the PMS2.0 system transmits work tickets, photos, sound recordings, work initiatives and work receptionists to the safety risk control system through a data center, and the safety risk control system receives and displays the work tickets, the photos, the sound recordings, the work initiatives and the work receptionists;
the PMS2.0 system acquires the personnel qualification information from the safety risk management and control system at regular time (every 5 minutes) through task scheduling and webservice;
the PMS2.0 system calls a face library and face recognition judgment logic of the security risk management and control system in real time through webservice to obtain a face recognition return result.
The mobile APP controls the filling of the face information of the work ticket in each link of the work ticket, and the filling contents of each link are different, wherein the required items are required. For example: when the work ticket is signed and issued, the work licensor and the work responsible person carry out safety measure confirmation together, namely, the safety measure filled in the work ticket is subjected to one-time hooking confirmation, the recording function is started before the first safety measure is hooked, otherwise, the system prompts that the recording is not started by the current system, the recording is required to be started, and the recording is not allowed to be started if the recording is not started;
for the safety measure items needing to be filled with specific ground wire numbers, the ground wire numbers must be filled, otherwise, the system prompts that the ground wire numbers are required to be filled firstly, and hooking cannot be carried out;
if all the safety measure items are not hooked, the next operation is not allowed to be carried out;
when the start permission is carried out (namely, when a button of 'start permission' is clicked), the system judges whether all the necessary information in the current link is completely filled, and whether the information such as a photo, a recording file, a work leader and a work licensor finishes signing or not, and the like, and the start permission cannot be carried out if the judgment is that one item is not satisfied;
the content filled in is not allowed in the link, and the system prompts the user that the current link of the changed content is not allowed to be edited when the user clicks.
3. The work ticket management module comprises a work ticket delay module, a work ticket interruption module, a work task adding module and a work ticket invalidation module;
(1) and the work ticket is delayed, and when the maintenance work in the same day cannot complete work according to the work ticket time due to special conditions, the work ticket is delayed through the work ticket delay function.

and after the APP is moved, the delay time, the signature of the work leader and the signature of the work licensor are transmitted to a PMS2.0 system through the webservice, and the PMS2.0 system receives and displays the data.
(2) The work ticket interruption is used for managing the multi-day work of the work ticket and realizing the information management of the start work and the receipt work of the multi-day work;
as shown in fig. 7, the specific process is as follows: for the work tickets with the work time spanning multiple days (the system automatically judges according to the 'planned work time' on the work tickets), recording the work receiving time of the day, the work time every other day, and a work ticket execution link, wherein the work responsible person fills the work receiving time of the day on the mobile APP and signs, and the work ticket licensor signs after receiving the work tickets signed by the work responsible person;
and after the APP is moved, the work receiving time, the work principal signature and the work licensor signature are transmitted to a PMS2.0 system through the webservice, and the PMS2.0 system receives data and displays the data at the daily work starting and work receiving time on the ticket.
After the receiving information on the same day is completed, the time of starting work in the next day can be filled;
the time of receiving work on the same day and the time of starting work on the next day are a group of records, and the system provides the functions of adding and deleting the group of records, so that the information maintenance is facilitated.
(3) And the work task adding device is used for adding the work task under the maintenance task of the current work ticket and realizing the function of newly adding the work task under the condition that the current work task does not meet the maintenance work requirement.
As shown in fig. 8, the specific process is as follows: a work ticket execution link, wherein a work responsible person fills in work task added content and signs on the mobile APP, sends the work ticket to a work ticket issuer and a work licensor at the same time, sends the work responsible person after the signature of the issuer and the licensor, and writes the added work task into a remark;
and after the APP is moved for recording, the added work tasks, the work ticket issuer signatures, the work leader signatures and the work licensor signatures are transmitted to the PMS2.0 system through the webservice, and the PMS2.0 system receives data and displays the data at the remark position of the ticket face.
(4) And the work ticket is invalidated and is used for carrying out invalidation management on the unauthorized work ticket.
As shown in fig. 9, the specific process is as follows: a work ticket permitting link, wherein a work licensor makes a work ticket useless on the mobile APP, the work licensor and a work responsible person sign in sequence, the system verifies whether the work licensor and the work responsible person complete the signing, the state of the work ticket becomes useless after the confirmation, and the useless stamp is displayed at a remark position of the work ticket;
the mobile APP transmits the added work ticket, the work ticket invalidation time, the work principal signature and the work licensor signature to the PMS2.0 system through the webservice, and the PMS2.0 system receives data and displays the invalidation stamp at the remark position of the ticket face.
The work ticket management module also comprises change management of a work responsible person, when the work responsible person needs to be replaced due to special reasons, the work responsible person can change the work responsible person after being checked and signed by a work licensor, and the change condition of the work responsible person is recorded, and a new work responsible person can take charge of the current maintenance work after the change;
change management of workers, when a team member participating in maintenance work leaves the current work or a new member joins the current work, signature registration needs to be completed at a change position of the workers, and the time of change is recorded;
the work ticket is copied, so that the original work ticket information is copied when a work responsible person fills in the work ticket, and the function of rapidly making out a bill is realized;
and work ticket query is carried out, and the function that the mobile APP queries the work ticket according to the query condition is realized. Selecting the work ticket in the query result can view the detailed information of the work card.
The mobile APP, when executing the work ticket:
(1) the overhaul team work responsible person organizes team members to call a work meeting before the team members start working, and realizes the function of recording management in the processes of work ticket permission, work starting, work receiving, worker change and the like through the recording module;
(2) the photo management module is used for realizing photo management of functions such as work ticket permission, a work-making meeting, a work-receiving meeting and the like, realizing the function of uploading photos to the PMS2.0 system, deleting photos which are not uploaded to the PMS2.0, and providing relevant data of the work-making meeting to the security risk management and control system;
(3) the work task is finished and managed, the on-site maintenance work termination management is realized, a work principal and a work licensor confirm the maintenance work site together, after all safety measures are restored to the initial state, the principal and the licensor sign respectively, and the work is terminated;
(4) the work order is managed, the terminal function of the work order is realized, and a work responsible person confirms that the safety measures are removed and reports dispatching personnel;
(5) and evaluating the work ticket, wherein the evaluation function of the work ticket is realized, and the evaluation function comprises two conditions of qualification and disqualification.

