本发明涉及服装免烫整理技术领域,具体涉及一种纯棉服装用除皱免烫整理剂及其免烫整理工艺。
背景技术
棉织物具有手感自然,吸湿透气抗静电,对人体无刺激,穿着舒适等特点,而且具有可降解性。一直是深受消费者推崇的环保面料,但是,棉织物存在抗皱性能差、容易形变、缩水率大的缺点,因此对棉织物进行免烫整理十分必要。免烫整理在改善纯棉织物折皱回复性、提高纯棉织物水洗后平整度的同时,对棉织物的物理性能有很大程度的损失,对于薄型纯棉织物,由于其本身强力绝对值较低,因此要选择不降低强力的免烫整理剂,同时还要选取适宜的整理工艺,保证免烫整理后织物具有良好的干湿折皱回复性能,同时尽量降低强力损失,不影响织物的服用性。
抗皱整理的目的和作用是使纺织品具有不易产生折皱或者产生的折皱易回复原状,并且在使用过程中能保持平挺的外观。其方法除了树脂整理以外,还可以采用交联等方法;而树脂整理则是用高分子材料进行整理。棉纤维属于纤维素纤维,而纤维素纤维是由失水葡萄糖单元组成的高聚物,一个纤维素分子是6000-7000个单元组成的长链。这些纤维素长链分子在一些区域内相互平行排列并相互形成氢键和范德华引力,这样的区域称为晶区。在这些区域内纤维素链紧密牢固地与相邻分子链结合在一起,可以相信在晶区内纤维素分子间是没有空间可让水分子和树脂分子进去的。另外,由于相邻纤维素链间的强力很强,所以纤维素链的相对运动是很困难的,即使产生分子的相对位移,待应力消除,其结合力就立刻使位移分子回复到原来位置,所以可以认为结晶区是用来防皱的。现代理论认为,在纤维素分子链的结晶区之间存在着序列较差的无定形区,在这个区域内纤维素分子不是排列的非常有序。在无定型区纤维链间的问隔较大,相邻链间的引力也低于晶区,所以在无定形区的纤维素链间,水分子、树脂分子和染料分子都可渗入,由于纤维相邻链间引力较低折皱引起的应力可以使纤维素链产生相对位移,一旦应力去除,也因为没有足够的约束力能使纤维素分子回到其原来的位置,这样就使织物产生折皱,所以折皱可认为是在无定型区产生的。
为了使纤维或织物具有防皱性能,就必须在无定形区紧邻的纤维素分子问增添一些连接。处理时织物要保持所需要的形状,这样引入的分子至少应具有两个以上能与纤维素发生反应的基团,在适当的催化剂条件下,这样分子通常被称为纺织树脂。纤维素纤维织物的抗皱作用主要是依靠纤维素分子上大量的反应性基团与整理剂交联,限制了结构单元之间的相对位移。棉纤维由β-D葡萄糖通过1-4甙键联接起来的纤维素大分子组成的,在纤维素分子中每个葡萄糖环上都保留三个可以形成氢键的自由羟基,所以棉织物抗皱作用主要是依靠纤维素分子上大量的反应性基团与整理剂交联限制了结构单元之间的相对位移得到的。
长期以来,棉织物的抗皱整理使用的是醛(酰)胺缩合树脂,特别是热固性N-羟甲基树脂与N-羟甲基酰胺类化合物,如二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲(2D树脂)、三羟甲基三聚氰胺(THMM)、二羟甲基脲、二羟甲基乙烯脲、二羟甲基丙烯脲、二羟甲基烷基四氢三嗪酮,以及四聚甲醛树脂等。其中以2D树脂的应用最多,2D树脂及其整理品在存放和穿着过程中存在释放甲醛问题,容易对人体健康造成伤害。更为重要的是,脲醛或酚醛预缩体的整理工艺,由于预缩体和整理液的稳定性差,整理后的织物具有泛黄、手感差及强力下降的缺点。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种纯棉服装用滁州免烫整理剂及其免烫整理工艺,以不同的环氧树脂复配做基材,甲醛含量低于9.3mg/kg,安全高效,与织物间的附着力强,成膜覆盖效果好,配合氧化钛粘土复合材料、多乙烯多胺型载铜棉纤维,有效提高了织物整体的柔软性、抗紫外性和抗菌效果,色牢度高,光泽影响小,持效性长,同时加强了与面料纤维间的交联结合,整体力学性能明显提高,耐磨性明显改善,服装面料综合质量显著提高。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种纯棉服装用除皱免烫整理剂,包括以下重量份数组分:复合树脂基120-150份、纯苯丙乳液30-40份、氧化钛粘土复合材料20-30份、聚醚多元醇5-10份、多乙烯多胺型载铜棉纤维3-5份、催化剂15-20份、纤维助剂20-35份、水800-900份。
优选的,所述复合树脂基为柔性环氧树脂、酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂的组合物,两者质量比为1:1-3。
优选的,所述氧化钛粘土复合材料包括以下质量百分含量组分:纳米二氧化钛10-12%、氨基粘土5-8%、聚酰亚胺树脂10-15%、油椰油酰单乙醇胺0.5-2%、KR-238S 1-2%、n-异丙基丙烯酰胺1-4%、水余量。
优选的,所述氧化钛粘土复合材料制备方法为:按质量百分含量取料,将氨基粘土在氮气氛围下热处理1-2h备用;将纳米二氧化钛加入水中,40℃恒温震荡处理10-20min,然后将n-异丙基丙烯酰胺、油椰油酰单乙醇胺依次加入其中,两者间隔至少5min添加,添加完成后震荡处理10min再将聚酰亚胺树脂缓慢加入其中,加入时间大于3min,再将KR-238S加入其中,并在加入的同时恒速升温至80-85℃,保温20-60min,然后将处理后的氨基粘土随气流由喷枪加入其中,继续保温震荡30-60min,取出流化床干燥,破碎得氧化钛粘土复合材料。

