Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯弹性体组合物及分体活塞,该组合物包括按重量份计的以下组分:聚四氢呋喃二元醇100份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯25‑35份,1,4‑丁二醇9‑15份,3,5‑二甲硫基甲苯二胺2‑5份,有机铋催化剂0.3‑0.5份,抗氧剂0.3‑0.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.4‑0.6份。各组分搭配,可大大降低磨耗,减少压缩永久变形,提高耐热性和耐水性,延长活塞使用寿命。

一种聚氨酯弹性体组合物及分体活塞
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯弹性体材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯弹性体组合物及分体活塞。
背景技术
混凝土泵工作过程中,利用活塞在缸体内的往复运动,使混凝土通过管路连续压送到浇筑工作面,由于活塞是与混凝土接触且直接推动混凝土做功受力的部件,要承受混凝土的压力和撞击,极易造成发热和磨损。
聚氨酯弹性体具有优异的耐磨性,是普通橡胶的10倍以上,目前正逐渐取代传统的丁腈橡胶,成为泵用活塞的主流材料。但现有材料耐热性和耐水性不佳,压缩永久变形大,对聚氨酯的使用寿命有较大影响,因此,传统的聚氨酯活塞使用寿命一般在1.2万方左右,设备的运行和维护成本依然较高。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,第一方面,提出一种聚氨酯弹性体组合物,提高耐水性和使用温度,降低磨耗,从而延长活塞使用寿命。
根据本发明实施例的聚氨酯弹性体组合物,包括按重量份计的以下组分:
聚四氢呋喃二元醇100份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)25-35份,1,4-丁二醇9-15份,3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺2-5份,有机铋催化剂0.3-0.5份,抗氧剂0.3-0.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.4-0.6份。
根据本发明实施例的聚氨酯弹性体组合物,至少具有如下有益效果:
聚四氢呋喃构成软段,与MDI反应,用一定量的1,4-丁二醇和3,5-二甲硫基甲苯进行扩链,在有机铋催化剂的催化下可获得具有优异耐磨性、耐热性和耐水性的聚氨酯弹性体,压缩永久变形率明显降低,用于活塞制备,平均使用方量得到明显提高。
优选的,所述聚四氢呋喃二元醇分子量为1000-2000。
优选的,所述有机铋催化剂为辛酸铋,与其他催化剂相比,能更好地控制反应速率。
优选的,还包括色浆适量,所述色浆根据产品颜色选择,用量优选为0.05-0.2份。
第二方面,提供一种分体活塞,采用上述聚氨酯弹性体组合物制成。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施例作进一步地详细描述。此处所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,不能理解为对本申请保护范围的限制。
以下实施例中,聚四氢呋喃二元醇PTMG-2000,购自巴斯夫;有机铋催化剂为辛酸铋TEGOKAT722,购自德国Goldschmidt公司;MDI,抗氧剂264,紫外线吸收剂UV-9,均购自拜耳;蓝色浆BU01,购自德国莱茵化工;3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺,Ethacure 300,购自美国Albemarle公司。

实施例1-3的配方见表1。

对比例1
与实施例1相比,区别在于,将MDI替换为等摩尔数的TDI。
对比例2
与实施例1相比,区别在于,将3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺用等量的1,4-丁二醇替代。
分别将各实施例和对比例除催化剂以外的各组分混合,加热至65~80℃,搅拌均匀,加入辛酸铋,再次搅拌均匀,倒入封闭的磨具内,按表2的测试项目制成样条或活塞样品。固化条件为:110~130℃预固化1h,110~120℃后固化16h。
除方量以外,每组样品的每个测试项目至少平行测试5次,取平均值。方量测试条件为:将每组样品制成活塞,安装在车载泵上现场试用,每个样品试用活塞数为10个以上,取平均值。
测试结果如表2所示。

由以上结果可知,本实施例组合物100℃水煮后,拉伸强度保有率大于85%,长期使用温度可达98℃以上,而市售同类产品一般在80℃左右。阿克隆磨耗呈指数级降低,压缩永久变型率也有一定程度改善,活塞产品使用平均方量可提升至2万方以上,最高方量可达4万方以上,而市面上常见的聚氨酯活塞在车载泵上的使用寿命一般在1.5万方以下,可见,本实施例方案能明显提高活塞的使用寿命,应用价值显著。

Claims (5)

1.一种聚氨酯弹性体组合物,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的以下组分:
聚四氢呋喃二元醇100份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯25-35份,1,4-丁二醇9-15份,3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺2-5份,有机铋催化剂0.3-0.5份,抗氧剂0.3-0.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.4-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯弹性体组合物,其特征在于,所述聚四氢呋喃二元醇分子量为1000-2000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯弹性体组合物,其特征在于,所述有机铋催化剂为辛酸铋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯弹性体组合物,其特征在于,还包括色浆适量。
5.一种分体活塞,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-4任一项所述的聚氨酯弹性体组合物制成。
