Description

Adult tea deer moth attractant and preparation method of lure thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of green prevention and control of tea garden pests, and particularly relates to a tea deer moth adult attractant and a preparation method of a lure thereof, wherein the pests are prevented and controlled by combining a plant source information compound with a slow release technology and a trap for trapping and killing.
Background
The tea deer moth (Amata germana Felder) is also called as the Bull deer moth, which is distributed in four tea areas in China, and hosts comprise tea, mulberry, citrus and the like. When the larvae eat the leaves as a hazard, the leaves can be completely eaten in case of outbreak of disasters, and the yield and the quality of the tea leaves are greatly influenced. In recent years, the phenomenon that the tea deer moth is harmful and aggravates year by year. At present, the pest control mainly depends on chemical pesticides, and the pesticide resistance is increased due to the application of a large amount of chemical pesticides, and the quality safety of tea leaves and the ecological safety of tea gardens are seriously influenced. Therefore, an effective and simple technique for preventing and controlling the deer moth in the tea garden is urgently needed in production.
Plant volatiles play a key role in actions of phytophagous pests such as finding hosts, spouses and the like. The applicant researches and discovers that specific plant volatile matters have a remarkable attraction effect on the tea deer moth, 7 active substances are further screened out through a Y-shaped olfactometer and a wind tunnel experiment, and a formula of the tea deer moth attractant is formed. Through the test of tea gardens of tea institute of Shaoxing imperial tea village and Chinese academy of agricultural sciences, the formula has a remarkable attraction effect on adult tea deer moths. In view of the above, the invention is especially provided, and provides an effective method for monitoring and controlling adult tea deer moths.
