Abstract
本发明提供了坭兴陶的烧制方法,包括制备坯料、坯体成型、修整坯体、坯体干燥、坯体烧制,所述坯料是在坭兴陶泥料的基础上加入0.001~0.002%的NaCl;所述坯体烧制是将干燥坯体先以50~80℃/h的速率升温至300℃,调整压强至6~10KPa并保温保压5~10min,恢复正常气压;再以100~120℃/h的速率升温至950℃,调整压强至6~10KPa并保温保压10~15min,恢复正常气压;然后升温至1100~1200℃,自然冷却。本发明烧制的坭兴陶抗热震性能较好,能直接在各种热源上使用,经久而不开裂,可满足QB/T2580‑2002《精细陶瓷烹调器》的标准要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及坭兴陶的烧制方法。
背景技术
坭兴陶的工艺主要包括以下几个步骤:1)制备坯料:坯料选用横穿钦州市区的钦江以东的泥土,俗称东泥(为软质粘土,颜色为黄白色,含微量石英砂,在坭兴陶的生产工艺中起调整可塑性以结合性作用),和钦江以西地域的泥土,俗称西泥(含有少量K2O、NaO、CaO、MgO、Fe203、TiO2、MnO2,是一种含铁量较高的紫泥石,颜色为紫红色,表面层有少量铁质浸染,为硬质粘土,可塑性及结合性较差),按东泥40~60%、西泥40~60%的重量百分比混合,经研磨、脱水等一系列工艺制成坯料;坯料的含水率为24~25%;2)坯体成型:采用可塑法或注浆法将坯料制成各种器型的坯体;3)修整坯体:将坯体修整以达到设计要求;4)干燥:采用风干法对坯体进行干燥,使坯体水分排除;5)绘画雕刻:在坯体上书写作画并进行雕刻;6):坯体干燥;7)烧制坯体:将干燥的坯体装窑烧制,烧制温度控制在1100~1200℃,烧制时间为10h,冷却后出窑;8)抛光打磨:将坯体抛光打磨,即得。坭兴陶成品抗热震性能较差,无法直接在明火上使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种坭兴陶的烧制方法,该方法烧制的坭兴陶抗热震性能较好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是坭兴陶的烧制方法,包括以下步骤:
坭兴陶的烧制方法,包括制备坯料、坯体成型、修整坯体、坯体干燥、坯体烧制,其特征在于:
所述坯料是在坭兴陶泥料的基础上加入0.001~0.002%的NaCl;
所述坯体烧制是将干燥坯体先以50~80℃/h的速率升温至300℃,调整压强至6~10KPa并保温保压5~10min,恢复正常气压;再以100~120℃/h的速率升温至950℃,调整压强至6~10KPa并保温保压10~15min,恢复正常气压;然后升温至1100~1200℃,自然冷却。
作为优选,所述坭兴陶泥料是由东泥和西泥组成,两者重量比为4~6:4~6。
进一步优选,东泥和西泥的重量比为6:4。
作为优选,所述坯体烧制是将干燥坯体先以50~80℃/h的速率升温至300℃,调整压强至6~10KPa并保温保压5~10min,恢复正常气压;再以100~120℃/h的速率升温至950℃,调整压强至6~10KPa并保温保压10~15min,恢复正常气压;然后以80~120℃/h的速率升温至1100~1200℃,自然冷却。
本发明在坯料中加入微量NaCl以及在烧制关键节点施以负压,可大幅坭兴陶成品抗热震性能,成品能直接在各种热源上使用,经久而不开裂,满足QB/T2580-2002《精细陶瓷烹调器》的标准要求。
具体实施方式
以下用实施例来进一步说明本发明的实质性内容,但并不以此限定本发明。
实施例1
