Abstract
The invention relates to a safety management and control system for limited space operation of a thermal power plant, which comprises an intelligent terminal, a gas monitoring device, a two-ticket management terminal and a personnel information terminal, wherein the intelligent terminal is installed at an entrance of a limited space, the intelligent terminal comprises a computer program, and the operation executed when the intelligent terminal is called comprises the following steps: collecting images of operators, and calling corresponding personnel qualification verification information from a personnel information terminal; obtaining a work ticket in a limited space, comparing the work ticket with the personnel qualification verification information, and generating first qualified information after the comparison is passed; collecting field ventilation start-stop data of a limited space, judging whether ventilation conditions are met, and if so, generating second qualified information; judging whether the operation bottom crossing video data is received or not, if so, generating third qualified information; and when the first qualified information, the second qualified information and the third qualified information are received at the same time, the entrance channel of the limited space is opened. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of improving the operation safety and reliability and the like.

and generating a passing instruction when the first qualified information, the second qualified information and the third qualified information are received at the same time, and controlling the opening of the limited space entrance channel.

The intelligent terminal comprises a computer program, and the operation executed when the computer program is called comprises the following operations: acquiring an operator image, calling corresponding personnel qualification verification information from a personnel information terminal based on the operator image, and generating warning prompt information if the corresponding personnel qualification verification information is not found; obtaining a work ticket in a limited space, comparing the work ticket with the personnel qualification verification information, generating first qualified information after the comparison is passed, and otherwise generating warning prompt information; collecting field ventilation start-stop data of a limited space, judging whether ventilation conditions are met, if so, generating second qualified information, and otherwise, generating warning prompt information; judging whether the operation bottom crossing video data is received or not, if so, generating third qualified information, and otherwise, generating warning prompt information; and when the first qualified information, the second qualified information and the third qualified information are received at the same time, a passing instruction is generated to control the opening of the entrance channel of the limited space, so that the safety of start-up work is guaranteed.
By means of the intelligent terminal, key nodes such as personnel qualification, work permission, field admission, ventilation and gas detection can be effectively controlled and recorded, and safety of limited space operation of a thermal power plant is improved.
In one embodiment, the gas monitoring device 2 includes one or more of an oxygen analyzer, a nitride analyzer, and a sulfide analyzer, such as SO2Gas sensor, NO gas sensor, CO gas sensor, and CO2Gas sensor and O2Gas sensors, and the like.
In a specific embodiment, the intelligent terminal 1 may obtain the field ventilation start-stop data through the ventilation equipment controller 5. The field ventilation start-stop data comprises a ventilation process image, a ventilation time record and the like so as to ensure effective management and control of a ventilation link.

acquiring an operator image, and calling corresponding personnel qualification verification information from the personnel information terminal based on the operator image;
obtaining a work ticket in a limited space, comparing the work ticket with the personnel qualification verification information, and generating first qualified information after the comparison is passed;
collecting field ventilation start-stop data of a limited space, judging whether ventilation conditions are met, and if so, generating second qualified information;
judging whether the operation bottom crossing video data is received or not, if so, generating third qualified information;
and generating a passing instruction when the first qualified information, the second qualified information and the third qualified information are received at the same time, and controlling the opening of the limited space entrance channel.
