Abstract

本发明公开一种电机轴孔加工设备的钻孔组件,包括Z轴底座、线性导轨组件、电主轴、第一~二推杆以及气缸,其中Z轴底座固定于床体台面上,线性导轨组件通过导轨座固定于Z轴底座上,线性导轨组件的滑块上安装有滑台基板;电主轴安装于主轴座内,主轴座通过主轴垫板固定安装于滑台基板上;第一推杆固定在滑台基板下方并与第二推杆通过插销连接,第二推杆通过铰链销与接头连接,接头安装在Z轴气缸的活塞杆前端,Z轴气缸通过气缸座安装在导轨座端部一侧。本发明设备为全自动化运行,替代了传统的人工操作加工方式,效率大大提高,加工精度高,减少了操作人员的劳动强度,降低了废品率。

一种电机轴孔加工设备的钻孔组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工件加工设备,具体为一种电机轴孔加工设备钻孔组件。
背景技术
电机轴是电机产品的重要组成部分,电机轴的加工精度、质量直接影响电机的整体质量和使用寿命。如图1A~1B所示,传统的电机轴产品尾部锥孔加工通常采用普通车床通过人工操作方式进行加工,需要人工往夹具里上料,稳定性差,效率低,且容易现废品,存在导至废品率高,加工精度低,劳动强度大等不足。
主要缺点有:1.无法连续加工,每加工完成一个工件后需取下,再装夹下一个工件,加工不能连续进行,间隔时间长,人员劳动强度大,生产效率低下。2.尺寸偏差大,易超差造成废品。
随着科学技术的发展,自动化加工应用于各种机械零部件的加工工艺中,极大提高了加工精度,尤其电机轴产品尾部锥孔的加工,可保证轴孔与轴同心以及锥角的角度控制在允许的工差范围内。此发明将钻孔工序作为一个单独的工序进行加工,钻孔深度通过传感器来保证,直线精度通过精密直线导轨来保证。通过自动上下料相配合达到对尾部锥孔的高效率加工。
发明内容
针对现有技术中电机轴产品尾部锥孔的加工过程劳动强度大、加工精度低等不足,本发明要解决的问题是提供一种可降低劳动强度、提高工作效率及加工精度的电机轴孔加工设备钻孔组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明一种电机轴孔加工设备的钻孔组件,包括Z轴底座、线性导轨组件、电主轴、第一~二推杆以及气缸,其中Z轴底座固定于床体台面上,线性导轨组件通过导轨座固定于Z轴底座上,线性导轨组件的滑块上安装有滑台基板;电主轴安装于主轴座内,主轴座通过主轴垫板固定安装于滑台基板上;第一推杆固定在滑台基板下方并与第二推杆通过插销连接,第二推杆通过铰链销与接头连接,接头安装在Z轴气缸的活塞杆前端,Z轴气缸通过气缸座安装在导轨座端部一侧。
推杆组件包括第一推杆固定在滑台基板下方并与第二推杆通过插销连接,第二推杆通过铰链销与接头连接,接头穿过气缸座中间通孔安装在Z 轴气缸的活塞杆前端。
本发明还包括液压阻尼器、阻尼器支架、接近开关支架以及接近开关,阻尼器支架安装在滑台基板一侧,液压阻尼器通过阻尼器支架从前后两侧固定,接近开关通过接近开关支架安装在滑台基板另一侧。
本发明具有以下有益效果及优点:
1.本发明设备为全自动化运行,替代了传统的人工操作加工方式,效率大大提高,加工精度高,减少了操作人员的劳动强度,降低了废品率。
2.应用本发明设备加工的电机轴孔进深100%达到工艺要求,节约了成本,实现零返工。
3.本发明整体结构简单,易于维护。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步阐述。
钻孔组件为电机轴孔加工设备的主要加工单元,负责执行电机轴的钻孔工序。
如图2~5所示,本发明一种电机轴孔加工设备的钻孔组件,也即Z轴组件,包括Z轴底座201、线性导轨组件204(本实施例采用上银直线导轨)、电主轴211推杆组件以及气缸219,其中Z轴底座201固定于床体台面上,线性导轨组件204通过导轨座202固定于Z轴底座201上,线性导轨组件 204的滑块上安装有滑台基板205;电主轴211安装于主轴座212的圆环内,主轴座212通过主轴垫板210固定安装于滑台基板205上;推杆组件安装在Z轴气缸219的活塞杆前端,Z轴气缸219通过气缸座217安装在导轨座202端部一侧。
推杆组件包括第一推杆213固定在滑台基板205下方并与第二推杆214 通过插销216连接,第二推杆214通过铰链销215与接头218连接,接头 218穿过气缸座217中间通孔安装在Z轴气缸219的活塞杆前端。
本发明还包括液压阻尼器208、阻尼器支架209、接近开关支架206以及接近开关207,阻尼器支架209安装在滑台基板205一侧,液压阻尼器 208通过阻尼器支架209从前后两侧固定,接近开关207通过接近开关支架 206安装在滑台基板205另一侧。
当工件上料完成后,治具302夹紧工件,这时电主轴211带动钻头开始旋转,Z轴气缸219的活塞杆通过推杆组件带动滑台上方的电主轴211 向前移动开始钻孔。钻孔深度由Z轴接近开关207来保证,当Z轴接近开关207靠近前方限位块203时,Z轴接近开关207接通,表明已达到设定的钻孔深度。这时Z轴气缸219带动滑台上方的电主轴211后退,完成了一个工件的加工。
液压阻尼器208(如AC1008-02油压缓冲器,可网购),起缓冲减速的作用,可将气缸的快速移动变成匀速移动,用来切削。当气缸带动主轴向前移动时液压阻尼器208前方的触头压在限位块203上,随着气缸移动,触头逐渐被压入内部,内部的压力油会对主轴移动产生反作用力。
如图6所示,本发明供料组件应用于电机轴孔加工设备的机构主体中,机构主体还包括Z轴组件2、X轴组件3以及传送带4,其中供料组件1、 Z轴组件2、X轴组件3均安装于床体A的工作台面上,传送带4安装于X 轴组件3的侧边,下料夹爪的正下方。
钻孔组件带动电主轴211沿Z轴进给,执行钻孔工序,通过Z轴接近开关207自动控制钻孔深度,并配合电机轴孔加工设备的上料及下料装置实现自动化连续批量加工,动作连续,节省工时,满足自动化生产的设备工艺需求。

Claims (3)

1.一种电机轴孔加工设备的钻孔组件,其特征在于:包括Z轴底座、线性导轨组件、电主轴、第一~二推杆以及气缸,其中Z轴底座固定于床体台面上,线性导轨组件通过导轨座固定于Z轴底座上,线性导轨组件的滑块上安装有滑台基板;电主轴安装于主轴座内,主轴座通过主轴垫板固定安装于滑台基板上;第一推杆固定在滑台基板下方并与第二推杆通过插销连接,第二推杆通过铰链销与接头连接,接头安装在Z轴气缸的活塞杆前端,Z轴气缸通过气缸座安装在导轨座端部一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机轴孔加工设备钻孔组件,其特征在于:推杆组件包括第一推杆固定在滑台基板下方并与第二推杆通过插销连接,第二推杆通过铰链销与接头连接,接头穿过气缸座中间通孔安装在Z轴气缸的活塞杆前端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电机轴孔加工设备钻孔组件,其特征在于:还包括液压阻尼器、阻尼器支架、接近开关支架以及接近开关,阻尼器支架安装在滑台基板一侧,液压阻尼器通过阻尼器支架从前后两侧固定,接近开关通过接近开关支架安装在滑台基板另一侧。