1)制备坯料:将东泥4kg、西泥6kg、NaCl 0.01g,混合均匀,经研磨、压滤、真空练泥、陈腐工序后,得到坯料;
2)坯体成型:将坯体制成外口径=150mm,容量=500ml,相同器型的小型器皿坯体100个;
3)坯体干燥:将坯体风干干燥;
4)坯体烧制:将干燥坯体先以50℃/h的速率升温至300℃,调整压强至6KPa并保温保压5min,恢复正常气压;再以100℃/h的速率升温至950℃,调整压强至6KPa并保温保压10min,恢复正常气压;然后以80℃/h的速率升温至1100℃,自然冷却,得到坭兴陶成品。
将坭兴陶成品一一装水后直接放入到煤气炉上加热未见开裂,并逐一进行1000℃至20℃热交换十次不裂。
实施例2
1)制备坯料:将东泥6kg、西泥6kg、NaCl 0.02g,混合均匀,经研磨、压滤、真空练泥、陈腐工序后,得到坯料;
2)坯体成型:将坯体制成外口径=200mm,容量=1000ml,相同器型的小型器皿坯体100个;
3)坯体干燥:将坯体风干干燥;
4)坯体烧制:将干燥坯体先以80℃/h的速率升温至300℃,调整压强至10KPa并保温保压10min,恢复正常气压;再以120℃/h的速率升温至950℃,调整压强至10KPa并保温保压15min,恢复正常气压;然后以120℃/h的速率升温至1200℃,自然冷却,得到坭兴陶成品。
将坭兴陶成品一一装水后直接放入到煤气炉上加热未见开裂,并逐一进行1000℃至20℃热交换十次不裂。
实施例3
1)制备坯料:将东泥6kg、西泥4kg、NaCl 0.015g,混合均匀,经研磨、压滤、真空练泥、陈腐工序后,得到坯料;
2)坯体成型:将坯体制成外口径=180mm,容量=750ml,相同器型的小型器皿坯体100个;
3)坯体干燥:将坯体风干干燥;
4)坯体烧制:将干燥坯体先以60℃/h的速率升温至300℃,调整压强至8KPa并保温保压8min,恢复正常气压;再以110℃/h的速率升温至950℃,调整压强至8KPa并保温保压12min,恢复正常气压;然后以100℃/h的速率升温至1150℃,自然冷却,得到坭兴陶成品。
将坭兴陶成品一一装水后直接放入到煤气炉上加热未见开裂,并逐一进行1000℃至20℃热交换十次不裂。
实施例4
1)制备坯料:将东泥4kg、西泥6kg、NaCl 0.01g,混合均匀,经研磨、压滤、真空练泥、陈腐工序后,得到坯料;
2)坯体成型:将坯体制成外口径=225mm,容量=1500ml,相同器型的小型器皿坯体100个;
3)坯体干燥:将坯体风干干燥;
4)坯体烧制:将干燥坯体先以50℃/h的速率升温至300℃,调整压强至10KPa并保温保压5min,恢复正常气压;再以120℃/h的速率升温至950℃,调整压强至6KPa并保温保压15min,恢复正常气压;然后以80℃/h的速率升温至1200℃,自然冷却,得到坭兴陶成品。

1.坭兴陶的烧制方法,包括制备坯料、坯体成型、修整坯体、坯体干燥、坯体烧制,其特征在于:
所述坯料是在坭兴陶泥料的基础上加入0.001~0.002%的NaCl;
所述坯体烧制是将干燥坯体先以50~80℃/h的速率升温至300℃,调整压强至6~10KPa并保温保压5~10min,恢复正常气压;再以100~120℃/h的速率升温至950℃,调整压强至6~10KPa并保温保压10~15min,恢复正常气压;然后升温至1100~1200℃,自然冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的坭兴陶的烧制方法,其特征在于:所述坭兴陶泥料是由东泥和西泥组成,两者重量比为4~6:4~6。

4.根据权利要求1所述的坭兴陶的烧制方法,其特征在于:以80~120℃/h的速率升温至1100~1200℃。
