유충을 15마리씩 접종한 후 농도별 족도리풀 추출물 살포액을 각각 10초간 살포하여 후드에서 4시간 건조시켰다. 사육실에서 보관하면서 24시간, 48시간 후에 살충율을 조사하였다 생사판별은 붓끝으로 충체를 접촉하여 이동하지 못한 개체를 죽은 것으로 간주하였다(표 1). 상기 실시예 2와 같이 조제한 족도리풀 추출물의 살포액을 이용하여 두점박이응애에 대한 생물검정을 실시하였다. 직경 5.5 cm의 페트리 디쉬 내에 직경 2.5 cm로 자른 강낭콩잎 절편을 물에 충분히 적신 탈지면 위에 올려놓고 미세한 붓으로 두점박이응애 암컷 성충 30마리를 접종하였다. 조제된 농도별 족도리풀 추출액의 살포액 각각을 소형 스프레이로 엽면이 충분히 젖을 정도로 살포한 후 건조시켰다. 상기한 바와 같이 처리 후 25℃, 60% 상대습도 조건에 보관하면서 24, 48시간 후의 살충률을 조사하였다(표 3).Bioassay was carried out for the two-spotted mite using the spray solution of the foot of the valley extract prepared as in Example 2. 상기 실시예 2와 같이 조제한 족도리풀 추출물의 살포액을 이용하여 벼멸구에 대한 살충활성을 조사하였다. 파종 후 7 내지 8일된 동진벼 유묘 5본의 뿌리 부분을 탈지면으로 감아 직경 3 cm × 길이 15 cm의 유리 시험관의 바닥 부분에 삽입하여 넣었다. 흡충기가 장착된 diaphragm pump를 이용하여 벼멸구 3령 약충 20마리를 사육상자로부터 채집하여 벼 유묘가 삽입되어 있는 시험관에 넣었다. 조제된 농도별 족도리풀 추출액의 살포액 각각을 미세 살포기로 시험관의 입구 쪽에서 벼 유묘에 달라붙어 있는 벼멸구를 향하여 직접 살포하였다. 처리 후 시험관의 입구는 나일론 망사로 덮어 벼멸구의 탈출을 방지하였다.Insecticidal activity against rice bran was investigated using the spraying solution of the footwort extract prepared as in Example 2.