the PMS subsystem is used for sending maintenance tasks to the work ticket management and control subsystem, calling a face library and face identification judgment logic of the safety risk management and control subsystem, acquiring an electronic signature verification result, calling personnel qualification information of the safety risk management and control subsystem at regular time, sending the electronic signature verification result and the personnel qualification information to the work ticket management and control subsystem, and synchronizing the work tickets to the safety risk management and control subsystem;
the safety risk control subsystem is used for storing a face library, face recognition judgment logic and personnel qualification information, receiving a calling request of the PMS, sending data meeting the calling request to the PMS, and receiving and storing work tickets synchronized by the PMS.

when the work ticket management and control subsystem carries out electronic signature, a face recognition function is provided, whether current signature personnel are correct or not is verified through face recognition, and personnel qualification judgment is carried out through personnel qualification information:
according to the ID of the signature personnel and the ID of the personnel to be verified, a face identification request and a personnel qualification judgment request are sent to the PMS, the PMS acquires a face library and face identification judgment logic from the safety risk management and control subsystem in real time through webservice, acquires personnel qualification information from the safety risk management and control subsystem in fixed time through a task scheduling and webservice method, and pushes a face identification result and the personnel qualification information to the work ticket management and control subsystem.

the work ticket control subsystem and the PMS perform data interaction through the webservice, the work ticket control subsystem transmits work ticket information, photos and recording information, and the information of the work meetings of the beginning and the end of the work tickets to the PMS through the webservice,
after the PMS subsystem receives the information, the information is synchronized to the safety risk control subsystem through the data center, and the safety risk control subsystem receives the information and stores and displays the information.

in the work ticket management and control subsystem and the PMS subsystem, after any party executes issuance and permission of the work ticket, the other party does not repeat operation any more, and the issuance and permission information of the work ticket is synchronized to the other party, and then synchronized to the safety risk management and control subsystem.

and the work ticket permission unit is used for receiving the work ticket which is issued and carrying out permission of security measures on the work ticket.

the work ticket management module comprises a work ticket delay module, a work ticket interruption module, a work task adding module and a work ticket invalidation module;

and transmitting the electronic signatures of the added work tasks, the issuance and the permission to the PMS through the webservice, and receiving and displaying data by the PMS.

the invalidation of the work ticket comprises: receiving a revocation request of an unauthorized work ticket, verifying the electronic signature, and modifying the state of the work ticket;
and transmitting the work ticket invalidation information and the electronic signature to the PMS through the webservice, and receiving and displaying data by the PMS.

the work ticket management and control subsystem generates a work order according to the maintenance task sent by the PMS subsystem, generates a work ticket according to the work order, and performs electronic signature on the work ticket to execute issuance and permission;
sending a face recognition request to a PMS (permanent magnet synchronous motor) subsystem according to the ID of a signing person, acquiring a face library and face recognition judgment logic from a safety risk management and control subsystem in real time through a webservice by the PMS subsystem, acquiring an electronic signature verification result, and pushing the face recognition result to a work ticket management and control subsystem;
the personnel qualification judgment is carried out on the signer, a personnel qualification judgment request is sent to the PMS according to the ID of the personnel to be verified, the PMS acquires personnel qualification information from the safety risk management and control subsystem at regular time through a task scheduling and webservice method, and the personnel qualification information is pushed to the work ticket management and control subsystem;
the work ticket management and control subsystem transmits work ticket information, photos and recording information, and information of a work party and a work party to a PMS (permanent magnet system) through webservice;
after the PMS subsystem receives the information, the information is synchronized to the safety risk control subsystem through the data center, and the safety risk control subsystem receives the information and stores and displays the information.
