Abstract
本发明公开一种速效退黄护肝丸的中药丸剂，由：茵陈、鲜茅根、田基黄、虎杖、海金沙、蒲公英、泽兰、垂盆草、焦山楂、炒神曲、丹参、土茯苓、板兰根、金钱草等14味中药组方配伍，本发明清热解毒，化湿调脾、活血退黄、泻热化浊，护肝降酶，清解血热，益肝护肝，消除肝损害，恢复肝的生理功能。1、对正常生理功能无影响，或甚微，无毒副作用。2、作用是非特异的和广谱的。3、有调节正常生理作用，清热解毒化湿，速效消黄保肝护肝降酶的作用。4、能有效改善患者临床症状体征，而且对改善肝功能速效退黄。

技术领域：
本发明涉及中药成药，尤其是一种速效退黄护肝丸的中药丸剂。
背景技术：
内经曰：“肝热病者，小便先黄，腹痛多卧，身热，热争则狂言及惊，胁满痛，手足躁，不得安卧”。对肝病的诊断与治疗，历代医家作出了很大的贡献，对急性黄胆性肝病的认识主要是肝脏发生热病，小便先黄，腹痛，喜卧，身体发热，热邪和正气相争就会狂言惊骇，胁肋胀满疼痛，手足躁动，不能安卧，从主证和兼证来了解肝胆病变，有虚实寒热之分，总之是气血不能舒畅调达，胁痛瘀阻亦由气滞引起，黄胆的寒证较热证为少，热证分瘀热气火和虚热，虚热常随血虚继发。中医治疗一定要辩证确切。肝为将军之官，为藏血之脏，体阴而用阳，黄胆肝病的病机复杂多变，病理发展多思抑郁，饥饱不节，湿热内阻肝病失治，损伤肝脾胃胆，累及它脏，气血逆乱，浊邪积于肝胆，三焦失司，湿邪瘀阻，形成黄胆，导致身热皮肤淡黄等一系列肝胆病变，而中医的速效退黄护肝丸能清热解毒，化湿调脾，活血退黄，泻热化浊，护肝降酶，清解血热，益肝护肝，消除肝损害，恢复肝的生理功能，疗效确切。
发明内容：
取：茵陈、鲜茅根、田基黄、虎杖、海金沙、蒲公英、泽兰、垂盆草、焦山楂、炒神曲、丹参、土茯苓、板兰根、金钱草等14味中药经炮制后，精选干燥粉碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，每四周为一疗程。
本发明清热解毒，化湿调脾，活血退黄，泻热化浊，护肝降酶，清解血热，益肝护肝，消除肝损害，恢复肝的生理功能。方中：茵陈利胆退黄；田基黄、海金沙、垂盆草、蒲公英清热利湿解毒，护肝退黄；板蓝根、土茯苓解毒利湿；泽兰、丹参、焦山楂、神曲活血保肝解毒，虎杖、鲜茅根、金钱草利尿保肝退黄，全方重在清热化湿，利尿解毒，活血退黄急速，对面黄、眼黄、尿黄急性期，两胁作痛，腹痛，喜卧，身体发热，用以急速退黄，保肝护肝，化湿利湿解毒清热，疗效确切。
经现代医学研究，本发明清热解毒，化湿调脾，活血退黄，泻热化浊，护肝降酶，清解血热，益肝护肝，消除肝损害，恢复肝的生理功能。
1、对正常生理功能无影响，或甚微，无毒副作用。
2、作用是非特异的和广谱的。
3、有调节正常机理作用，清热解毒化湿，速效消黄保肝护肝降酶的作用。
4、能有效改善患者临床症状体征，而且对改善肝功能速效退黄。
具体实施方法：
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
取：茵陈30g、鲜茅根30g、田基黄30g、虎杖12g、海金沙12g、蒲公英20g、泽兰15g、垂盆草20g、焦山楂18g、炒神曲15g、丹参18g、土茯苓15g、板兰根15g、金钱草15g共14味中药精选干燥，对其中二味中药进行炮制后，进行粉碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，四周为一疗程。
1、由权利要求：对丹参的炮制，除去杂质及残茎，洗净，润透，切厚片，干燥。
2、由权利要求：对山楂的炮制，焦山楂，取净山楂置锅中，武火炒至面焦褐色，取出晾干。
3、包括上述炮制的2味中药共14味中药精选干燥，对其中二味中药进行炮制后，进行粉碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，四周为一疗程。
本发明其临床观察400例服用一种速效退黄护肝丸的中药丸剂。患者临床观察，即有近期疗效，亦见远期治愈的疗效共计380例，尚有17例明显好转，无效3例，总有效率为92％
典型病例：
李某：女，45岁，2013年6月11日初诊，身热发黄，目黄，小便黄，口苦，两胁胀痛，腹胀痛，伴神疲乏力，面深黄，舌红，苔厚腻黄，脉弦数。中医治则，清热解毒退黄，化湿利尿解毒，保肝护肝降酶，经服用一种速效退黄护肝丸的中药丸剂，经3个疗程的治疗，症消痊愈。
林某：男，53岁，2014年3月21日初诊，高热不退，一身尽黄，目黄，小便深黄，口苦，两胁时胀痛，疲倦乏力，舌红苔黄，脉弦数。中医治则，清热解毒退黄，保肝护肝，经服用一种速效退黄护肝丸的中药丸剂，经3个疗程的治疗，康复。
Claims (3)
1.一种速效退黄护肝丸的中药丸剂。其特征在于组方配伍和各种药的重量为：茵陈30g、鲜茅根30g、田基黄30g、虎杖12g、海金沙12g、蒲公英20g、泽兰15g、垂盆草20g、焦山楂18g、炒神曲15g、丹参18g、土茯苓15g、板兰根15g、金钱草15g等14味中药。
2.由权利要求1：一种速效退黄护肝丸的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对丹参的炮制：除去杂质及残茎，洗净，润透，切厚片，干燥。
3.由权利要求2：一种速效退黄护肝丸的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对山楂的炮制：焦山楂，取净山楂置锅中，武火炒至面焦褐色，取出晾干。
