发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生磨牙棒及其制备方法。本发明以魔芋葡甘聚糖为主要材料,利用优异的超轻性、压缩弹回性、耐热性以及天然材料易降解的特质,制作柔软性好、耐用且环保的魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒。
本发明的一种魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒的制备方法,其特征在于制备步骤如下:
(1)鸡胸肉丝和鸭胸肉丝的制备:按重量比为5︰4的比例,取鸡胸肉和鸭胸肉,放入蒸汽锅中蒸煮20-23min,取出放入冰水中冰镇10-12min,将其撕成肉丝;
(2)碱性溶液的制备:按重量份计,取110-120份凉开水,加入0.5-1.0份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.03-0.05份CaCl2,放入65-75℃水浴锅中,以360r/min的转速搅拌至溶解,用NaOH溶液调PH至10-12,制得碱性溶液;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶的制备:按重量份计,取步骤(1)制得的肉丝90-100份放入步骤(2)制得的碱性溶液中,继续在65-75℃的水浴锅中以500r/min的转速搅拌均匀,再放入1-2份的魔芋葡甘聚糖,继续搅拌1.5-2h,然后,离心脱气,制得魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶;
(4)制备半成品:将步骤(3)制得的魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶放入宠物磨牙棒模具中,静置2.0-2.5h,脱去模型,得魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒半成品;
(5)干燥:将步骤(5)中的魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒半成品放入65-70℃的烘箱中,干燥至含水率为14%-17%,即得魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒。
所述羧甲基纤维素钠、CaCl2为化学纯,固体;NaOH为化学纯,液体;鸡胸肉、鸭胸肉、魔芋葡甘聚糖为食品级,固体。

本发明为一种魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒,魔芋葡甘聚糖具有良好的胶凝性、成型性及抗菌性等特性;羧甲基纤维素钠常用作凝结剂,它的加入防止制得的磨牙棒表面有网孔;氯化钙的添加,能够增强凝胶的抗热性和凝胶硬度;而NaOH能够将魔芋葡甘聚糖转化为脱乙酰基魔芋葡甘聚糖,形成热不可逆凝胶,具有更好的成膜、成型作用。鸡肉、鸭肉为低脂肉类,它们的加入使得磨牙棒的营养成分更加丰富,它们的香味能够吸引宠物,提高宠物磨牙的积极性。因此,魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒具有较好的营养价值、柔软性、耐用性和生物降解性。将本发明的魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒作如下性能测试:
(1)柔软性
将魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒和传统磨牙棒用相同的力度揉捏,作出手感比较。
(2)耐用性
用刀刮磨魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒和传统磨牙棒,观察磨损情况。
(3)生物降解性
将魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒和传统磨牙棒掩埋30天,采用土壤掩埋法进行测试。
(4)抗菌性
将魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒和传统磨牙棒做抗菌性检测。
本发明的魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒与市售磨牙棒的性能对比结果如表1所示。

实施例1:一种魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)鸡胸肉丝和鸭胸肉丝的制备:按重量份数计,取50份鸡胸肉和40份鸭胸肉,放入蒸汽锅中蒸煮20min,取出放入冰水中冰镇10min,将其撕成肉丝,备用;
(2)碱性溶液的制备:按重量份计,取110份凉开水,加入0.6份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.03份CaCl2,放入70℃水浴锅中,以360r/min的转速搅拌至溶解,用1mol/L的NaOH溶液调PH至10,制得碱性溶液;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶的制备:按重量份计,取将步骤(1)制得的肉丝90份,放入步骤(2)制得的碱性溶液中,继续在70℃的水浴锅中以500r/min的转速搅拌至均匀,再放入1份的魔芋葡甘聚糖,继续搅拌1.5h,然后,以3200r/min的转速离心15min,脱气,即得魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶;
(4)制备半成品:将步骤(3)中制得的魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶放入宠物磨牙棒模具中,静置2.0h后脱去模型,得魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒半成品;
(5)干燥:将步骤(5)中的魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒半成品放入65℃的烘箱中干燥至含水率为15%,即得魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒。
实施例2:一种魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)鸡胸肉丝和鸭胸肉丝的制备:按重量份数计,取40份鸡胸肉和32份鸭胸肉,放入蒸汽锅中蒸煮22min,取出放入冰水中冰镇12min,将其撕成肉丝,备用;
(2)碱性溶液的制备:按重量份计,取120份凉开水,加入0.8份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.04份CaCl2,放入75℃水浴锅中,以360r/min的转速搅拌至溶解,用1mol/L的NaOH溶液调PH至12,制得碱性溶液;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶的制备:按重量份计,取将步骤(1)中制得的肉丝100份,放入步骤(2)制得的碱性溶液,继续在75℃的水浴锅中以500r/min的转速搅拌至均匀,再放入1.5份的魔芋葡甘聚糖,继续搅拌2h,然后,以3200r/min的转速离心20min脱气,即得魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶;
(4)制备半成品:将步骤(3)中制得的魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶放入宠物磨牙棒模具中,静置2.5h后脱去模型,得魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒半成品;
(5)干燥:将步骤(5)中的魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒半成品放入70℃的烘箱中干燥至含水率为17%,即得魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒。
本实施例制备的宠物磨牙棒可作为宠物消除口臭和磨牙洁齿的仿生磨牙棒的使用。

(1)鸡胸肉丝和鸭胸肉丝的制备:按重量比为5︰4的比例,取鸡胸肉和鸭胸肉,放入蒸汽锅中蒸煮20-23min,取出放入冰水中冰镇10-12min,将其撕成肉丝;
(2)碱性溶液的制备:按重量份计,取110-120份凉开水,加入0.5-1.0份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.03-0.05份CaCl2,放入65-75℃水浴锅中,以360r/min的转速搅拌至溶解,用NaOH溶液调PH至10-12,制得碱性溶液;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶的制备:按重量份计,取步骤(1)制得的肉丝90-100份,放入步骤(2)制得的碱性溶液中,继续在65-75℃的水浴锅中以500r/min的转速搅拌均匀,再放入1-2份的魔芋葡甘聚糖,继续搅拌1.5-2h,然后,离心脱气,制得魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶;
(4)制备半成品:将步骤(3)制得的魔芋葡甘聚糖混合凝胶放入宠物磨牙棒模具中,静置2.0-2.5h,脱去模型,得魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒半成品;
(5)干燥:将步骤(4)中的魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒半成品放入65-70℃的烘箱中,干燥至含水率为14%-17%,制得魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)所述NaOH溶液,其浓度为1mol/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)所述离心脱气,以3200r/min的转速离心15-20min。
4.由权利要求1-3所述的任一方法制备的魔芋葡甘聚糖仿生宠物磨牙棒。