由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明以不同的环氧型树脂复配做基材,甲醛含量低至8.5mg/kg,安全高效,与织物间的附着力强,成膜覆盖效果好,配合氧化钛粘土复合材料、多乙烯多胺型载铜棉纤维,有效提高了织物整体的柔软性、抗紫外性和抗菌效果,色牢度高,光泽影响小,持效性长,同时加强了与面料纤维间的交联结合,整体力学性能明显提高,耐磨性明显改善,服装面料综合质量显著提高。
采用柔性环氧树脂、酚醛环氧乙烯基树脂,相容性好,用于树脂免烫均匀性强,且自身性能优异,结合力强,在制备过程中,辅助添加有氧化钛粘土复合材料、多乙烯多胺型载铜棉纤维,与树脂基间形成优异的空间网络结构,稳定性好,有利于后期氧化钛分子和游离的金属元素的缓释转移,提高了面料的抗紫外氧化和抗菌性,而且通过合理的预制,对复合材料以及棉纤维具有优异的活化效果,在与纯棉服装浸轧操作时,反应结合性好,加强了树脂基的有效利用率,不仅有利于缩短免烫整理周期,同时,对面料的平挺保持性也具有良好的提升。

采用本发明实施例制得的除皱免烫整理剂和免烫整理工艺对棉质服装(衬衫)进行处理,测得性能数据如下,其中对比例1为以实施例1为基准,不含氧化钛粘土复合材料;对比例2为以实施例1为基准,不含多乙烯多胺型载铜棉纤维:

6.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉服装用除皱免烫整理剂,其特征在于:所述多乙烯多胺型载铜棉纤维中载铜量为10-11mg/g,所述多乙烯多胺采用质量比1:2的二乙烯三胺和四乙烯五胺组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉服装用除皱免烫整理剂,其特征在于:所述催化剂为Knittex CatMO、CAT 100、PSH CAT-2880的组合物,三者摩尔比为1:0.5-1:0.2-0.3。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉服装用除皱免烫整理剂,其特征在于:所述纤维助剂为保护剂DTP、柔软剂SF 48、渗透剂JFC的组合物,三者质量比为1:0.5-1:0.5-1。
9.由权利要求1-8任一项所述的纯棉服装用除皱免烫整理剂,应用于棉织物染整加工时的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,工艺步骤如下:
1)按重量份取料,将复合树脂基与聚醚多元醇共混搅拌3-5min,然后将水加入其中,55-70℃继续搅拌混合10-15min,再将多乙烯多胺型载铜棉纤维加入其中,保温搅拌10-20min,得混料一备用;将氧化钛粘土复合材料加入纯苯丙乳液中,高速搅拌混合10-20min,再超声处理3-5min,得混料二备用;将混料二在搅拌条件下缓慢加入混料一中,均匀混合后再将催化剂、纤维助剂加入其中,45-50℃保温搅拌10-20min,即得免烫整理剂;
2)调节免烫整理剂pH值为2.5-3.5,在25-30℃条件下,将棉织物二浸二轧,轧液率为65-75%,然后在85-90℃条件下干燥至棉织物含潮量为10-12%,收卷覆膜堆放20-24h;
3)取出依次进行水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸洗、水洗,然后在90℃条件下烘干至含潮量小于10%,进行常规预缩处理,最后在165-170℃条件下烘培120s即得整理后的纯棉服装。
10.由权利要求9免烫整理工艺整理后的纯棉服装,DP等级大于3.5。
