Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂及其制备方法,该涤纶FDY纺丝油剂包含平滑剂80‑92%,粘度改进剂2‑3%,环保乳化剂4‑8%,柔软剂0.5‑2%,抗静电剂1‑2.5%,复合抗氧剂0.1‑0.4%。本发明所提供的弹性纤维有着优越弹性,平滑性能良好,无异常断头,在同样工艺条件下可明显提高优等品率;而且使成品线密度均匀,染色均度高,质量稳定;本发明油剂耐热性能好,无明显烟雾,乳液配制简便,粒度均匀,具有一定的抗菌能力,适用于FDY纺牵一步法生产流水线。

一种环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺丝油剂领域,具体涉及一种环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国化纤工业近几年发展迅速,其中涤纶产品占到总产量的80%以上,随着涤纶工业的发展,对涤纶油剂的需求,无论是品种或者数量都越来越多,对涤纶油剂的质量要求也越来越高。DTY油剂是涤纶DTY纤维加工过程中必不可少的,需要能调节纤维的摩擦特性,赋予纤维平滑、柔软等特性,使化学纤维顺利通过纺丝、拉伸、加弹纺纱、织造等工序,确保化纤生产的顺利进行。
目前,涤纶DTY油剂通常由平滑剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂等成分组成。其中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)是广泛使用的乳化剂,其对环境潜在的危害已经被广泛的研究和论证,2003年欧盟专门制订了限制APEO使用的法规性文件“2003/53/EC指令”,其中明确界定:出口欧洲纺织品和服装上的APEO的限量不超过0.1%。
现有的普通DTY油剂抗氧化性差,容易使涤纶DTY纤维变黄,从而造成重大损失;耐热性差,温度过高时会严重挥发,产生较大烟雾;传统DTY油剂含有APEO成分,会造成环境污染,以及影响下游企业的产品出口。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种性能稳定,可纺性好,生物降解性好,能满足涤纶纤维高速纺丝工艺要求,有效提高涤纶纺丝质量。为达到上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
我国化纤工业近几年发展迅速,其中涤纶产品占到总产量的80%以上,随着涤纶工业的发展,对涤纶油剂的需求,无论是品种或者数量都越来越多,对涤纶油剂的质量要求也越来越高。DTY油剂是涤纶DTY纤维加工过程中必不可少的,需要能调节纤维的摩擦特性,赋予纤维平滑、柔软等特性,使化学纤维顺利通过纺丝、拉伸、加弹纺纱、织造等工序,确保化纤生产的顺利进行。
目前,涤纶DTY油剂通常由平滑剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂等成分组成。其中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)是广泛使用的乳化剂,其对环境潜在的危害已经被广泛的研究和论证,2003年欧盟专门制订了限制 APEO使用的法规性文件“2003/53/EC指令”,其中明确界定:出口欧洲纺织品和服装上的APEO的限量不超过0.1%。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
将88.8%重量比的平滑剂(加氢精制环烷基型矿物油)、2.5%重量比的粘度改进剂(乙丙共聚物)和0.2%重量比的复合抗氧剂(亚磷酸酯抗氧剂0.1%,酚类抗氧剂0.1%)加入到反应釜中,加热温度为80℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;然后将6%重量比的环保乳化剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2%)、1%重量比的柔软剂(聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯)和1.5%重量比的抗静电剂(烷基磷酸盐)加入到反应釜中,加热温度为70℃,搅拌1.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得一种环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂。
实施例2
将90.6%重量比的平滑剂(加氢精制环烷基型矿物油85.6%、多元醇酯5%)、2%重量比的粘度改进剂(乙丙共聚物)和0.1%重量比的复合抗氧剂(亚磷酸酯抗氧剂0.05%,酚类抗氧剂0.05%)加入到反应釜中,加热温度为75℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;然后将5.5%重量比的环保乳化剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3.5、聚氧乙烯月桂酸脂2%)、0.8%重量比的柔软剂(聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯)和1%重量比的抗静电剂(磺基苯磺酸二丁酯钠盐)加入到反应釜中,加热温度为75℃,搅拌1.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得一种环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂。
实施例3
将86.8%重量比的平滑剂(加氢精制环烷基型矿物油)、3%重量比的粘度改进剂(乙丙共聚物)和0.2%重量比的复合抗氧剂(亚磷酸酯抗氧剂0.1%,酚类抗氧剂0.1%)加入到反应釜中,加热温度为85℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;然后将7%重量比的环保乳化剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2%、聚氧乙烯月桂酸脂2%)、1%重量比的柔软剂(聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯)和2%重量比的抗静电剂(烷基磷酸盐)加入到反应釜中,加热温度为70℃,搅拌1.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得一种环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂。
实施例4
将87.7%重量比的平滑剂(加氢精制环烷基型矿物油82.7%、多元醇酯5%)、2.5%重量比的粘度改进剂(乙丙共聚物)和0.3%重量比的复合抗氧剂(亚磷酸酯抗氧剂0.15%,酚类抗氧剂0.15%)加入到反应釜中,加热温度为80℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;然后将6.5%重量比的环保乳化剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3.5%)、0.5%重量比的柔软剂(聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯)和2.5%重量比的抗静电剂(磺基苯磺酸二丁酯钠盐)加入到反应釜中,加热温度为75℃,搅拌1.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得一种环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂。
通过上述实施例1-4可以得证本发明提供的环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂可以达到以 下质量指标:
外观(25℃) 无色透明油状液体
运动粘度(40℃)/(mm2/s) 8-14.3
密度(20℃)/(g/cm3) 0.81-0.92
闭口闪点(℃) ≥139
pH(5%水溶液) 6.2-7.8
乳化性(1%水溶液) 呈均匀乳白色液体

Claims (7)

1.一种环保涤纶FDY油剂,其特征在于:该涤纶FDY纺丝油剂包含平滑剂80-92%,粘度改进剂2-3%,环保乳化剂4-8%,柔软剂0.5-2%,抗静电剂1-2.5%,复合抗氧剂0.1-0.4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂,其特征在于:所述的粘度改进剂为乙丙共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征在于,所述的环保乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和聚氧乙烯月桂酸脂中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂为聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯;所述的柔软剂硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯是一种非离子表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征在于:所述的抗静电剂为烷基磷酸盐或磺基苯磺酸二丁酯钠盐中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的混合物。
7.一种制备权利要求1-7任一所述的环保涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的方法,该方法的步骤如下:按权利要求1-7中人一种涤纶FDY纺丝油剂重量百分比称取平滑剂、粘度改进剂和复合抗氧剂加入到反应釜中,加热温度为75-85℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;然后将环保乳化剂、柔软剂、抗静电剂加入到反应釜中,加热温度为60-75℃,搅拌0.5-2小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得环保抗氧化涤纶DTY油剂。
