Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of livestock breeding, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating infectious rhinitis of chicken, application, a feeding method and a preparation method.
Background
Infectious coryza of chicken, rhinitis for short, is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by haemophilus paragallinarum pathogen, and the disease has a tendency of epidemic from north to south, and even the chicken flocks inoculated with the vaccine have a report of morbidity. Recently, the layer chicken have a lot of rhinitis.
① is fast in onset, rhinitis diseases are extremely fast in prevalence, after a chicken group is infected with sick chicken, the chicken group can be quickly infected with the full group and even erupt in the whole field, sick chicken are low in spirit, feathers are reversed, the head of the chicken is inserted into the lower wing, head swinging is often performed, sneezing, rhinorrhea, thin first and thick later, the chicken can stick nostrils, yellow green excrement and diarrhea are discharged, infected chicken only mainly show swollen nose swollen face, the chicken infected for two days can see cheese-like dead matters or mucus blocks in the nostrils, follicle deformation and congestion are easily caused during the onset of laying hens, bleeding is easy to break, peritonitis is caused by falling into the abdominal cavity sometimes, the laying rate is influenced in different degrees (the laying rate can be reduced by 10-40%), ② haemophilus parasuisorbae has A, B, C three serotypes, before 2012, the A-type and C-type rhinitis of the chicken group are not disappeared since 2013 years, the B-type rhinitis, river and the other chicken are susceptible to kill the A-type and C type coryza infection easily caused by repeated infection of a common pathogen, the bacterial infection caused by a serious infectious pathogen, the course of a serious infectious coryza before the north of a course of a narrow down course of infection, the pig is caused by a narrow down, the course of a narrow down course of infection of a narrow down course of a narrow down, the pig, the narrow down course of a narrow down, the narrow down course of pig, the narrow down course of a narrow down course of pig, narrow down course of a narrow down, the narrow down course of pig, the narrow down course of infection of a narrow down course of pig, narrow down course of a narrow down, narrow down course of chicken, narrow down course of a narrow.
The existing medicine for treating infectious coryza of chicken has poor curative effect and large side effect, and can hurt the liver and the kidney.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above defects, on the one hand, the invention provides the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the infectious coryza of chicken, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the infectious coryza of chicken is pure and non-antibiotic, and has good curative effect.
The technical scheme is as follows: a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating infectious rhinitis of chicken is prepared from the following components:
150 portions of mulberry leaves and 200 portions of mulberry leaves;
100 portions of wild buckwheat rhizome and 150 portions of wild buckwheat rhizome;
150 portions of angelica dahurica and 200 portions of angelica;
150 portions of tuckahoe and 200 portions;
magnolia flower 150-; and
100 portions and 150 portions of centipeda minima.
Preferably, the mulberry leaf is 180 parts by weight, the wild buckwheat rhizome is 120 parts by weight, the angelica dahurica is 170 parts by weight, the poria cocos is 180 parts by weight, and the magnolia flower is 200 parts by weight; the centipeda minima accounts for 150 parts by weight.
On one hand, the invention also provides a method for preparing the chicken infectious rhinitis traditional Chinese medicine composition, the method has the advantages that the whole formula is extracted once, the distillate and the extracting solution are all recovered, all effective substances are extracted to the maximum extent, the whole process is vacuum-concentrated, the temperature is not higher than 80 ℃, and the effective components of the medicinal materials are not damaged to the maximum extent. The most advanced natural organic matter precipitation method is adopted, impurities such as starch, tannin and the like are removed, meanwhile, effective substances are retained to the maximum extent, and loss of a large number of effective substances caused by alcohol precipitation is avoided.
The technical scheme is as follows: a method for preparing the chicken infectious rhinitis traditional Chinese medicine composition sequentially comprises the following steps:
① taking folium Mori 180 weight parts, rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis 120 weight parts, radix Angelicae Dahuricae 170 weight parts, Poria 180 weight parts, flos Magnoliae 200 weight parts, and herba Centipedae 150 weight parts;
② adding 8-10 times of water, decocting for 3 times, each time for 1 hr;
③ mixing decoctions, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure to relative density of 1.05-1.10;
④ adding water to 1000 weight parts, and filtering;
⑤ adding sodium benzoate 3 weight parts into the filtrate, adding water to adjust the total amount to 1000 weight parts, mixing, packaging, and sterilizing to obtain the oral liquid.
